On a day off, my wife said, "Ugh, making dinner is such a hassle." It's always the same, but what was different this time was our daughter saying, "You said we were going to Pisola. Let's go today!" Our daughter loves Pisola, and she has been there more times than me, going with my wife and mother-in-law. So, I decided to bring up the forgotten promise to my wife, and she agreed to go. So, we ended up going to Pisola for dinner. They have a great set menu for 3 people (8 items) starting from 5718 yen, which is always a good deal. We usually go for this set menu because it's worth it. We ignore the smartphone order and prefer to order in person or write it down. We also added the premium drink bar for 484 yen, which is a great deal. The drink bar includes a variety of teas and 100% fruit juices. I chose a Flavored Tea called "Rose Dew," which had a strong rose scent. The daily soup was Onion Soup, which was delicious, and I had about 5 refills. The cold dish was a big Green Salad with Pisola's special dressing. The hot dish was homemade seasonal sausages, which were flavorful and went well with beer. The pizza we ordered was Corn Cream Pizza, with a generous amount of corn on top. The Risotto we chose was Bacon, Tuna, and Spinach in Cream Sauce, which was rich and creamy. The pasta was Fettuccine with Chicken, Mushrooms, and Spinach in Tomato Cream Sauce, which was also delicious. For dessert, we had a plate with 3 different options, which was a great deal. The total cost was 2100 yen per person, which was very reasonable. The service was friendly and attentive, and overall, it was a great dining experience.
