Sorry, it was too disappointing. Sukiyaki was a bit unpleasant. You have to cook large, oversized pieces of meat (about 3cm thick) on a thick iron plate with small solid fuel at room temperature. The meat takes forever to cook, and even when it warms up after a while, the middle remains undercooked. I also tried the bento box, but it tasted like it was just microwaved and wasn't particularly delicious to me. The rice wasn't to my liking either. As for ochazuke, it's a no-go. It was way too salty, like it had been cooked down too much. And the sukiyaki took an incredibly long time to be served. By the time I finished the first piece of sukiyaki, the bento box was already finished. The waitresses tried their best with the service.
