Sushi Uchida was my first visit. This time, for personal reasons, I ordered all the toppings without rice a la carte. The atmosphere of the toppings, as well as the overall feel, gave me the impression of a high-class restaurant that can be casually enjoyed. There are not many high-class sushi restaurants that offer a la carte options, so it seems very useful. I will visit again if I have the chance. Thank you for the meal.

I ordered the omakase course which included a variety of sashimi such as akou, amadai, and karei. The nigiri sushi was made with squid, white shrimp, kanpachi, maguro, and iwashi. The meal also included hamaguri, kuruma-ebi, negitoro, suika, and more. It was a feast! Thank you for the delicious meal!

First, we had delicious kombu (kelp) with baby sardines, fresh draft beer, amberjack, red snapper, flounder, and liver. Then we enjoyed fresh octopus with salt and sesame sauce, as well as plum pulp with sweet potato shochu on the rocks. The meal continued with firefly squid, snow crab from Toyama Bay, sushi rolls with sea urchin, and a button shrimp. We also had fatty tuna, eel, and highball with pickled turnip red miso soup. For dessert, we had watermelon.

Everything I ate was delicious. The shrimp was really sweet, even the head was grilled for me. The conger eel was prepared with salt and sauce separately. They asked if I could eat the big one, but it was so delicious that I could easily eat it. Each dish was served in a beautiful dish. The food was delicious and the service was excellent.

★I wanted to eat sushi during this trip, so I searched on Tabelog and found this place. I went in with some friends and sat down after a rotation, at a relaxed late hour. I ordered about 10 pieces of omakase sushi, including octopus and crab, and also chose some items I wanted to eat. The octopus had sesame oil and salt on the flesh part, and plum paste on the suckers, which was delicious from the start. The crab was packed with deliciousness. The chef was very polite and listened carefully to our preferences, making the meal very enjoyable until the end! The foie gras, simmered clams, and eel were all to my liking. The flounder fin and botan shrimp were also delicious. Although the cost may be a bit high, I am satisfied with the cozy and unpretentious atmosphere of the restaurant and the delicious sushi. Thank you for the meal ☺︎

This is a long-established sushi restaurant in Kitashinchi. Most of the customers are regulars and the age range is quite high, giving it a very traditional feel. It's hard to find young people here, unlike other high-end restaurants in Shinchi. The restaurant is relatively large with plenty of seating, making it easier to get a reservation. The starting time is not fixed, so you can enjoy sushi quickly. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the food. We started with a course menu with plenty of appetizers. The dishes included simmered octopus, assorted sashimi, seared marinated horse mackerel, octopus with plum, assorted crab, grilled blowfish milt, and a variety of sushi. The food was delicious and the sake selection was also impressive. The octopus was tender and flavorful, the sashimi was fresh and well-cut, and the sushi was perfectly balanced. The atmosphere was traditional and the service was efficient, despite the busy restaurant. Overall, a great dining experience.

Second visit, just as delicious as last time. Unfortunately, some fresh fish were not available due to the market on Wednesday, but everything we were served was incredibly satisfying and delicious. I regret not being able to try the nodoguro, so I will definitely be back soon.

"Sushi WEST Top 100 Stores 2022" I spent a wonderful time enjoying high-quality sushi made with confidence, using seasonal ingredients and carefully selected shari. The highlight was the sliced squid and daikon simmered dish, as well as the sliced amberjack with grated daikon. I also tried the fugu shirako, eel sushi, and creamy sea urchin soup. It was a delightful experience filled with surprises and delicious dishes.

Sushi restaurant? Anyway, the seafood here is delicious. I didn't know what to order, so I left it up to the chef to serve me something delicious! Fatty fish like yellowtail, tuna belly, and blackthroat seaperch were all so tasty, I had a hard time deciding when to stop ordering. Very satisfying. With a little bit of alcohol for two people, it came out to a little over 50,000 yen, which is not cheap, but worth it.
