I used it for lunch. I had a meal before heading to Huis Ten Bosch! My daughter had a yakitori bento, while I couldn't resist the Genkai wind bento. My first business trip of 2022 was to Kagoshima. I didn't have much time before my daytime departure, so I could only have a light lunch. Feeling hungry, I decided to grab something light to eat as a snack. Instead of waiting in line at the convenience store, I opted to buy a kashiwameshi (chicken rice bowl) at the station bento shop. It had finely chopped chicken, shredded egg, and seaweed on top of the rice, which was quite delicious. Surprisingly, it was more filling than it looked, and I ended up feeling quite full (laughs).

At the Shinkansen ticket gate inside Hakata Station, there is a shop selling station bento. For some reason, I ended up buying a Tajima beef bento at Hakata Station... It's delicious, so it's all good.

At the "Ekiben Dokoro" in Hakata Station Central Street, the Hakata-style mentaiko mackerel sushi from Yumeya is delicious! Between the mackerel and rice, there is Yumeya's mentaiko and shiso leaves. The mackerel is also cooked to perfection. Thank you for the meal.
