I was searching online for new pizza places and came across PIZZERIA GRAFFITO, a newly opened restaurant with a fresh Gianni Acunto wood-fired oven. The menu included Salsiccia e Friarielli, a pizza that requires proper training to make. The Cornicione had a nice shape and was well-cooked throughout. The pizza oven was from Miyamura-san with the logo "MWG -3". After finishing my meal, I found out that the owner learned from the master Yoshitake-san at FIERO, who also has ties to the famous Partenope. The Zeppole was delicious as well. Originally starting as a patisserie, the gelato was also excellent. The restaurant is run by a female owner, creating a warm and clean atmosphere.
