I hadn't been using this restaurant because it was on the second floor, but I saw a sign saying "no cover charge" and thought it was considerate, so I decided to stop by. It was a cold day, so I was in the mood for hot pot. I ordered the kimchi hot pot, yakitori, and quail eggs as a snack while waiting. The smoked quail eggs were surprisingly delicious. The yakitori was larger and tastier than I expected. The kimchi hot pot came with raw chicken, so there was a wait for it to cook. Ordering a snack was a good idea to pass the time. The soup was delicious with a rich chicken flavor and vegetables. It was a shame that they only had udon for the porridge and not rice, but it was still tasty enough that I will definitely be stopping by again.

Even though it was a public holiday, the restaurant was open and had a great atmosphere! The original and rich sauce for the grilled chicken skewers was delicious! The marinated liver appetizer was also tasty and went well with alcohol. I finished with a ramen dish that had a light broth and just the right amount of noodles. I didn't drink this time, but there was a table with a lemon sour server where you can have all-you-can-drink lemon sours, so I'd like to try that next time!

The all-you-can-drink lemon sour on the table was quite a good deal! The chef's personality was very nice and we had a very enjoyable meal. The waitress grilled the delicious black wagyu beef sushi for us! It was delicious and affordable, so it was great! Keep up the good work!

This is a yakitori izakaya restaurant belonging to the Watami Group, located on Nishi Street. I visited with two friends after meeting at a nearby friend's shop. The restaurant mainly has table seating, and we sat at a zigzag-shaped table for four people while there were only three of us. The menu prices were quite reasonable, as expected from the Watami Group. We chose a few dishes to share. The meal started with pickled cabbage as a complimentary appetizer. We toasted with Botan shrimp sashimi, priced at 108 yen per shrimp. While waiting for our ordered dishes, we enjoyed some grilled stingray fin for 438 yen. The dashimaki tamago (rolled omelette) was priced at 548 yen. We also tried the spicy grilled beef chuck for 438 yen, being careful of the oil splatter. Then, our main dish, the grilled young chicken thigh with onion salt sauce, priced at 976 yen, was ready. This juicy and flavorful dish was perfect with beer. We also ordered the special sauce grilled young chicken thigh for 976 yen to compare, and I personally preferred the sauce version for its richer taste. A new izakaya recently opened near Tenjin Nishi-dori. They are known for their yakitori menu and are currently running a campaign offering tuna for 100 yen. The atmosphere is typical of a casual izakaya. The tuna didn't look great but was decent enough, and each group was limited to one plate. It was quite crowded, possibly due to the pre-holiday rush. This place is good for a casual drink or for when you have a large group and didn't make a reservation.

The narrow interior of the restaurant was so crowded that it was hot enough for sweat to flow, and the surrounding voices were so loud that I couldn't even hear my friend sitting next to me. The tables were small and it was difficult to place the dishes. It seems more suitable for those who want to drink and have a lively time without worrying about their surroundings, rather than going to eat delicious food.
