We went with two people. The interior of the restaurant is spacious with an L-shaped layout and the window seats have a nice view. The prices are a bit high because it's in Kuuten, but the atmosphere inside is very good. I recommend the shrimp fried rice, the shrimp is plump and the fried rice has a gentle flavor, very delicious.

I have been to Din Tai Fung in Yaesu a few times. I didn't know there was one in Hakata... I was having trouble finding a good dim sum restaurant in Hakata, so I remembered this place and decided to come. I enjoyed the xiaolongbao and daikon mochi. The xiaolongbao with crab miso had a strong crab flavor, while the pork had a rich umami taste and the scallop had a refined umami taste. The daikon mochi had a dried shrimp flavor, and the accompanying spicy miso was similar to doubanjiang, I think. This time, my second son ordered soup dumplings and iced coffee, and I added the sesame oil chicken. The sesame oil chicken was delicious, I love this kind of fried chicken. For dessert, we had mango almond tofu and lemon ai yuzu to finish. I didn't know it was pronounced "auyoychi"... I like the refreshing taste of lemon in the lemon ai yuzu. I will come back again when it's not too crowded.

Accurate taste without mistakes. Every store is always crowded. I waited for about 30 minutes, but I was able to order on paper while waiting, so I didn't feel like I was waiting too long. When I sat down, the xiaolongbao came relatively quickly, but since everything I ordered came out at once, it ended up getting cold and not as delicious. Xiaolongbao is best when hot, so it would be nice if they could bring them out little by little.

Famous worldwide, Din Tai Fung at Amu Plaza Hakata is a great restaurant that I often visit even when I'm abroad. They offer a variety of delicious xiaolongbao, and this time, I ordered a few different kinds and was completely satisfied. I would love to visit this restaurant again. I wanted to eat dim sum around Hakata Station, so I went there! The xiaolongbao here is seriously delicious!! There are also a variety of options, so it's really hard to decide what to order (≧▽≦) The dumplings are also incredibly tasty!! I will definitely go back to try other items as well!

The taste is consistently delicious. However, the small dishes are always a bit underwhelming. It would be better if they served the familiar Taiwanese cucumber as shown in the menu photos. This time, the dried tofu dish was not good because the kelp flavor was too strong. Dried tofu is also a unique ingredient from Taiwan, but the kelp was overpowering. The xiaolongbao and shrimp fried rice were delicious though! I love them.

Each restaurant has its own way of making xiaolongbao, so it's enjoyable to try different places. I was planning to have Hakata ramen during my business trip to Hakata, but a client wanted to have Wong Tai Fan's xiaolongbao, so I reluctantly went to the restaurant. However, since Wong Tai Fan is delicious, I was looking forward to it. The xiaolongbao here has a light meat juice that is delicious, and it goes well with black vinegar and ginger. It's also nice that they serve it piping hot. It was a change from Hakata ramen to xiaolongbao, but it was still a good choice. Thank you for the meal.

My parents came from the countryside, so I visited the restaurant after a long time. I ordered the usual soup dumplings, but they weren't piping hot and seemed like they had been sitting for a while, which was disappointing. I understand they may prepare a lot in advance, but since soup dumplings are the main menu item here, I wish they would serve them piping hot even if it takes a bit longer. This time, I tried sesame buns for the first time, and the sesame paste inside was rich and delicious, even better than regular sesame dumplings.

I came to the Kuuten at Hakata Station. My friend who loves xiaolongbao chose it, and it was delicious but seemed lacking in heat??? The soup was lukewarm!! Maybe it wasn't freshly steamed? The scallop, pork, and crab miso for comparison all tasted vaguely similar, if I hadn't been told, I would have thought they were all pork haha. It was a difficult taste comparison for my unsophisticated palate lol. The mango xiaolongbao was delicious. It was so soft and gooey!!

Of course, xiaolongbao is delicious, but my favorite is pai ku! I tried it at a Taiwanese restaurant and fell in love with it, so whenever I have the chance, I go to the Fukuoka restaurant to eat it as the main dish. When I go, I order two plates for myself along with some alcohol, and it makes me incredibly happy. Also, the three kinds of appetizers and menma are delicious, so the alcohol goes down smoothly.

I was recommended to go to this restaurant by my Taiwanese friend and decided to give it a try. The atmosphere and the food definitely had an international feel to it. However, I believe it is a high-end restaurant as the price of the xiaolongbao I had was about double what I expected. The taste was very delicious, but it may be too expensive for everyday dining.

Second visit. Had a rare lunch with my mother ^^ The view at Amu Plaza is nice, so it feels good to sit there. We had tantanmen for lunch. It came with four xiaolongbao. The tantanmen itself had a moderate spiciness and sesame flavor, making it easy to eat. We also added dessert. The fluffy mango shaved ice was so delicious!! I highly recommend it to everyone ♡ Thank you for the meal.

It's a famous restaurant. I've eaten at the Taiwan main branch before. When it was inside the Hankyu department store, I used to go there frequently, but this was my first time visiting since it moved to the 9th floor of Hakata Station Building. As usual, I put the xiaolongbao on the spoon... but the soup didn't come out. The skin was dry and disappointing. I want to believe that it was just a one-time thing, so I'm giving it a 3.0 rating.

There are unique dumplings like abalone and truffle, so fun! The porcini mushroom soup has porcini in it, but you can't really smell it from the soup. Well, you don't really need to use Italian ingredients for it to be good.

I wanted to eat something spicy, so I came to this restaurant. I had been here at night before. I ordered hot and sour soup, spicy dumplings, and a pork bun. The warm jasmine tea on the table was a nice touch. I prefer it over water. The prices are not cheap, but everything was delicious. The spicy dumplings were amazing! The hot and sour soup had the perfect level of spiciness. The pork bun was juicy and tasty. It was small and easy to eat. It may cost a bit to get full, but each dish is delicious and the atmosphere is nice. The staff was friendly too. I would like to come back for dinner to try their special courses.

At my daughter's request, we visited the restaurant right after the end of the state of emergency on a Sunday. We arrived early to avoid the crowds, but still had to wait for about 40 minutes. We ordered steamed chicken with green onion sauce, simmered gluten and vegetables, menma, xiaolongbao, paiko fried rice, spicy wontons, and spicy mixed noodles (no photo).
