The pistachio bread had a strong pistachio aroma and was delicious. The hard bread with dried fruits was reliably tasty. It's irresistible for those who like hard bread. I couldn't help but eat too much.

This is Mezon Kaiser inside Abeno Harukas Kintetsu Main Store. I bought a bread with sweet potato and white chocolate. The bread dough is moist inside and very delicious. Hard breads are often empty inside or dry, but Mezon Kaiser has many breads that defy that concept. I want to eat it again. Thank you for the meal.

Abeno Kintetsu Wing Building B1F "Maison Kayser" mainly sells bread, but they also have canelés. I wanted something slightly sweet, so I bought one. ★ Canelé, tax included 299 yen. The outside is crispy, and the inside is juicy and delicious. It's quite large, so I'm very satisfied. It's plain, but maybe that's when you can taste the best flavor.

It's been so long since I last visited Maison Kayser. I had only been there once when it was on the first floor corner of Harukas Tower almost 10 years ago, so I had no idea it had closed and relocated. Relying on my old memories, I went to the same location and found that Kayser was no longer there! I asked the information desk and was directed to B2F of the Wing Building, where I finally arrived after some confusion. The store had been downsized and was much smaller than before. I wanted to buy the bread for breakfast the next day, which was priced at 360 yen. It was a Kayser-recommended bread made with cream. I toasted it and had it with salted butter. The impression was very simple! It didn't have the sweetness or silkiness of the typical Nogami-style bread, nor was it too hard. It had a light texture without being heavy. It was a bread that could be enjoyed crunchy no matter how many slices you had, with a neutral taste that could go with anything. The price was also affordable, with 5 slices for 360 yen. I don't usually go to the basement of Kintetsu Harukas, but it was surprisingly lively and nice down there! There were so many shops to explore! I'll definitely go back again!

"Maison Kayser" is a brand of "ERIC KAYSER" located on Montju Street in the 5th arrondissement of Paris. "ERIC KAYSER" is a bakery with around 150 stores in 20 countries worldwide. The eldest son of Kimuraya, known for its anpan, has launched and expanded the Maison Kayser brand in Japan. The shop is located on the basement 2nd floor of the Kintetsu Abeno Harukas Wing Building, but it is not a very large space and the variety of bread is not very extensive. It seems that there are many hard breads, but of course, the selection is different from Kimuraya's anpan. I purchased the "Campagne Fruits Rouge Half (260 yen)" which is a Campagne bread soaked in liqueur with Griotte, cranberry, and orange. It is a new product for October, priced at 260 yen for a half size. Griotte is a type of cherry, and the bread has a firm texture with the acidity of the fruit, the sweetness of dried fruits, and a slight hint of liqueur flavor. I also bought the "Pistachio Bread (411 yen)" which was listed as the shop's No. 3 popular item. It is rugby ball-shaped and has a large size with a satisfying taste. The bread, made with Ecmeck dough, has pistachio powder and pistachios kneaded into it, emphasizing the pistachio flavor. It is a hard bread but has a moist texture, making it easy to eat. This was my first time trying Maison Kayser's bread, and I became interested in the synergy with Kimuraya's anpan. Thank you for the meal. According to my secret notes on Tabelog, "190410 at the new branch of the magical restaurant Rukua, there is about a 1-hour wait." However, being in Kintetsu Abeno Harukas, there is absolutely no need to wait. The store is crowded with customers, but there is no need to line up. I purchased two items: Pain au Noix for 292 yen (tax included) and Chocolat Framboises for 346 yen (tax included). The Pain au Noix is a new product for this month (February) and is a large bread with a substantial weight. Inside the bread, there are walnuts and chocolate, but the bread itself is the main focus, simple yet delicious. It was very tasty, thank you. As a side note, before posting on Tabelog, I posted a photo of the bread on Facebook and Instagram, and someone commented that it looked like a gorilla's face. What nonsense. There was nothing like that. On the contrary, it just looks like bread.

I want to eat delicious bread!! In response to that, Maison Kayser at Harukas was visited. While there, I decided to buy some souvenirs from Maison Kayser. My husband really likes their Croissant aux Amandes, which he tried for the first time and got hooked. Since then, whenever we go to Tennoji, he always asks me to buy that from Maison Kayser. I used to buy bread from Maison Kayser often, but had been distant for a while, so I bought some for myself this time as well.
◆ Croissant aux Amandes 350 yen
◆ Bananois (new product of the month) 360 yen
◆ Complet Fig Noix 300 yen
Complet Fig Noix:
A rustic-looking bread with a slightly sweet dough mixed with figs and walnuts, creating a crunchy and chewy texture. The hard crust and moist interior balance perfectly, making it surprisingly delicious despite being whole wheat.
Bananois:
A Campanile bread made with rye and whole wheat flour, mixed with honey, bananas, walnuts, and white chocolate. The heated bananas add extra sweetness, blending well with the dough, while the white chocolate adds a moist texture. The crunchy exterior and chewy interior provide a wonderful texture.
Both breads are delightful to savor, bringing a smile to your face with each bite.
Croissant aux Amandes:
My husband tried this, so I don't have feedback, but I know it's delicious. It's said to be the best compared to any other store, but I've been avoiding it due to its high calorie content. It's a croissant soaked in rum syrup and filled with almond cream, giving it a moist and rich texture, topped with plenty of powdered sugar. It's no wonder it's so delicious.
I had been putting off trying it since it's always available, but after trying the bread this time and finding it so delicious, I now want to try their other breads as well. I will make sure to buy some anytime from now on.

Maison Kayser is known for their bread, but their eclairs were also delicious. I tried pistachio and strawberry flavors, and the strawberry one was especially recommended. The cream inside was sweet and tangy, with a refreshing taste. The pastry was also top-notch. Thank you for the meal! 🍓

After coming down from Tsutenkaku, I headed to Tennoji. I couldn't find Maison Kayser at Kintetsu Abeno Harukas Tower Building as I thought (;'∀'). After some research, I realized it was in a different location... I finally found Maison Kayser at Kintetsu Abeno Harukas Wing Building! I spotted the No.1 popular bread in the showcase. The croissant from this popular bakery must be delicious, right? The chewy texture is intriguing (*'ω'*). They also have chocolate varieties! There are also hard bread options available (^^)/ I tried the whole wheat raisin and walnut bread for 297 yen (tax included). The whole wheat gives it a wild texture! The raisins add a nice touch and it has a satisfying chewiness. I also bought the ciabatta for 233 yen (tax included) out of curiosity about its chewy texture! It has the perfect softness and chewiness (*'ω'*). I toasted the croissant for 238 yen (tax included). It's so crispy—(*´艸`) The buttery aroma and richness are irresistible! The pain au chocolat for 260 yen (tax included) has an elegant sweetness of chocolate and you can still taste the bread itself. Since there is no Maison Kayser nearby... it was worth the visit (*´艸`) ☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★ With over 100 coatings done annually and plenty of requests from dealerships, "Magic Garage Takamatsu" is a trusted and experienced car coating and window film specialist store. ■ Address: 388-1 Gotocho, Takamatsu City, Kagawa Prefecture 761-8031 ■ TEL: 087-832-8211 ■ Business hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm ■ Closed on Sundays and public holidays ■ Note: There may be times when we are not available during business hours due to car deliveries, etc. We appreciate it if customers visiting the store could contact us in advance. While I was away from Osaka for a bit, a Maison Kayser opened in Abeno. I remembered how delicious their ciabatta was, so I got some croque monsieur, baguette, croissant, and other standard items. Tomorrow, I'll have stew with the baguette.

The bakery in the department store basement is really charming!!! Rows of fragrant and beautifully baked bread lined up... Maison Kayser's glass case displays all the delicious-looking bread, making me want to eat them all! I couldn't resist and ended up buying three items. The baguette has a crispy and fragrant exterior, with a soft and chewy interior. My partner prefers a harder texture, but I personally love this contrast. It's delicious!! The Pain Viennois Chocolate is a hard bread with chocolate chips and cream, the more you chew, the more delicious it gets. It's satisfying with plenty of chocolate. I forgot the name of the third item, but it's like a Focaccia bread with sugar on top. The sweetness is irresistible, and the dough has a milky taste that is delicious! Whenever I go to Harukas, I always end up stopping by. The bread in the glass case shines beautifully and smells amazing, captivating me with its visual appeal. Oh, I want to eat them again, I can't resist the urge. I'm addicted to bread...

When I found out that Tower Building had closed down, I was extremely shocked! It was when I was planning to visit Abeno again after a long time and looking for a bakery I had never been to before that I discovered it was actually in Wing Building! At first, I was a bit confused and thought, "Was Maison Kayser, where I used to go, in Wing Building all along!?" But it seems it was different, so I interpreted it as "they moved from Tower Building to Wing Building." It turns out that there were originally two shops, something I had never known until now. So, with a pounding heart, I headed to Wing Building. I was a bit lost, but I managed to find it and arrived. With my excitement rising, I chose some bread. The prices were indeed a bit high, but the sizes were large. I chose the most popular croissant for 200 yen (excluding tax) and a fig bread for 260 yen (excluding tax), totaling 496 yen. They carefully wrapped them in a paper bag for me. There were instructions on a card on how to warm them up, but I just ate them as they were. The croissant had a very fluffy texture. It was rich but not overwhelming, with a fragrant taste. And it was reassuringly large. The fig bread also had a substantial presence. When I broke it apart, it was packed full of filling. The sweetness was restrained, with a subtle bitterness (?) present. Amidst that, the slightly sweet fig served as an accent. It was a day with a bit of a hiccup that left me feeling a bit frustrated, but all's well that ends well! I enjoyed the wonderful bread and it marked the end of a happy day.

This bakery is located on the 2nd basement floor of the Harukas Wing building. Among several bakeries on the same floor, this bakery stands out for its system of having the bread displayed in the showcase and being served by the staff, rather than being exposed in the crowded store. They offer a variety of delicious and simple bread such as Tarte, Ciabatta, and Croissant. The aroma of butter in the Croissant and the crispy texture of the Ciabatta make them irresistible. I also enjoy savory bread, but my favorite is definitely these simple bread varieties that this bakery offers.

I bought various things at the underground shopping area of Abeno Harukas on that day, and I bought bread at Maison Kayser on my way home. I ate it the next day. I had a raisin bread and it was slightly warmed up. It became soft like freshly baked, with a hint of raisin flavor and a slightly sweet bread dough. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

"I knew it would be delicious." On this day, I purchased bread from this bakery at Abeno Harukas. While there are other bakeries at Harukas, one that I particularly like is Maison Kayser. Their bread, including their signature croissant, may not look flashy but they have a deep and rich flavor that makes you want to have them even during dinner. Among their selection, there is a special bread only available at the Harukas location called "Pan Osaka," which I personally love for its subtle vanilla sweetness. If you are looking for bread around Harukas that allows you to enjoy the true taste of the ingredients, I recommend giving them a try.

Every morning at Maison Kayser in Abeno Harukas, which opened in November at Lucua, I've been going there all the time so it's been a while since I visited this store. The Tower building closed in July, and when I came here in September, there was a notice saying that construction would be delayed until November, so the selection was a bit limited. However, this time there was a wide variety of items and the store was bustling with many customers. Maison Kayser needs to be like this. The almond croissant was available! They always have plenty in stock. They are large with a flat shape, and have a satisfying texture. The almond cream is moist and sweet with a buttery aroma, and a hint of rum flavor, delicious. These are in a display case, so you need to ask the staff to get them for you. Personally, I prefer to use tongs to pick them up. A lady who was in line before me said she had seen this bread somewhere before, wasn't it on the first floor? She asked the staff. I thought it was about the Tower building, but the staff explained that it was the same Maison Kayser, but it had moved to Lucua. I see. So it's considered a relocation. I also tend to go to Lucua more often, but whenever I come to Tennoji, I always stop by here. It is without a doubt my favorite bakery in Tennoji.

Croissants are a must-buy here (^-^) Whenever I go to Tennoji, I always make sure to get some. This is my first time leaving a review, but I usually only buy croissants. This time, I also purchased the Osaka limited edition bread and shokupan (Japanese white bread). The croissants are consistently delicious - I love the texture and aroma! While I do enjoy croissants from local bakeries, sometimes they can be too hard or lack aroma, but these ones are the best I've ever had (^-^). The shokupan is soft and has a great aroma too. Surprisingly, the Osaka bread was a hit! It looks hard on the outside, but inside it's moist and soft. The vanilla scent and brown sugar sweetness are just right (^-^). It's good to try something new once in a while! Thank you for the meal (^-^).

There is a small Maison Kayser on the B2 floor of Abeno Harukas Wing Building. The Maison Kayser cafe on the first floor of the Tower Building has unfortunately closed, which is sad because I really loved their all-you-can-eat bread lunch. Every bread I tried there was delicious and definitely worth the price. The Maison Kayser in the Wing Building only offers takeout, with a style where you order your bread face-to-face with the staff. The bread here tends to be on the larger side, so the prices are a bit high (around 195-300 yen each). They also have cakes in the refrigerated case. The matcha and yuzu bread, as well as the sweet potato bread, looked tempting, but this time I bought the popular croissant (216 yen). It was quite large, with a moist texture and a subtle sweetness and buttery aroma when you bite into it. Some croissants have abnormally hollow insides, but Maison Kayser's croissant has beautifully even layers. Eating it slowly made me feel so luxurious. Thank you for the meal. I will definitely come back again!

I didn't want to wait in line at the café on the 1st floor, so I didn't go in. Instead, I went to MAISON KAYSER on the 2nd floor of the Kintetsu department store. The baguette monge was delicious and the croissant was light and disappeared quickly. I wish there was more Swiss cheese Emmental in the pain au fromage. I'm grateful that I didn't have to wait in line. Thank you!

This time, I decided to have a piece of bread as a snack. The Tomato Tossered Bread is a bit pricey for regular bread, but it's quite large so the price is justified. The surface of the bread is not too hard, with a nice crispy texture. The inside is soft and fluffy, just the perfect balance! It's not dry at all, very delicious! I love this texture. The flavor is tomato throughout the dough, with basil and semi-dried tomatoes mixed in. This bread is so tasty that you can enjoy it on its own without any side dishes!!!
