I was invited to have pancakes again, so I visited this place. The exterior and interior are stylish, making it a good atmosphere for a date, I think. It seems to be a popular place, but there were only 3 groups of customers during lunchtime, so it wasn't too crowded. I ordered the burnt caramel pancake. The texture was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, more like... I don't know... gooey? It was like the runny egg of a half-cooked omelette, which some people may like. Personally, I prefer the texture to be a bit firmer. But it was still delicious, not too rich, and just the right amount. Since it's a pancake specialty shop, you could stop by for dessert after lunch. It was tasty. Thank you for the meal!

I tried the Devil's Pancake and the Ricotta Cheese Pancake, both were sweet, fluffy, and delicious. The staff was polite and the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere!

After waiting in line for 30 minutes when the restaurant opened, I waited for about 30 minutes inside before being seated. I was able to look at the menu while waiting in line, and when I was seated, the pancakes were brought out shortly after. They had a wonderful texture and taste, but they were too big and too much for me. For those with a sweet tooth, this place offers a truly delightful experience.

I wanted to visit Maruyama Pancake. It was just past 1 pm but there were seats available and we were seated right away. We had a window seat where we could see the road outside. We ordered the Angel Pancake and the Burnt Caramel Pancake with a hot coffee. The coffee arrived in about 10 minutes, but by the time the pancakes came, it was starting to cool down. I should have asked for them to come together. The pancakes were fluffy and very delicious. The apple flavor was sold out, so I'll have to try it next time.

I visited the restaurant around 2:00 PM on a Sunday in November 2022. There were many customers before me (3 groups waiting) and many customers after me. It had been a year since I last visited, and I finally got to try the Maruyama Pancake that I had been longing for. I even went on a quick day trip just to come here! I was able to be seated in about 20 minutes. There was only one choice on the menu - the White Pancake! After being seated, my drink arrived in 10 minutes, and the pancake arrived 20 minutes later. I had been waiting for this moment! I topped the pancake with lots of maple syrup and tasted it. The pancake was fluffy as expected, and the harmony of cream, white chocolate, and vanilla ice cream was truly exquisite. Even if I had to wait an hour, I would be completely satisfied with this pancake. Also, from 1:00 PM, it is okay to bring dogs, which is another great point. A must-try pancake with a long wait time but incredibly delicious.

Wow! When I thought, "This place seems like it's popular with girls!"... it turned out, the restaurant was filled with mostly girls and couples (^◇^;) Some menu items were sold out, but I ordered the Angel's Pancake! Oh? It really is fluffy and creamy~ Oh!! I thought it would be white chocolate, but it's actually sliced butter (^◇^;) Haha! It's so sweet! I knew it would be sweet, but it's really sweet! Haha. Sweet tooth people would love it, but... I'm not that much of a sweet tooth (^◇^;) But it's strange how I sometimes feel like trying it out.

Located facing Nishi 20th Street, this shop blends in with the surrounding residential area and may go unnoticed at first glance. Upon entering, it gives off a surprising vibe. The interior has been cleverly designed, with a slightly lower area that serves as the floor. Visiting in the early afternoon, we found ourselves waiting behind 5 other customers. With no rush, we waited. Luckily, we were seated after about 15 minutes. My companion and I ordered the white pancake and berry pancake. The pancakes arrived about 20 minutes after ordering. Making pancakes seems to be quite a task. Waiting for 20 minutes was tough. As for the pancakes, they were incredibly fluffy! It couldn't get any fluffier than this. Pancakes are a bit of a mystery to me, but these were good. They were not overly sweet, but still sweet (laughs). Enjoying a cup of iced coffee in this stylish cafe was a nice way to spend some time. It took a little while for them to come after ordering, and I realized I should have asked for the drink to come with the pancakes. After about 20-30 minutes, the pancakes arrived, looking very cute! Upon taking a bite, my impression was that they tasted like flour, a bit powdery, and oddly gooey in some parts, almost like they were undercooked. The pancakes looked adorable, but I probably won't come back again. However, the staff were very friendly.

I finally got to try the Mont Blanc pancake with pistachio cream at this cafe for 1600 yen, which also came with a tea drink. The seasonal limited edition pancake for February was the pistachio flavor, which was rich and sweet, tasting like eating pistachio chocolate. The pistachio cream was creamy and had chocolate chips inside, and the whipped cream with fruit toppings was delightful. The fluffy texture of the pancake was delicious, and I was grateful that this cafe was open while many others were closed. The seasonal pancakes are limited in quantity, so they often sell out quickly, but luckily I was able to enjoy it in a quiet atmosphere this time due to the weather.

My daughter and I arrived just before opening time to avoid waiting, and we were able to get a seat without any trouble! The seat we were shown to was the same as last time (lol). After some hesitation, we ended up ordering the same thing as well (lol). First, I gave it a shake to confirm its jiggly texture. When I put the fluffy, creamy bite in my mouth, there are no words to describe it! This is what pure happiness feels like. I'll definitely go back again. It's irresistible!! I've been really into pancakes lately and I've been searching all over to eat them. This place in Maruyama is very popular, so I went right after they opened. The pancakes were cute and delicious! The texture of the pancakes was not soft, but rather had a good bounce to it, and it was delicious!

I visited around March 2021. You can bring your beloved dog into the shop during some afternoon hours on weekdays (✧ω✧) I personally recommend the "Angel Pancakes" at this shop. The serving time is generous, and the pancakes are so fluffy and melt-in-your-mouth that they disappear in no time! While there is no menu specifically for dogs, they do provide water for them◎ It's usually a busy shop, but depending on the time, you may be able to enter smoothly without any wait. This is a favorite shop of mine that I always visit when I go to Sapporo☆

These thick pancakes made a big impression. The mix of berries, passion fruit, mango, and other toppings around the pancakes matched perfectly, and despite the generous portion, it didn't get boring. When combined with vanilla ice cream, the taste was beyond words! I'm curious to try other flavors at this restaurant.

Limited edition pancakes for February. I tried to get them once around 1pm but they were sold out, so I came back for revenge! Fluffy pancakes topped with mascarpone cream and diced strawberries. Surrounding the pancakes are strawberries, mango, kiwi, grapes, blueberries, raspberries, and chopped chocolate. Also served with chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream. Maple syrup is also served, but the sweetness of the fruits and ice cream make it refreshing and delicious. The chocolate sauce was also light and easy to eat.

After about 15 minutes, the pancake arrived. The pancake was soft and fluffy, making it difficult to cut with a fork. The texture was soft and somewhat doughy, reminding me of a half-baked sponge cake. It was slightly gooey and had a powdery feel. The other fruits and Mont Blanc were ordinary and didn't have any distinctive features. Personally, it wasn't to my liking, but it is quite unique, so there are probably people who enjoy it.

A friend in Sapporo told me about a delicious pancake shop. It was hard to find the shop from Sapporo Station by taxi, but I finally found it after getting lost. There was already a line of 3 groups waiting even though it was before opening on a weekday. The interior of the shop was stylish, and I was seated at the counter since I was alone. There were a few other solo customers as well. I couldn't decide between the Angel's Pancake and the Devil's Pancake, so I ordered both. Hmm, I preferred the Angel's Pancake. The choice between white and black was difficult. The appearance was stylish, but I actually preferred the Pancake of Happiness.

I arrived at the restaurant around 12:30 pm and waited in line for about 20 minutes before entering. While waiting in line, the staff took our orders, so once we were seated, everything went smoothly. I ordered the seasonal grape pancake. The pancake itself was fluffy and quite sweet. I'm not a big fan of sweet things, so I usually get tired of pancakes halfway through, but eating it with the grapes made it refreshing and I was able to enjoy it until the end. The grape sorbet, in particular, was delicious. The presentation was artistic and almost too beautiful to eat. They have various flavors available for a limited time, so I would love to go back and try more!

It was a bit chilly and the station felt far away. We arrived around 4 pm, but had to wait - and it was sold out for our group! Several couples looked sad as they left. We were also almost out of luck. We placed our order while waiting, so the wait time was shorter than expected. We eagerly watched other people's pancakes arrive with a delicious smell. Finally, our pancakes arrived, fluffy and jiggly. There was a big spoon, but we used a knife and fork. The pancakes were so good, with two types of cream. We enjoyed it, but my daughter found the fermented butter overwhelming. We switched to enjoy both types of cream and were very satisfied. You can pour on as much syrup as you like. Some people may find the richness a bit much, but I personally thought it was delicious. It cost 1500 yen, maybe making it slightly smaller would be better.
