[Tanimachi 4 Lunch] The combination of duck and soy sauce creates an excellent soup in this duck ramen, making it a perfect match! ~ [Daidai Temmabashi Store] This is the lunch of the day ♡ A delicious bowl with chicken broth soup. I love duck ramen ♡ ○ Special chicken broth soup ○ ・Duck ramen set meal 900 yen. It is beautifully arranged with the aroma of duck gently spreading in the soup topped with radish sprouts, carrots, chopped green onions, menma, and duck chashu. I especially recommend the duck meat! It is juicy with a good elasticity, and you can really feel like you are eating duck meat. The light soup made with Kawachi duck is very delicious! The sweetness of the duck fat spreads throughout your mouth the moment you drink it, surprising you with its deliciousness! The combination of the duck meat's umami and the Japanese flavor that follows afterwards is delightful. The noodles with a good texture are thin noodles that easily blend with the soup, giving it a delicious ramen-like texture. Another enjoyment is turning the soup into a porridge by adding rice at the end! The dashi roll in the side dish is also delicious ♡ I am full. Thank you for the meal (๑´ڡ`๑)

I used it for a dinner with my colleagues at work. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was calm and quiet. We had a course with all-you-can-drink for 4,000 yen, and it included dishes like raw duck and fried blowfish. They were delicious! As a man, I felt the portion was a bit small, so I ordered half-size duck ramen and duck rice bowl as extra. The service provided by the female staff member from Fukushima Prefecture was excellent, and we had a great time.

Occasionally, I walked in without any prior information. There are 8 counter seats on the left side of the entrance, and table seats on the right side. In the kitchen, there are two men, and the dining area is managed by one female staff. I ordered the top item on the lunch menu: - Duck tataki rice bowl set: ¥950 It comes with duck tataki rice bowl, dashimaki, liver sashimi, and pickles. The amount of duck tataki made me react like Yusaku Matsuda (^_^;) The lettuce on the outside sign was more noticeable than the duck, and the size seemed small. Comparing it to a past review photo of the same menu, it seems like the amount of duck has decreased, a "stealth price increase" perhaps... The sauce is rich like eel sauce. The texture of the duck is similar to Miyazaki Jidokko chicken. Research shows that they source their ducks from Matsubara Tsukura main store, the only live sales integrated store in Osaka established in 1870 (Meiji 3). This place is not listed in the "List of restaurants where Kawachi duck can be eaten" as it is newly opened. The rearing period is 75 days, with a limited shipment of 200 ducks per day compared to the usual 50 days. In 2001 (Heisei 13), they obtained the trademark for "Kawachi duck" and it was officially adopted as an ingredient at the G20 Osaka Summit 2019. In the past, they crossbred wild ducks and ducks, naming the offspring "Gokamo," which became popular nationwide. This time, I may have made a menu selection mistake. I should have gone for the duck ramen...

I found a delicious looking restaurant that accepts the Osaka Campaign and decided to go there. For lunch, they offered duck rice bowls and duck ramen, as well as a set that includes both. This time, I ordered the duck rice bowl. Surprisingly, there was quite a lot of duck meat and I thoroughly enjoyed it!

I visited at lunchtime. I was seated at the counter right away.
- Duck and egg bowl set
The duck and egg mix well together and are easy to eat. It is a light dish! The egg is sweetly seasoned. The miso soup had a slightly unique smell. I'm happy to find a place where I can enjoy delicious duck. The price was listed as 950 yen, but I was told it was exactly 1000 yen, so I paid. It said "tax included," but was it different? I would like to try other menu items as well. Thank you for the meal.

In the vicinity of Temmabashi, there is a fancy restaurant specializing in duck and blowfish dishes. They offer upscale courses featuring Tora fugu and Kawachi duck. During lunchtime, you can enjoy a Kawachi duck rice bowl or ramen. I visited on a weekday and ordered the Duck Special Set, which included Kawachi duck sashimi rice bowl and Kawachi duck ramen. The duck flavor in the ramen was not very pronounced, but it had a sweet taste like essence of duck. The Kawachi duck sashimi rice bowl was a luxurious treat for lunch. I really enjoyed indulging in duck dishes during the day and would like to try both duck and blowfish dishes on their evening menu.

[Tanimachi 4 Lunch] Full of deals! The half & half "Ladies Set Meal" with Kawauchi Duck Tataki Donburi and Kawauchi Duck Ramen is delicious ~ "Daidai Temmabashi Store" A cozy Japanese izakaya with a calm atmosphere like a small restaurant, "Daidai Temmabashi Store," had a variety of lunch menu items when I visited to enjoy Kawauchi duck donburi after a long time! I was particularly interested in the "Ladies Set Meal" with Kawauchi Duck Tataki Donburi and Kawauchi Duck Ramen half & half. The ability to taste both was the deciding factor! This time, I ordered this for lunch: - Ladies Set Meal: Half & Half Kawauchi Duck Tataki Donburi and Kawauchi Duck Ramen, Small Side Dishes, Dashimaki Tamago, Potato Salad, Pickles The "Ladies Set Meal" is appealing because you can taste popular menu items in small portions. First, the Kawauchi Duck Tataki Donburi: A vibrant display of duck meat and egg yolk piled on top of lettuce catches the eye. The fresh color of the Kawauchi duck looks very appetizing. The Kawauchi duck tataki is grilled over charcoal, spreading a faint charcoal aroma. I pour the slightly sweet sauce provided on the side over the egg yolk and mix it together. The duck meat, moist and chewy, oozes with flavor as you chew, making it delicious ~ The crispness of the lettuce is a nice touch! Mixing the duck meat, sauce, and egg yolk together creates a perfect bowl dish. And then, the Kawauchi Duck Ramen: The duck meat chashu has a pleasant elasticity, and the light soup made from Kawauchi duck is very delicious! The moment you sip it, the sweetness of the duck fat spreads throughout your mouth, surprising you with its deliciousness! The richness and umami of the duck meat blend together, with a hint of bonito broth perhaps? The soup has a lingering taste of Japanese flavors. The side dish of dashimaki tamago was delicious with a strong dashi flavor ~ The "Ladies Set Meal" is such a great deal! I'm completely satisfied and full. Thank you for the delicious meal (๑´ڡ`๑)

Menu: Kashiwa Duck Special (Premium Ramen & Duck Tataki Bowl) for 1,300 yen
I was intrigued by the duck when I saw the menu outside the restaurant. I ordered the Kashiwa Duck Special, which includes a duck tataki bowl and ramen with duck chashu. The duck tataki bowl was even more delicious than I had imagined. The rareness of the duck, the sauce, and the egg paired perfectly. It was so tasty that I would definitely become a regular if the restaurant were a bit closer to my workplace. I want to revisit before the weather gets too hot. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

Lunchtime in September of the 3rd year of Reiwa - Duck Tataki Donburi Set Meal for 900 yen. I'm not usually familiar with duck tataki, but it was delicious. With the set meal, for an additional 100 yen, you get Tamagoyaki (Japanese rolled omelette) and Sumire soup, so I recommend getting the set meal.

Lunch at "Daidai" in Uchiazumacho. A restaurant specializing in Kawachi duck and blowfish. The lunch menu offers various options featuring Kawachi duck. I ordered the Ladies Set, which can be ordered by men as well. My friend ordered the Kawachi duck tataki rice bowl set. The Ladies Set includes a tataki rice bowl, ramen, two side dishes, and pickles. The ramen has a rich flavor from the duck fat but is not too heavy. It is delicious with grilled duck. The tataki rice bowl features tender and chewy duck. It is topped with sauce and can be mixed with a raw egg yolk for a creamy texture. It was my first time having duck in a while, and it was incredibly delicious. It was a happy lunchtime. Thank you for the meal.

A Japanese izakaya in Temmabashi that specializes in fugu and duck dishes. The atmosphere is calm and reminiscent of a small traditional Japanese eatery. The owner is kind and provides attentive service. I ordered the "Kawachi Duck Tataki Don Set" for lunch, which is normally 800 yen as a single item, but for an extra 100 yen, you get a set with dashimaki tamago and duck meatball soup. The vibrant duck meat is piled on a bed of lettuce. It is easy to eat with no strange flavors, and the umami flavor spreads in your mouth as you chew. It was exquisite when eaten with the slightly sweet sauce and egg yolk. The dashimaki tamago and duck soup were also delicious. To have this quality for under 1000 yen is amazing. I will definitely visit again soon! ^^

I was planning to eat outside that day. While exploring the area near my workplace, I noticed a sign that caught my eye. In big letters, it said "Kawachi Duck" and was brightly illustrated. Kawachi Duck? Can you eat it for lunch? I looked at the lunch menu on the sign, and it seemed that you could get a set with Kawachi Duck for under 1,000 yen, including Tataki bowl or ramen. I thought it was a good deal, so I decided to go in. After some hesitation, I ordered the bowl. I was impressed by the richness of the meat that came out. It paired really well with the egg yolk. The broth seemed to be duck broth. It was a bit of a luxurious lunch. I'll have to go back at night sometime.

During lunch, I had the duck tataki bowl and ramen set at the Tenma Hashi restaurant, Tachibana, and I was so impressed that I wanted to go back at night. I happened to see a sign outside the restaurant that said "6 appetizers included, all-you-can-drink for 3500 yen," and since I finished work early on a weekday evening between the state of emergency and the prevention measures, I thought I could still have a drink. I asked, "Is it okay to come alone?" and they happily replied, "Of course, it's okay." So, in the gap between the state of emergency and the prevention measures, I started a solo all-you-can-drink session. I started with a Super Dry beer by Asahi, which always goes well. I switched to a large beer halfway through, which I think is a good idea. The warm and deliciously roasted edamame was fantastic, even for those who don't like edamame. The soft and flavorful dashi tamago was just right, with the dashi overflowing from the inside. The blowfish tempura was surprisingly large and delicious, not what I expected at all. The blowfish tempura was tender and tasty, and I realized that the restaurant's name also included "duck and blowfish." The duck tataki was so good that I wished I could have more. The grilled duck, with its dangerous aroma of garlic chips, made me want more. The duck liver simmered in soy sauce was unbelievably delicious, with a rich and intense flavor. If you like liver, you must try this dish. Lastly, the soba noodles, which are usually served as soba, were served as zaru ramen today. The noodles used in the duck ramen were enjoyable even for those who don't like soba. The noodles had a good texture and were refreshing. I was so happy as a solo diner to enjoy delicious food and beer at the counter. It made me want to visit that duck again on a lonely night.

During a regular lunchtime visit, there were only 2 groups of customers in the restaurant. I sat at the counter and was considering getting the duck bowl, but then I saw they offered a ladies' set meal which included both a bowl and ramen, so I went with that. It's also okay for men to order. The price was 1000 yen. The food came out in less than 10 minutes. The duck ramen had a delicious broth, probably because of the richness of the duck. The duck bowl had a nice crispy texture on the fatty parts, which was also very tasty. Overall, it was a great meal. Thank you.

Wednesday 1:00 PM. No customers in advance. Maybe because it's the end of lunchtime? It's empty. There seem to be only two staff members. It has a Japanese izakaya atmosphere. ・Duck set meal ¥1300 ・Ladies' set meal ¥1000 Personally, I think it's lame to write English in hiragana instead of katakana, lol. Well, that's irrelevant to the review. I didn't check the time, but it was quite fast. Just as expected from a lunch spot in the business district. The ramen was delicious. Duck soba, more like Chinese soba with duck meat. The duck fat comes out nicely, with a good balance of sweetness and umami. I slurped it all up. The duck bowl has a pretty sweet sauce. It feels a bit too strong, but the duck meat, which is slightly seared, has a good texture without any gamey taste. I wish they would use a dish with a pointed tip that doesn't drip sauce when you pour it in, as the regular round dish causes the sauce to drip down. Despite some minor details, the taste, speed, and cost performance are good. There is quite a lot of duck meat in both the ramen and the bowl, with no gaminess, and all for 1300 yen. This is really great value. Itadakimasu!

This is a restaurant where you can eat dishes made with Kawachi duck and fugu. I came here knowing that you can have a Kawachi duck lunch. The menu is displayed in front of the store, and there are interesting dishes such as Kawachi duck tataki bowl and Kawachi duck ramen. I entered the store. It's a nice izakaya (or rather, a restaurant) where delicious food seems to be served. Since it was just after opening, I was able to sit leisurely. When I looked at the lunch menu again: - Kawachi duck special (duck bowl + duck ramen) 1,300 yen - Kawachi duck oil soba (limited to 10 servings) Single 850 yen, set meal 1,000 yen, mini duck bowl set 1,400 yen - Kawachi duck ramen Single 750 yen, set meal 900 yen - Kawachi duck tataki bowl Single 800 yen, set meal 900 yen - Ladies' set meal (half duck bowl & half duck ramen) 1,000 yen - Manpuku set 1,550 yen - Kawachi duck sushi set meal 1,300 yen. What I ordered is as follows. They made the rice extra large for me (probably for free): ◆ Kawachi duck tataki bowl set meal price 900 yen. There was a little less duck than in the menu photo, so I was a little disappointed, but when I thought about it, maybe the rice was extra large, so it spread out to the top of the bowl. The beautiful colored Kawachi duck is lined up on the lettuce with a yolk on top. Let's pour the separate sauce and mix it with the yolk. Oh, the Kawachi duck tataki has a faint charcoal aroma. The meat is moist and tender, and the more you chew, the more umami flavor comes out. The meat is delicious, but this sauce is delicious too. Even the parts where I only ate the lettuce and rice were delicious thanks to this sauce. The dashimaki tamago on the small plate has a clean surface finish like a cake without any burnt parts. And this dashimaki tamago was also wonderful, with a strong dashi flavor and delicious. The clear soup contains Kawachi duck meatballs. I felt that clear soup was more suitable for this bowl than miso soup. The extra large portion was just right in terms of quantity. It's great that you can eat Kawachi duck for this price at lunchtime. I'm curious about the duck ramen and oil soba too. I might revisit when I'm nearby. Thank you for the meal!

After a long time working at the office, I decided to have lunch at a restaurant. I remembered there was a place where I could eat duck ramen. So, I headed to Tachibana-san. As I stood in front of the restaurant, I checked the menu again. The duck ramen looked delicious, but the duck tataki bowl also caught my eye. I couldn't decide between the two, but then I noticed they had a set meal called "Duck Special" where I could have both the ramen and tataki bowl. I immediately ordered the Duck Special. The duck ramen was amazing, with a refined soup full of duck flavor that went down smoothly. The thin, slightly curly yellow noodles had a nice chewiness and paired well with the duck broth. Unlike the duck hot pot I sometimes have at home, this duck meat was incredibly tender. The tataki bowl featured rare duck meat that was easy to eat, with a nice bounce and a rich flavor that spread in my mouth. The egg yolk in the middle of the bowl enhanced the taste, perfectly complementing the sauce. I wonder if I enjoyed the tataki bowl more? But if I poured this ramen soup over a bowl of rice, I feel like I could eat endless servings of rice.

Today I casually walked into a restaurant attracted by the sound of "Kawachi duck." The menu board displayed a dish called "Kawachi duck tataki don," so I decided to try it. I arrived around 1:00 PM and found the interior of the restaurant to be clean and inviting, with two other customers already seated. I originally ordered the Kawachi duck tataki set meal for 900 yen, but upon seeing a small note on the menu board that the set meal was also available for men, I changed my order to include the tataki don and Kawachi duck ramen. The food arrived promptly, with the ramen served first. The soup was delicious, with a slightly sweet soy sauce base complemented by the richness and flavor of the duck. The noodles were thin and straight, paired well with the duck and green onions. The duck meat was tender and not tough even when heated. Next, the tataki don arrived, beautifully presented with five slices of pink duck meat on a bed of lettuce, topped with a glistening egg yolk. The duck meat was marinated in a special sauce, tender and moist with a rich and slightly sweet flavor. It was delicious to eat on its own and even better when mixed with the rice in the bowl. The two side dishes, dashi tamagoyaki and shrimp with ponzu sauce, were also excellent complements to the meal. The variety of flavors and textures made the dining experience enjoyable.

[Tanimachi 4 Lunch] A restaurant that opened in March☆ Delicious tataki bowl with plenty of carefully selected Kawachi duck! ~《Daidai》I happened to come across this restaurant and was greeted by a friendly staff member. It's rare to have a duck lunch! The restaurant just opened in March and has a cozy and warm atmosphere with a lot of wood inside. The lunch menu consists of either Kawachi duck ramen or tataki bowl. This time, I decided to try the tataki bowl with plenty of carefully selected Kawachi duck! The Kawachi duck set comes with duck soup with duck dumplings, a side dish of rolled omelette, and pickles. The bowl is filled with sliced Kawachi duck along with vegetables. The tataki is tender, flavorful, and delicious! The soup is light and had duck dumplings in it, which were soft and had a nice texture. The tataki bowl made with the restaurant's carefully selected Kawachi duck was quite tasty! I left feeling full and satisfied♪ The duck tataki bowl is also available for takeout. Thank you for the meal! ===========
