On Sunday at 1:00 pm, the restaurant was about half full (the parking lot had three spaces filled). The restaurant had a mountain hut or snack bar vibe, not like a typical Chinese restaurant, so ordering was a bit confusing. However, they had a solid Chinese menu. I ordered the Cold Noodles Set for 1100 yen (cold noodles and fried rice) and the Meal Set for 1100 yen (sweet and sour pork, shrimp tempura, soup, and rice). The Meal Set with sweet and sour pork arrived in about 7-8 minutes. The shrimp tempura was delicious, and the soup was surprisingly tasty, almost like a high-end restaurant's soup (although I'm not sure). If the soup in this set is this good, I can expect the same from their ramen or Chinese soba. The sweet and sour pork was also delicious, and the white rice was very satisfying. Soon after, the Cold Noodles arrived. I thought it was a small size, but it turned out to be a full-size portion with lots of ingredients. The fried rice also had a decent portion size, although it was a bit mild in flavor, not as strong as typical Chinese fried rice. The restaurant had a steady stream of customers, indicating its popularity. I will definitely come back, next time to try their Chinese soba.

It's easy to miss because of the fast pace on the outer ring road, so be careful (laughs). The interior of the store is clean and tidy. It is larger inside than it looks from the outside, with a counter and tables. The dishes such as Tianjin rice, sweet and sour pork, and Nagasaki champon are delicious but not too heavy, making it a refined Chinese cuisine that you would want to eat even when you feel a bit full. This restaurant has been along the outer ring road for a long time and I've always been curious about it. There is a parking lot next to the shop, so it's safe to drive there. The interior of the shop is clean and spacious, with a neat impression. There are counter seats and table seats, and it's comfortable and relaxing. They have Nagasaki Champon, Gyoza, Sweet and Sour Pork, and two types of Champon - regular and Nagasaki style. When I asked about the difference, they said the Nagasaki style has slightly thicker noodles, inspired by the original dish. The soup has a good flavor but it's not too strong, so it doesn't make you thirsty. The Sweet and Sour Pork has a deep vinegar flavor and I really liked it. The flavors are rich and the seasoning is a bit different from typical Chinese restaurants. I ordered the daily lunch special and it was very satisfying. The prices are reasonable, and I believe the other menu items are also delicious. If there were more parking spaces available, I think this place would attract even more customers. Overall, it was a very delicious Chinese restaurant.

The overall flavor is light. It may not be satisfying for those who prefer rich Chinese dishes. The mapo tofu is seasoned in a way that even a 5-year-old can eat it. It won't be enough for those who want spicy mapo tofu. The Tianjin noodles have a smooth and light sauce. The texture of the dumpling filling is a bit mushy, like homemade dumplings with less filling. Additionally, the parking lot next to the restaurant can only fit two cars and is difficult to park in due to its narrow space and location near a busy intersection. It's easier to head in when parking, but it's still a challenging spot to park.

I hadn't visited this Chinese restaurant in a while. I had been to a similar Chinese restaurant before. The exterior is mainly black and looks a bit upscale. Inside, there are table seats and counter seats. Some of the counter seats turn into a Japanese bar at night. This time, I had the Hinadori chicken stir-fry with ramen set for 850 yen. Despite having ramen, it also came with white rice, a carb overload from hell. The ramen's chashu was delicious. The salt ramen soup was not bad either. The stir-fry had tasty meat. This is "Ryutan-san" in Kawachinagano. It is located along the outer ring road on the left side facing the Tennozan direction. I used to go there often when I lived in Kawachinagano before, but this is my first visit since the renovation. This time, I ordered the half-chan set fried rice (small) and Tenshin noodles. After a while, the fried rice was brought to me. It was fluffy and the taste was quite to my liking. As for the Tenshin noodles, honestly, it was not what I had imagined. The egg was also firm, and there was hardly any sauce. But when I tried it, the taste was okay.
