You can enjoy various types of pancakes, from sweet to savory. First, the overflowing strawberry pancake. Fresh strawberries with mascarpone sauce and homemade strawberry sauce, a cute pancake with a sweet and sour taste that becomes addictive. Next is the matcha tiramisu. When you remove the film, the matcha cream flows out smoothly, with a restrained sweetness and a strong bitterness of matcha, a sophisticated pancake for adults. All sweet pancakes come with Hokkaido premium soft serve ♪ And my favorite, the brunch plate! Two pancakes with salad, fried egg, sausage, and potatoes, a meal-type pancake. You can also add maple syrup and whipped cream to your liking. The combination of sweet and salty is amazing. Above all, I was really impressed by the fluffy texture of the pancakes! Although they look thick, when you put them in your mouth, they melt lightly and fluffy, so my friend and I finished three types in no time!! There is also a wide variety of drinks, from tapioca to lemon squash where you can enjoy the color change. Colorful and photogenic drinks are available. Most of the products, including pancakes, drinks, and soft serve, are available for takeout. The store has a spacious interior with table seats for 2-4 people and semi-private seats. Finally, a Taiwanese pancake shop called "cafeRob" from Aichi has arrived in Fukuoka! Their fluffy Taiwanese pancakes and chewy brown sugar tapioca are popular. Located on the first floor of Ai Town in Iizuka, it can be a bit tricky to find from the inside, so I wandered around a bit (laughs). The staff kindly greeted me in front of the store. You need to pay at the register after ordering. Cutlery and water are self-service. The menu includes dessert pancakes, meal pancakes, parfaits, ice cream, and even all-you-can-eat pancakes. Since it was my first time, I chose the classics! Overflowing Strawberry Pancake and Plain Pancake. The pancakes are cooked after you order, so it takes a bit of time to come out. After waiting for about 15-20 minutes, they finally arrived! They looked cute and fluffy, and when I tried them, they were soft and melted in my mouth quickly. The Hokkaido premium soft serve ice cream was surprisingly generous! It was really delicious.
