【Takeout】Located in Kiyota Ward, Kiyota Shiitake Farm cultivates and sells fresh shiitake mushrooms. The mushrooms harvested on the same day are all fresh and sold by the gram depending on the size. The shop is located roughly between Sapporo Ariake Elementary School and Sapporo Fureai no Mori along the Takino Suzuran Park Avenue (Hokkaido Route 341).
Visited again in the afternoon on September 26, 2021, aiming to reach the intersection near Yakitori Daikichi from the entrance of Makomanai Reien and Kiyota Ward Office within 30 minutes. During the challenge, I managed to get shiitake mushrooms here. By the way, it took me about 12 minutes from the entrance of Makomanai Reien to this place. I bought 300g of shiitake mushrooms for 270 yen, priced at 90 yen per 100g. I slice the umbrella part to accompany grilled chicken, and use the stem part to make kinpira. The shiitake mushrooms here are delicious! (・ω・)♬

A mushroom cultivation company located along Suzuran Street in Takino in November 2022. The mushrooms here are very delicious! They have a beautiful shape, are thick and have a good aftertaste. They also grow very large mushrooms that can be enjoyed as mushroom steaks in restaurants. I visited the Kiyota Ward Office for some business and saw this company selling their mushrooms in the lobby, so I bought some. I grilled the mushrooms with garlic butter and soy sauce, and they were thick, tasty, and had a good aftertaste! Sweet potatoes can be grown as houseplants by placing the tip in water, and their leaves will grow like ornamental plants, making them a great addition to your interior decor.

I found out about Mairebi-san's review and decided to visit. On the way, I stopped at a popular shop and had some strawberry parfait before continuing on to Takino. I turned right at the Nobori sign and found a small shop selling three different sizes and thicknesses of shiitake mushrooms. They only had 4 pieces left from the back, and they even showed me a giant shiitake mushroom. I decided to buy the standard three types, 100g each. I was supposed to stop by home before heading out, but I ended up carrying them with me... I stayed at a hotel for two nights, so I dried them in the hotel room. Now that I'm back, I've been cooking and eating them little by little. They are delicious. It seems like they are also served in restaurants. I heard that you can also get the mushroom logs, which I really wanted... I recommend it to those who are looking for new ideas for dishes! haha

Before lunch, I stopped by a recommended place and visited a few times. This time, I bought 300g for 300 yen, while my companion bought 500g for 500 yen. When we got home, we grilled them on a net, poured soy sauce, and tried them with two types of garlic salt. It was delicious. The shiitake mushrooms had a rich flavor.

I went to search for the location of the spring water in Ariake, Kiyota Ward for the first time, and I bought shiitake mushrooms on the way. They were 300g for 270 yen, with each 100g of B-grade mushrooms costing 90 yen. They tasted delicious as they were fresh.

I have been wanting to visit this shop for about 2 years after seeing reviews from Mogutan. Even though we passed by it again this time, my friend finally suggested stopping by since I had mentioned it multiple times. Depending on the day of the week, the price of shiitake mushrooms varies, and if you go on sale days - Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday - you can purchase them at an even more discounted price. Shiitake mushrooms apparently have three times more umami when frozen, so it is recommended to buy a lot, do some pre-processing like slicing, and then freeze them. Thank you, "Kiyota Shiitake Farm."

Update in November 2015: Recently, this place has become quite popular, so they have started running out of stock and implementing limits such as 200g per person. There seems to be a limit to the amount they can harvest, so if you are traveling from far away, it may be a good idea to check in advance.
I finally went after seeing the previous reviews. I bought A-tama for grilling and Chibichan for miso soup and cooking. The prices are very cheap for fresh produce, but there are also items that are hard to tell if they are fresh. I cooked them in butter, put them in miso soup, and the freshly picked shiitake mushrooms had such a great texture and deep flavor. I think they usually wholesale to supermarkets, but I would definitely want to come here every week just for the mushrooms.

In June 2015, special prices on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays! These shiitake mushrooms are thick and have a soft shiitake aroma, very cost-effective. They are treated like brand-name shiitake mushrooms at chain izakayas in Kiyota-ku, and the taste is very good♪ We are located along the Takino Suzuran Street. There is a flag out, so it should be easy to find. These shiitake mushrooms are highly recommended, and I think everyone should know about them. They are the most delicious shiitake mushrooms I have ever had. When cut with a knife, they feel like mushrooms. The texture is completely different from supermarket shiitake mushrooms. This time, I bought 15 unopened Grade A shiitake mushrooms for 500 yen. They are well-shaped, have a soft aroma, and even my son, who doesn't like shiitake mushrooms, eats them well. They are very thick, and I can no longer eat supermarket shiitake mushrooms. Their shape is also good, making them perfect for stuffing, but I personally love to have them as simple shiitake steaks. They are open all year round, so I will definitely use them again♪
