Buta Mori Soba (Animal + Seafood 1500 yen) ★★★★ The soup is a chicken and pork-based seafood soy sauce flavor. The noodles are thick straight noodles. The ingredients include shoulder loin chashu, chopped green onions, onions, and bunashimeji mushrooms. The soup is made from chicken, pork, bonito flakes, mackerel flakes, and kelp, with a moderate amount of oil added. It has a rounded soy sauce flavor with acidity and a hint of sweetness, giving it a rich depth with the umami of chicken and pork broth. The homemade noodles are supple with a bounce-back texture and a glossy surface, offering a rich wheat flavor. You can choose from 200g, 300g, or 400g of noodles. The small, thick strips of chashu made with "TOKYO X" are deliciously meaty and offer a satisfying volume, with a meaty texture that spreads the umami as you chew. The craftsmanship, including the ingredients, is truly excellent. Recently, whenever I tried to go, I was hit with strange troubles or temporary closures, and I kept missing out on eating at Boyasetsu. Today, I'm finally going to eat! This time, I tried a luxurious dipping noodles dish made with plenty of crab, a high-class seafood from the sea. It has a salt-based dipping noodle base, but the saltiness is adjusted to be stronger than usual, giving it a sharp flavor. However, it is not too strong, and the adjustment is exquisite, making it enjoyable for everyone. The crab is generously included, with fine fibers that easily come apart in your mouth, releasing the aroma of the sea and a rich flavor that penetrates your taste buds dramatically. The rich taste and aroma of the crab melt into the soup, creating an amazing combination. The thick chashu block is extremely tender and rich in the sweetness of the fat. The noodles are as excellent as always, with a stronger chewiness and a more pronounced wheat flavor than before. It's still evolving! When you dip these top-quality noodles in the extremely delicious dipping sauce, it's so good that I was blown away outside the restaurant. The Negi Butadon is as delicious as ever, with the salt sauce being incredibly flavorful! I wish I could have a whole tub of this salt sauce... By the way, they use really good rice, sometimes given by a relative who is a farmer. The Negi Butadon is so delicious that it could be the main reason to visit, it's incredibly flavorful and very filling, so be careful when ordering. You can choose between 200g to 400g of noodles for free with the dipping noodles. Boyasetsu's limited edition items are all consistently delicious, but the seafood limited editions are exceptionally good... I think there's nothing but deliciousness. If a seafood limited edition is announced, I highly recommend going to try it at least once, it's so delicious! However, when you go, it might be a good idea to check if there is a limited edition announced (they will post if it's sold out or if there is a temporary closure).

Ramen Bozai Tetsu here. I visited during the evening rush hour on the Hanshin Expressway, amidst heavy traffic. The road in front of the shop is also under construction, so please be careful if you are driving. I visited around 6:30 in the evening this time. I was debating between the soy sauce horse idiot tsukemen and the hiyashi chuka when the owner recommended the Cloud Wonton Noodles. It's made with a clear soy sauce broth infused with chicken, bonito, mackerel, and kelp, along with homemade flat thin noodles. The soup coats the noodles well and is as delicious as always. The bamboo shoots are crunchy, the Kujyo green onions have a nice texture, and the chashu is tender. The wontons are generously filled, with a chewy skin and flavorful filling. They are quite delicious and satisfying to eat. It was a great recommendation and a delicious bowl of noodles.

There is a shop along the Nakanishi Canal in Higashi Osaka. Due to its location, you can only access it by car, and when I visited, all the customers were men. I heard that there is always a line, so this time I arrived just before the last order at 8:15 PM. There were only two people waiting inside, so I was seated right away. The menu mainly consists of soy sauce ramen, with options like pork soy sauce, negi soba, and salt ramen. I decided to try the limited edition seseri ramen, which was topped with chicken seseri. The portion was generous and it was incredibly delicious. There was also plenty of regular chashu on top, so there was more meat than noodles. The noodles were thick and chewy, which I really liked. The hot soup met the criteria of a great ramen shop. I refrained from ordering extra noodles this time, but considering the amount of meat, getting an extra serving would have been the right choice. Also, the way the green onions were finely chopped was unique and sharp, unlike anything I had seen before. I wonder how they cut it.

Recently, the attention of many people has been drawn to the East Osaka area, which has quickly become one of the most competitive ramen battlegrounds in Osaka. This restaurant has been leading the way in this area for a long time. I ordered the limited edition "Niku no Curtain (Hiyamugi)" because I couldn't remember ever trying it before. The noodles were homemade with a good firmness, and there was plenty of beef, pork, and chicken meat on top. The chilled Chinese-style sauce with a hint of acidity at the bottom was exquisite! Oh man, this limited edition dish has it all!

I was surprised. I was called by someone and thought it might be a casual meeting, but it turned out to be more serious than I expected. The more I listened, the more I realized the importance of the matter, which made me nervous. I felt hungry, so I decided to have ramen at a nearby restaurant. I parked at the affiliated parking lot and entered the restaurant. It was almost full, but I managed to get a seat at the counter. I ordered the soy sauce ramen for 950 yen, a popular dish at this 100-ranked restaurant. The soup was simple yet flavorful, with a mix of chicken, pork, and other broth flavors. The noodles were chewy and had a great texture, allowing the flavors to blend well. The rare roast beef-like char siu was delicious. I enjoyed every bite, and the more I chewed, the more flavors came out. Overall, it was a satisfying meal, and I look forward to coming back again.

"Men Tetsu" serves delicious noodles. I usually only eat warm noodles, but the noodles here have a great slippery texture and a firm chewiness. Today, I tried their seasonal "cold noodles" and they were amazing. The noodles were firm and had a great texture, maybe because they were rinsed in cold water. The toppings were also delicious, with moist chicken and a flavorful sauce. The soup was refreshing and tasty. I will definitely come back again. Just a heads up, they don't offer extra noodles, but that's okay.

15 minutes walk from Kintetsu Wakae-Iwata Station, along the Nakakan road, is the popular restaurant "Bouya Tetsu" on Tabelog with 100 reviews. I visited by car this day, and there is a coin parking lot next to the restaurant. You will receive a 1-hour service ticket when you pay. I arrived on a weekday at 1 pm and there were 5 customers waiting outside. I entered the restaurant 10 minutes later. - Niku Shoyu Ramen ¥1,200 The elegant soy sauce in chicken broth brings out a rich flavor. The balance of pork and vegetables can also be felt in the soup, which is so delicious that you'll want to drink it all up. The chewy flat noodles provide a satisfying texture! They go well with the soup and you'll want to slurp them all up! The thick and tender pork shoulder rare chashu is surprisingly juicy and delicious. The leeks add a crunchy accent, which is irresistible to leek lovers. A bowl that is enjoyable from start to finish and you won't get tired of drinking it all up. Thank you for the meal!

It had been a while since my last visit, and around 6 pm, I was able to enter smoothly as the only customers. I ordered the Pork Soy Sauce Ramen for 1,200 yen. I usually don't prefer Chashu Ramen, but I had a sudden craving for it. I remembered it being quite delicious when I came before, but this time it was somewhat lacking. I'm not sure if my taste buds have changed or if the flavor has changed. It seemed to be lacking richness. There were several spots where the soup had splattered inside the box with chopsticks in it, indicating that the staff had not wiped it during cleaning. The staff also seemed to be muttering something, making the atmosphere uncomfortable. It was very disappointing.

I visited the restaurant around 8 p.m. on a weekday. The last order seemed to be at 8:30 p.m., so I had to wait a bit inside as it was full. I chose the negi ramen. The flavor of the negi was strong, and both the soup and noodles were delicious. There was a good amount of meat in it as well.

This is a famous ramen restaurant in Higashi Osaka. - Cash payment only - Parking service ticket available ■■■ Shop ■■■ I came to Higashi Osaka with a 20% PayPay back!! and decided to visit this famous ramen restaurant. Although PayPay cannot be used here, it is a popular spot so I arrived just after peak hours around 2 o'clock and was able to be seated right away. There are rules written outside the shop about queuing up. I guess it's best to come at a good time. The interior of the shop has a spacious counter with 5 seats and 4 large tables. There is enough space even for families to dine here. The service is polite but with a sense of authority, efficiently handling customers. It seems tough to get used to the service here. It's quite strict with rules like one bowl per person being mandatory, and even children needing to order one bowl for extra servings or noodle refills. ■■■ Menu ■■■ The menu includes soy sauce ramen for 950 yen, while salt and tsukemen are priced at 1050 yen. They also offer appetizers and beer. ■■■ Food ■■■ ▼ Soy Sauce Ramen 950 yen (August 23, 2021) The soup has a flavorful soy sauce base, reminiscent of chicken broth from places like Kadoya Shokudo. However, it's smooth without any sourness or roughness, very well-balanced. Chicken broth soy sauce that is well-balanced is truly delicious. The noodles are smooth and flat, with a good chewiness. The green onions come in both sliced rings and vertically cut pieces, providing a nice balance even when eaten together. ■■■ Closing Comments ■■■ The latter part of the noodles may become a bit monotonous, but I thoroughly enjoyed the tasty soy sauce ramen. If you park in the nearby south parking lot and show your ticket, they will give you a service ticket. Although the last order is listed as 14:45 on Tabelog, customers who arrived at 14:35 were turned away. This aspect of ramen shops can be intimidating. It was a ramen shop that maintains high standards for quality and customers. Thank you for the meal.

I had "Seseri Ramen" and "Pork Mayo Don" for lunch. The Pork Mayo Don had mayonnaise, green onions, and fried onions on top of seaweed and chashu, and it was delicious with a fun texture. The Seseri Ramen had thick noodles in a soy sauce-based soup with green onions, chashu, and seseri. The thick noodles were well coated with the soup and it was delicious. The seseri was also incredibly tasty!

I visited a restaurant I wanted to go to for lunch. There is a large affiliated parking lot on the south side of the building. It's a bit far to walk from the station. Since I was alone, I was seated at the counter. The seat was spacious and comfortable. There were no condiments on the table. I ordered at my seat. It was my first time, so I chose the basic "shoyu" ramen with extra meat, called "niku shoyu". There were no toppings on the menu. The bowl was filled with slices of chashu, chopped green onions, nori, and menma on top. The clear shoyu soup had a simple yet deep flavor with chicken broth. The noodles were flat and paired well with the soup. The chashu came in two types: lightly rare and cooked, both of which were excellent with a variety of textures from thick to thinly sliced. I am interested in trying the "seseri chuka soba" and "shoyu bakatsuke men" next time. I would definitely like to visit again. I really enjoyed the meal.

In the limited edition of Bokuto Chou's Tokyo X, it is quite common to come across it, and this time it is also making a strong presence. The texture is amazing and the dipping sauce has a strong presence, with probably a sweetness derived from onions that is incredibly delicious. It reminds me of last year's black pork dipping soba, with the noodles being top-notch as always. The soup also maintains a hint of sweetness while transforming into a refreshing soup taste, and despite thinking it's not good for my health, I ended up finishing it all.

I visited around 6 pm and was able to enter without waiting in line. I ordered soy sauce ramen and 300g of tsukemen. The noodles were straight and smooth, while the tsukemen had a salty broth. I personally felt that the flavors were a bit weak. The soy sauce ramen was delicious, with green onions adding a nice touch. There were no condiments on the table, so I couldn't adjust the flavors.

This restaurant is my personal favorite when it comes to taste. They offer unique limited-time menu items every Friday, and they are all delicious. The true value of this place lies in their limited-time menu items. My personal favorite is the soy sauce "baka" tsukemen available from Tuesday to Thursday. It is incredibly flavorful, with a combination of meat and soy sauce that can be described as almost violent in its intensity. The shiny, medium-thick noodles that soak up the soup have a chewy texture and a wonderful wheat aroma. Despite the concept of Ramen Jiro being centered around noodles, the dipping sauce is also incredibly delicious. The master even said, "The first bite may be good, but..." but I have to disagree, it's delicious all the way through. Honestly, I think Ramen Jiro is the best in the group.

I arrived at the restaurant around 12 noon on a regular day and had to wait for about 2 people ahead of me. Since the turnover was quick, I was seated at the counter within a few minutes. I ordered the 300g of tsukemen for 1,150 yen. The hot broth had a slightly strong saltiness to it. It came with large pieces of chicken and tsukune. The menu mentioned that you couldn't specify the firmness of the noodles, and they turned out to be quite soft. Personally, I would have preferred them to have a bit more chewiness, but perhaps they have their own reasons for this. It seemed like many people around me were ordering the shoyu ramen, which might have been a better choice. The staff were all friendly and treated customers kindly. There is a coin parking lot next to the restaurant, and if you show your parking ticket, you can get a free 1-hour parking ticket.

The first "ramen" of this year was amazing. Those who know, know. It's a rare bowl that you don't come across often. When you have the chance, make sure to order it without fail. Also, the broth is excellent. The chashu is also top-notch. I hope everyone gets to try it at least once.

Limited Special: Seseri Ramen for 1100 yen Toppings include chashu, chicken seseri, negi, and menma. The noodles are homemade medium-thick straight noodles. The soup is a chicken-based soy sauce broth. On a cloudy weekday, arrived at 11:30. There were two groups of 3 people waiting inside the restaurant. It took about 20 minutes from lining up to getting the ramen. By the time we left around 12:20, there were 5 people waiting inside and 10 people waiting outside. This place in Higashi Osaka is a bit inconvenient to reach by public transportation. There is a coin parking lot next to the store, and they provide a free 60-minute parking ticket, which is a nice service. Now, onto the food. The soup, despite its appearance, was light with a deep umami flavor from the chicken and richness from the soy sauce. The medium-thick noodles had a nice wheat aroma, good chewiness, and were easy to eat. The pork chashu was tender and well-seasoned. The grilled chicken seseri, cooked to order, had a delicious smoky flavor from the char. The fresh crunch of the negi was also excellent. It was delicious - thank you for the meal! ### Shop Information ### Located about a 15-minute walk from Kintetsu Nara Line's Wakae-Iwata Station 4-4-46 Nishi Iwata, Higashi Osaka City, Osaka - Business Hours: 11:00-15:00 (Last Order 14:45), 17:30-21:00 (Last Order 20:45) - Closed on Sundays, Open on Mondays - Free parking available next to the store, with a 60-minute free parking service ticket provided.

Menu ordered: Chicken thigh ramen for 1100 yen. Located along the Nakanoshima River, the restaurant seemed far from the station so I drove there. There was a parking lot next to it, and they took care of the parking ticket for me. Arrived on a Sunday just before 1 pm and there were 4 people waiting outside. After about 10 minutes, we were able to enter the restaurant, but there was also a wait inside. Even though I was at the front of the line, I had to wait about 15 minutes until a counter seat became available, and it took about 40 minutes in total to be seated. The restaurant was spacious, with about 5 counter seats and 4 tables for 4 people each, so there were plenty of seats, but the turnover rate was quite slow. I ordered the chicken thigh ramen. It arrived in about 5 minutes. The soup was quite dark, resembling the Takaida style. It had a clear and refreshing taste with a strong acidity and saltiness, along with a strong soy sauce flavor. The added chicken oil gave it richness and depth, while the spiciness of the black pepper added an accent, creating a powerful flavor. The noodles were straight and medium-thick, with a firm and chewy texture. The surface was smooth and satisfying to eat. The toppings included char siu, chicken thigh, green onions, and black pepper char siu, all with a rich seasoning that emphasized the umami of the meat. The grilled chicken thigh was fragrant and had a firm, bouncy texture, with the spiciness of the black pepper adding a punch to the strong seasoning, making it delicious. The green onions added a refreshing touch to the soy sauce-heavy soup. Overall, it was a hearty and satisfying ramen. Thank you for the meal.

Visited as a second stop for lunch on a regular day. Arrived before 1 pm and there were 5 people waiting. Waited for less than 10 minutes before being seated. This is a restaurant from the Men-Tetsu group located in Higashi-Osaka City. The interior has 5 counter seats and 4 tables for 4 people each. There are dividers between the counter seats, so the spacing between seats is quite wide. The space is very spacious and the interior has a calm color scheme, making it a comfortable atmosphere even for female customers. Ordered the "Seseri Chuka Soba for 1100 yen" this time. The bowl arrived after about a 10-minute wait. The soup has a subtle acidity with a rich soy sauce flavor leading the way. The base is mainly chicken bone broth, giving a lighter taste than expected from the appearance. The default addition of pepper adds a punch to the flavor. The medium-thick noodles are cooked to a perfect firmness, with a chewy texture and a smooth finish. However, the noodles may not stand out too much. The toppings include pork shoulder, seseri (chicken neck meat), menma (bamboo shoots), and green onions. The pork shoulder had a slightly firm texture but a strong meaty flavor. The seseri was juicy with a crunchy texture here and there, adding an accent. However, I might prefer regular chashu. This was my first experience with the Takaida style, which turned out to have a lighter flavor than expected. It was delicious, but it didn't leave a particularly strong impression. Overall, it was a tasty meal.
