I remembered this restaurant when I wanted to have a quick dinner alone. It's located on the 4th floor of Etre Toyonaka in Toyonaka Station building. This place has been around since it opened, so it's been quite a while. I've eaten here a few times before, but this visit was after a long time. It used to be run by a father and son, but now it seems to be run by that son and another young man. I ordered my favorite mentaiko omurice. The omurice here has a modern flavor, but the egg is thinly rolled and neatly wrapped. It's not the fluffy kind of omurice, but it's really delicious! I always go for the mentaiko omurice no matter how many years pass, but they have various types of omurice on the menu. I also found out that they have coupons available, like free extra eggs or adding soup and salad for free, so be sure to bring the coupons when you visit! By the way, they also accept payment through PayPay!

I had cheese omurice. The second half of the dish can often become monotonous, but I enjoyed it until the end. The fluffy egg and cheese matched well. The pickled ginger served on the side was also good. I wonder if it's always like this at this restaurant. It was very innovative and good for me as a first-timer.

I had omurice with mentaiko sauce. The presentation was a bit off (lol) but it was delicious.

With a wide variety of options and sauces to choose from including tomato, white, and curry, this omurice restaurant offers a satisfying experience. They even serve salad omurice that you can enjoy with ponzu sauce.

The omurice had a nostalgic feel to it. I was in the mood for something like a cream croquette, so it seemed even more standard.

This is an omelette rice specialty restaurant located in a commercial facility directly connected to Toyonaka Station on the Hankyu Takarazuka Main Line. The restaurant has a simple counter and take-out service, but it is highly praised for its delicious omelette rice. I decided to try their Cheese Omelette Rice (740 yen) at the counter. The simple chicken rice, wrapped in thinly cooked egg with melted cheese, is served with demi-glace sauce. The buttery flavor and the combination of chicken rice, egg, and sauce create a deep and satisfying taste. The pairing of demi-glace sauce with these ingredients is spot on. Of course, a simpler ketchup version would also be delicious. It seems that demi-glace sauce goes better with cheese, while ketchup is more suited for plain omelette rice. Another popular option at this restaurant is omelette rice with tuna or crab salad topped with ponzu sauce. The addition of ginger as a garnish strangely complements the omelette rice. The simplicity of enjoying the freshly made omelette rice right next to where it is cooked is what makes this place special and popular. Thank you for the meal.

This is a counter-only omelette rice shop on the 4th floor of the mall "Etre Toyonaka" on the west side of Hankyu Toyonaka Station. Although the title says "Omelette Rice Specialty Shop," they also have curry rice. But since everyone is eating omelette rice, let's just focus on that. The basic "Plain Omelette Rice" allows you to choose from tomato, curry, or white sauce for 430 yen. This is quite affordable. However, they have a total of 17 omelette rice options with many enticing choices. The only one made with demiglace sauce is the "Cheese Omelette Rice" (710 yen), the most popular one eaten with ponzu sauce is the "Sea Chicken and Mushroom Omelette Rice" (780 yen), a unique menu item is the "Chinese-style Omelette Rice" (780 yen), and a healthy option with lots of vegetables and low calories is the "Healthy Omelette Rice" (710 yen). There are more options available. For the dishes eaten with ponzu sauce, there is a guide on how to eat them, so please check it carefully. You can add extra portions or double eggs for an additional 50 yen each. The daily omelette rice specials come with a salad and soup as a service. Most of the menu items are available for takeout. Whether you prioritize cost-effectiveness or originality, this is a convenient place where you can easily satisfy your cravings.

'14.11.29 Lunch Revisit Today I went to have lunch by myself. This is my third visit. The second time I had Dry Curry Omelette Rice, and today I had Mentaiko Omelette Rice (^-^) And of course, I had a draft beer as well (lol) Omelette rice for lunch is nice and light☆ No matter when you eat it, the omelette rice at Egg Wrap is always delicious (*^.^*) Thank you for the meal☆
'13.04.18 Lunch Visit Located on the 4th floor of Etre Toyonaka. I came to this restaurant for lunch. There are only counter seats, about 10 seats. Around noon, customers were coming and going to eat. There were various types of omelette rice, from plain to unique ones. I ordered Mentaiko Omelette Rice and a draft beer. The daily lunch special comes with soup and salad as well. The draft beer comes quickly, followed by the omelette rice. It's nice that they don't keep customers waiting too long. The omelette rice may look simple, but when you break it with a spoon, the egg inside is perfectly half-cooked and mixed with buttery rice (*^.^*) The filling of the Mentaiko Omelette Rice is buttery rice with onions and mushrooms, seasoned just right. On top of the egg, there's a generous amount of Mentaiko mayonnaise sauce and shredded seaweed. There are about 17 types of omelette rice and curry, so I'd like to try something different next time☆ Thank you for the meal☆'

On April 15, 2016 (Friday), sunny weather. Cheese omelette rice with demi-glace sauce, cup soup, mini salad with pickled ginger on the side. Price: 740 yen + extra egg for 60 yen = 800 yen. Large serving of pork cutlet curry for 790 yen + 60 yen = 850 yen. Sweet and polite service.
