Located on the 32nd floor of Osaka Station Front Building No. 3, M PRIME Umeda is a lovely casual French restaurant. I was surprised to find such a nice place in a building near the station, which I usually associate with affordable lunches and casual drinks. The underground area is where it's at, apparently! I had visited the dermatology clinic on the 2nd floor occasionally, so this was my first time on the 32nd floor. Next to the clinic was M PRIME, which had great views, comfortable sofa seats, and a good reputation for their course meals. Before the state of emergency, I decided to visit, and I was not disappointed. The course meal options ranged from 4 to 5, and I chose the most affordable one called "Mignon." The Mignon course priced at ¥6,600 included various delicious dishes such as chicken and fava bean galantine, fresh fish carpaccio, spring cabbage soup, roasted classic pork, and souffle pancake for dessert. The atmosphere was perfect for a date night or a casual dinner with friends. The sparkling wine was reasonably priced at ¥580, making it a great option for those looking to enjoy a nice evening without breaking the bank. Overall, I highly recommend M PRIME Umeda for a delightful dining experience.

Many people seem to visit for birthdays or anniversaries, as I heard requests for service photos several times. This restaurant might be nice for young people on a date. The menu includes Amuse 3 types, Quiche with spinach, Roast beef, Octopus dish, Carpaccio, Cabbage and basil soup, Today's bread, Today's fish dish, Matcha granita, and Roasted red meat of Japanese beef. I made a reservation for my birthday celebration. The 6000 yen dinner course was satisfying from the appetizer to the main dish. I forgot to take a picture of the main dish, but the meat was tender and delicious. The night view from the 32nd floor was beautiful. They took a photo of us at the end and gave it to us in a frame! The atmosphere inside the restaurant was also good, making it a perfect place for celebrating with friends!

The atmosphere of the table by the window in the restaurant was great, especially with the night view. It felt calm and perfect for adults. The second drink at the second place we visited was amazing. The couple's seat gave us a sense of privacy. The drinks and food were plentiful, allowing us to relax and enjoy ourselves.

They took me out for my birthday celebration! (Due to certain circumstances, it was a week early, haha) The restaurant was on the 32nd floor with a view of the night skyline. Although we didn't have a window seat, we could still see the sparkling night view and enjoy our meal in a semi-private space, just the two of us. They had reserved a course for us, and every dish was delicious, making me very satisfied and happy. However, I think the Granny Smith apple granita had alcohol in it? I only ate half and passed it to my companion, haha (I'm not against alcohol, but it's not my favorite). In the end, there was a surprise birthday plate and a complimentary cheki service, where they put the photo we took in a frame and placed it in a paper bag at the time of payment. They also included cookies! The birthday plate had my name on it, so I won't post a photo, but there was a cute macaron with a face drawn on it on top of the cake (photo of just the macaron available). Inside the cake was a chocolate cream that was really delicious!! I heard that when you reserve the cake, you can choose between normal and less sweet whipped cream, haha. Definitely recommend for celebrating with friends or surprising your loved ones! ✨

The atmosphere and scenery were nice. The food was delicious, but personally, I felt that the cost performance was a bit high. Also, the main meat dish had a lot of gristle and the sauce overall tasted too salty. The soup was very tasty. For the course shown in the photo with 3 drinks and seating fee included, it was about 19,000 yen. The service was from a part-time staff, so they explained the dishes before placing them on the table, which didn't allow for much excitement about the food. I do appreciate that it may include location costs, but if I'm going to pay close to 20,000 yen, I would rather go to another restaurant. The female staff member who answered the phone was very pleasant. Thank you. I think with some improvements, this could become a really lovely restaurant.

They offer a fusion of Italian and French cuisine, with high-back sofas in box seats that provide a private feel. I had my birthday dinner here a couple of months ago and they took a commemorative photo, framed it, and gifted it to me. The Mignon course includes dishes like chicken and fava bean galantine, fish carpaccio, spring cabbage soup, sea bream and clam vaporetto, and more, all beautifully presented. The carpaccio for the appetizer looks amazing♡ What surprised me the most was the dessert, a souffle pancake. I didn't expect such a large dessert to come out after the course...

The shop here, just a short distance from Umeda, seems like it would come up in searches for keywords like "Umeda," "private room," "night view," and "date." The night view is certainly wonderful, but the food that comes out is not delicate. It's not bad-tasting, but it doesn't feel like it's made by an experienced chef, more like it's made by kitchen staff. I think it's good for student couples celebrating, but not suitable for working adults. There are plenty of other restaurants more fitting for anniversaries or birthdays.
