It gets crowded around 12:30, so it's best to arrive early.

Pasta lunch for 890 yen. I chose the cream sauce option over tomato sauce, and opted for the free extra serving. It came with two slices of bread, which made me really full. The cream sauce was a bit runny, more like soup spaghetti. It felt more like pasta from a cafe rather than an Italian restaurant. But considering that many places near Higobashi Station charge around 1000 yen without a drink, this place is relatively cheap in this area.

First visit to Festival Hall on the 12th floor near Watanabebashi Station. The atmosphere is like a stylish employee cafeteria. I arrived at 11:50 and it was about half full, but by 12:00 it was completely full. The lunch menu includes: - 880 yen including tax: daily special, pasta, omurice - 980 yen: weekly special (4 types), each comes with salad, bread, and a drink I ordered pasta with clams and peperoncino for an additional 150 yen, and dessert. The food was in line with the employee cafeteria style. My stomach was satisfied. I left at 12:20 and the place was still full.

I went with the Madams I take lessons with. There are several lunch options available. We arrived after 1 pm, so we had to wait a bit at the entrance because they were still cleaning up the tables. The daily lunch special for 870 yen was changed to hamburger. The daily specials come with soup, and the pasta lunch for 880 yen or the omurice for 870 yen come with soup as well. I didn't do it, but you can get a refill on rice (maybe bread too?). There were many male customers as well. There are no photos, but the lunch comes with a drink (coffee or tea, hot or iced). Being on the 12th floor, the view is nice, and for a lunch in the 800 yen range, I think the cost-performance ratio is good.

It's a lunch spot I frequent often, almost like a cafeteria replacement. The lunch menu comes with a drink and is definitely the cheapest in this area, with a nice atmosphere. However, it's really disappointing that the salt content varies depending on the menu, with some being just right and others too salty. I end up really thirsty in the afternoon. I wish they could somehow improve that.

The garlic shrimp is delicious. I have been to this restaurant for various occasions such as company drinking parties with a large group in a private room, or small gatherings with girlfriends. The staff's service is polite and the atmosphere is calm and stylish. The meat dishes are quite substantial and tasty. I will definitely go back again.

LARGO, a place I've been wanting to try, was quite crowded during weekdays, but I finally got a chance to visit for Saturday lunch. The cute female staff prepared a table with a great view just for me, dining solo. The daily lunch special, priced at 870 yen including tax, consisted of salmon piccata, potato salad, and fresh vegetable salad. The piccata was a bit tough and the salmon was a bit dry, but the potato salad with shiso was flavorful and delicious. The meal also came with rice, soup, and coffee, making it a good deal for the atmosphere and service provided.

Today, I had lunch near my friend's office. It was crowded because there was a concert by Miyakawa Kiyoshi at the Festival Hall! For lunch, I chose the daily special teriyaki chicken set which came with soup, main dish, and coffee. It was delicious! (◠‿◠)
