Despite the hot weather, we went to a BBQ beer garden on the rooftop at Oe-Tenjin, and afterwards, we wanted to go to a cool place to drink as per the request of the members. We visited this restaurant, which was the only one with a few empty seats at Osaka Ekimarche. Surprisingly, the air conditioning was broken, but it was fine as the cool air from outside was coming in. The food was delicious and there were no issues at all. I would like to try their ramen or fried rice next time.

I suddenly felt like eating tantanmen. While wandering around near Osaka Station, I found a restaurant. There were many suitcases inside the restaurant due to the location being popular with tourists. I managed to find a seat in between them. I ordered the tantanmen I was craving. It wasn't as spicy as it looked, so I added some chili oil from the table. That did the trick. There wasn't a lot of minced meat, but the impactful leeks made up for it. I wanted something spicy, so I ordered the tantan noodles with four chili pepper marks. My colleagues ordered the Shanghai fried noodles with extra rice. The restaurant served a generous portion of rice for the extra order. My tantan noodles were spicy with plenty of sesame seeds, leeks, and a moderate amount of ground meat. The fried rice was also delicious with a nice texture. It was nice to have pickled vegetables as a palate cleanser. 23rd review, 146th bowl.

I arrived after a business trip after 10 pm, when most places were closing, but managed to slip in before their 10:15 pm last order. I ordered a beer, gyoza, and the "White Sesame Dan Dan Noodles Set" for 1,320 yen. The gyoza was large and filled with plenty of ingredients, but it was a bit soft, lacking in crispiness. The main dish, the dan dan noodles, had medium thick straight noodles with a rich sesame flavor and a good level of spiciness from the chili oil. The fried rice had a subtle saltiness and an authentic flavor. Surprisingly, the most delicious part was the pickled vegetables. I also ordered the banbanji, beer, and gyoza which were recommended. The beer came in a small glass, but it was still satisfying. The white sesame tantanmen had a good kick of Sichuan pepper. The banbanji was also delicious and refreshing. The gyoza surprised me with its size - it was huge! I blended soy sauce, vinegar, and chili oil to make a dipping sauce. The gyoza skin was chewy and had a good texture. It was delicious. The garlic flavor was subtle, so even those who don't like garlic should be fine. Thank you for the meal.

It was crowded around lunchtime, but I was lucky to get in without waiting. There were mostly men in line, but the turnover seemed fast. I tried a combination of fried rice and tantan noodles, which was amazing as a junk food gourmet. However, since I don't usually eat this kind of food, my body was a bit surprised and felt a little off afterwards. It was around 1300 yen, but it was delicious. The staff seemed busy but they moved quickly and carefully. The sesame-flavored pickled mushrooms in the middle were really tasty.

I went to lunch with 3 people on a weekday. I really like the yakisoba set meal. The combo set includes oil-drizzled chicken and mapo tofu. We also ordered lettuce fried rice, cucumber, bean sprouts, and avocado as appetizers to share. Everything was very filling. I like spicy food, but the bean sprouts were the spiciest. The avocado had a chili oil-like sauce on it, but it wasn't spicy and was very delicious. I think it's perfect for when you want to eat a lot and feel satisfied.

I had lunch at Shanghai Bar Eki Marche Osaka. It was my first time using Osaka Station for work, so I decided to stop by Eki Marche and found Shanghai Bar Eki Marche Osaka. The restaurant was crowded but I was able to enter smoothly and ordered the recommended Shanghai Bar Set. The Shanghai sauce yakisoba had a unique flavor that was different from the usual Japanese sauce. It had a slight oyster sauce taste with a fruity hint, which I really enjoyed. The gyoza came with 3 pieces, but they were so delicious that I ended up ordering an additional serving. The gyoza had a crispy surface and a juicy filling with a great balance of meat and vegetable flavors. I also ordered an additional dish of black sesame tantanmen. It had a spicy kick with a strong sesame flavor, and the balance of spiciness and umami was perfect. I finished every last drop of the soup. The fact that rice is all-you-can-eat was a great bonus. The combination of yakisoba, rice, and gyoza was fantastic. It was a repeat-worthy meal that I would want to eat over and over again. The staff's service was also excellent and made the experience very pleasant.

During the wait for the high-speed bus, I had just the right amount of time to dine at this restaurant around 3 PM. I ordered the White Sesame Tan Tan Men Set, which came with a generous amount of white sesame in the Tan Tan Men and fried rice. The spiciness was mild, making it very easy to eat. For those seeking more heat, the other Tan Tan Men option is recommended.

I had dinner at a Shanghai bar in Ekimaru Osaka. They had a new menu called Combo Set which includes Oil-Blanched Chicken, choice of dish (I chose Kung Pao Chicken), 3 addictive dumplings, rice, soup, and pickled vegetables (1390 yen). The portion was generous and all dishes were delicious. I would love to visit again to try other sets on the menu.

I usually go for lunch here. The portions are quite generous. Recommended for those who want to eat a hearty meal for lunch. The interior is spacious, making it easy to bring a stroller. It's easy to walk in and there was no line, so I want to come back to try other lunch menu items.

Kingken announced an unscheduled closure today, so I tried to find a place to eat without waiting in line before noon on Sunday. Unfortunately, everywhere seems crowded! Luckily, I managed to slip in without waiting in line at this place. I ordered the soupless tantanmen here because the firmness of the noodles suits my taste. When it was brought to me, I first ordered the large size, but when I saw the order, it was actually a regular size. My appetite dwindled...

One corner of the Osaka Ekimarche store. I wanted to eat Paiko noodles that day, so I entered this shop and ordered. A thick ramen appeared. And with plenty of rice. The meat and noodles were delicious, but the portion was too much, so I felt a little sick when I left, haha.

This is a Chinese restaurant located on the first floor of Ekimarche, near the bus terminal. I had the cold sesame tantan noodles and half fried rice set. The cold sesame tantan noodles had a nice sour taste, similar to cold Chinese noodles. I wish there was more black sesame flavor. The half fried rice was fluffy and fragrant, very delicious!

I had to decide where to have lunch before my work in Kyobashi in the afternoon, so I went into Osaka Station and decided to check out Ekimarche. It was like a department store basement with various food shops where you can have lunch. I chose a place where I could sit right away. I had the Pork, Shiitake Mushroom, and Egg Stir-Fry for 830 yen. It was quite filling. The egg and shiitake mushrooms were unexpectedly sweet. There was a lot of rice, so I couldn't finish it all. The menu was extensive, and I would like to go back again if I have the chance.

I enjoy my weekend lunch at Osaka Station Marche. Today's restaurant is "Shanghai Bar Station Marche Osaka". They offer casual Chinese cuisine. I couldn't decide on the lunch menu - should I go for a set meal, noodles, or a rice dish? I noticed the spicy "Flaming Dan Dan Noodles Set" and decided to order it. The noodles were bright red and spicy, with a good amount of sesame seeds adding a nice touch. The balance of minced meat was also good. The portion of noodles was just right, and I finished the soup as well. The noodles were deliciously spicy and awakening. Then, I tried the "Fried Rice", which had a comforting salty flavor. The fluffy rice complemented the spiciness of the noodles perfectly. If the price were a bit lower, it would be perfect.
