Opened on April 2, 2015. The authentic Hakata motsunabe, which is hugely popular in Hakata, is also available for takeout. The number one popular side menu at the store is the tender beef motsu and horse sashimi directly from Kumamoto.

The key to the deliciousness of each bite is the careful selection of ingredients and the trial and error process in creating the soup. Ooyama has created its own Hakata motsunabe by focusing on making the first bite "delicious."

The restaurant has an elegant and stylish atmosphere with a black and gold color scheme. The ceiling features a unique lantern design reminiscent of Rapunzel in the tower. The lighting is provided by spotlights such as duct rails.
