Last year, we tried this place for the first time and it was delicious! And cheap! And fun! All the members were impressed! Nowadays, it's getting harder to find a place where we can have a lively and carefree time at a year-end party, but this place is perfect for that. It was really tasty! We all agreed to come back here next year too! The owner, who is also a chef, is very passionate about her cooking. And her cheerful chatter was so entertaining and made us feel happy. When you're feeling tired, maybe it's worth stopping by to be healed by her positive and natural talk.

Good evening! This is Shun Mama. On the night of October 27th, I was supposed to go to the "Shrimp Fair" at Oomasa in Tamatsukuri with my friend Mai, but it unexpectedly closed. So, we decided to go to Narutoya instead. They had a variety of side dishes and oden, and we also ordered shrimp ajillo and homemade bread. We chatted and laughed while enjoying our food and drinks, and before we knew it, it was already 9 PM! Time flies when you're having fun. Although we missed out on the Shrimp Fair, we are determined to go back for a rematch. Thank you for the delicious meal, Narutoya in Tamatsukuri. #TamatsukuriDrinking #TamatsukuriGourmet #TamatsukuriNarutoya #SideDishes #Izakaya #EnergeticMoms #ThoroughCoronavirusPrecautions

I recently got hooked on Tamatsukuri Station! This time, I visited a variety of izakaya restaurants in the area for dinner. I arrived around 5pm, a bit early, so I sat at the counter where freshly made side dishes kept coming out one after another, all looking delicious. Of course, I ordered a little bit of everything. I also ordered the chicken hormone ajillo that caught my eye on the menu! They told me they had homemade bread, so I ordered that too. Everything was delicious, but the bread was just too good! (laughs) I will definitely go back!

I went to a nearby oden restaurant but it was closed, so I happened to come to this place. The atmosphere is very positive and cheerful, with a lovely landlady and friendly staff. The handmade croquettes, which have been featured on TV, are delicious but quite large. The menu has a wide variety of options and the alcohol selection is also impressive, including sparkling drinks. It's a great place!

○ Tamatsukuri, Osaka Night Izakaya Dining ○ To the izakaya "Narutoya" right by JR Tamatsukuri Station. I used to visit this old-fashioned izakaya occasionally before it was renovated. The restaurant has now been completely renovated a few years ago, and it has become a clean and stylish izakaya. On this day, I enjoyed various side dishes, oden, and the specialty handmade croquette (350 yen) at this place. The handmade croquette here is a jumbo croquette with a boiled egg inside, which is quite delicious and satisfying to eat. Personally, I preferred the old-fashioned Narutoya izakaya, but I guess in this era, people prefer such stylish and clean restaurants. It was a night in Tamatsukuri that made me think.

Before the renovation, the atmosphere was nice in its own way, but now that it has been cleaned up, various improvements have been made. The space is now spacious with clear pathways. The underground air-raid shelter, which used to feel like a secret base, has been transformed into a traditional Japanese-style seating area! The selection of drinks ranges from beer to sake. The food is still served in the traditional obanzai style, with dishes prepared by the proprietress herself. But most importantly, the proprietress's energetic and cheerful personality shines through, giving off a positive vibe. This is the best medicine, making conversations enjoyable and uplifting. When feeling down, this is definitely a place to visit. Located near JR Tamatsukuri Station, it's easy to end up having drinks until the last train. This is one of my favorite places and I highly recommend it.

This is my at least 10th visit to this restaurant, brought by a friend who is a regular here. The food is reasonably delicious. I had grilled clams, oden (radish, fish cake, beef tendon), sashimi (tuna and mackerel) with a glass of draft beer and a shochu highball. We also ordered side dishes of japchae and macaroni salad, but they didn't arrive even after 20 minutes, so we decided to pay the bill. The draft beer (Super Dry) was 390 yen, and there was also an interesting drink called umeshiso highball for 480 yen. The menu for sake doesn't change much, but they had several types available. The restaurant seemed busy. However, there were some negative points. The lady who seemed to be the owner shouted loudly "scary, scary" when putting fried food in the fryer, and she also exclaimed "oh, I forgot" when something got burnt on the grill. The restaurant was being run by the cook and the lady owner, and they seemed overwhelmed with a group of 4 people at one table, 5 groups of 2 people, and a solo customer, struggling to keep up with orders, with the lady owner talking a lot. Another negative point is the high cost, with a total of 6,000 yen for my order alone. I believe the restaurant could be much better if they hired more staff according to the number of customers or adjusted the number of customers based on the staff available. There used to be a friendly server, but it's disappointing that they're no longer there.

The staff were friendly and it was fun! I went at 6:30 pm and was happy that beer was only 300 yen until 7:00 pm. The homemade plum wine was delicious with the alcohol even in the seeds.

It was our second stop so we were already full, but then a hearty three types of appetizers were served! They were quite elaborate and delicious! However, it was a bit on the expensive side.

It's easy to understand why this place is popular with the friendly owner and delicious food! I came at a busy time and had to leave early this time, but I would like to visit again when I have more time to relax.

I felt like the person cooking wasn't a professional chef. The dishes seemed more like bar snacks than delicious meals. Also, the menu was difficult to read because the font was too unique.

I tried eating out around Osaka Castle. I went to a izakaya called Narutoya near Tamatsukuri Station on the loop line. It is run by a lively female owner. Their specialty is a huge jumbo croquette for 350 yen. It is indeed big. The prices are reasonable. They have a variety of dishes that go well with alcohol. It's a bright and nice izakaya. You can get energized here. Have a drink here and power up!
