[Revisited] I have visited countless times before, but this time, fortunately, a new family member is joining us, so I shouted at the annoying ones like Yumeikida and Mitaya to shut up and made a reservation for lunch. Despite being a guest, I ordered a single serving of the famous miso soup and grilled snow crab, and injected a second "shut up!" to about five people, enjoying a leisurely drink time alone. The crab didn't have an outstanding taste that you could indulge in, but it was all about the atmosphere. The waitresses in kimonos served each dish carefully to each person and prepared the final rice dish with impeccable timing. It's not a high-end cuisine, but it's a lovely place where you can experience a sense of luxury.
Today, for us who came all the way from a distant place, my mother's relatives in Osaka said they would treat us to spiny lobster or crab. Osaka is famous for JR A, and "Kanidouraku" is a well-known song by Mozart from Naniwa, Kidataro. In Osaka, Kanidouraku is a reputable restaurant used by every family for celebrations. Therefore, during New Year's, Golden Week, or even Obon, it is often necessary to make a reservation even at large establishments. There was also the option of Chunanomi at Nakanoin, but in the end, we chose the famous Kanidouraku in Osaka. This establishment boasts a considerable area, and the moving crabs at the storefront are also a popular attraction for children. Children say things like "If I could eat that many crabs, I wouldn't mind dying" and "If I eat that, my mom will be mad," as they look at the statue (laughs). Inside the restaurant, there is a waterfall, and the crabs in the fish tank are eagerly waiting to be eaten! My relatives said, "Honsei-san, it's almost New Year's, so eat a lot," and I was overwhelmed with gratitude. Taking advantage of their words, I ordered 6 pieces of fresh snow crab sushi and the highest-priced course, as well as a grilled dish... I'm the worst daughter-in-law (laughs). Sashimi, lightly boiled, tempura, shumai, gratin, crab rice, ochazuke, crab sushi, grilled crab cooked on a shichirin... and after the meal, we had ice cream with matcha poured over it. Thanks to that, my stomach was full, so I packed up the leftovers as souvenirs and fed them to my mother, who was staying at home in Osaka. My mother in Osaka ate the takeaway meal and said, "It's so delicious! It's really delicious. Even though I didn't make it myself, I'm happy to hear that it's delicious. It also started snowing in Osaka. It's cold, and even the turtles are quiet... or so I would like to say, but today, the turtle is looking at me sideways, with a mischievous look in its eyes, and now it's attempting to escape! I'm currently facing the challenge of the turtle's escape attempt, leaving footprints in the snow. Spare me~
