Galaxy Shoten 1 (Fukushima-ku, Osaka City, Fukuroji) It's been a while since I got off at Hanshin Fukushima Station by train. Even though I got off, the platform is on the 2nd basement floor, so it feels like crawling out of Hanshin Fukushima Station. Heading north from the Jojo Bridge intersection. It was a sudden visit, so my check for new stores was sloppy. In the end, I couldn't find it at all and ended up at Fukuroji. (There are actually some unvisited stores here...) I was thinking about a okonomiyaki restaurant called "Galaxy Shoten". Somehow, every time I thought about going, they were closed. But today, the sign says "open". It seems like they also have a lunch menu. Overcoming the complex steps, I opened the door and entered the store. There is a large iron plate used by the staff on the left, and there are 4 tables surrounding the iron plate for customers. You can sit anywhere. I looked at the lunch menu - I think it's a lunch menu, but it's not written anywhere, so maybe you can order it all day - and saw that for 850 yen, there is sobameshi, meatball, and yakisoba. Yakisoba is available. However, it says that sobameshi comes with it, in addition to the free large serving of sobameshi. I understand the meatball, but it's quite surreal to have sobameshi with yakisoba or yakisoba with sobameshi, and it really piqued my interest. I chose the meatball quietly. I want to try various things. The staff skillfully mixed the batter, grilled the meatball, and made the sobameshi. The sobameshi came out first. There is a fried egg on top. The volume is probably about half compared to just sobameshi, but I feel like I want to eat something different from just sobameshi. Not because I'm tired of the taste of this store, but simply because I want to try various things. So, this portion is very much appreciated. Next is the meatball. It's not huge, but just the right size. It also had a half-cooked egg inside, because it's a meatball. Now, eggs are expensive. This alone costs 60 yen in terms of ingredients. I enjoy it by adding sauce, mayonnaise, and shichimi along the way. It's amazing that you can get okonomiyaki and sobameshi for 850 yen. In the afternoon, I worked while emitting the smell of teppanyaki I had just visited.
