Located within Namba Komemirushi, directly connected to Nankai Namba Station. Upon entering the shop, we were seated at the counter. We ordered the Gokumi or Regular Combo M Size with A Set (rice, miso soup, salad, free refills). I chose the 150g Hamburger Steak with the option to choose the sauce, and I went with the sweet sauce from Gokumi. You can choose between Chicken Nanban or Beef Tendon Stew, and I chose the Chicken Nanban this time. Soon, the Hamburger Steak, Chicken Nanban, and rice were brought to us. The Hamburger Steak had green onions on top. The outside was grilled, but the inside was still rare, so we grilled it on the heated stone on the teppan before eating. Once it's cooked through, it's ready to eat. You can enjoy the meatiness as is, or dip it in the sauce you chose for added sweetness. The Chicken Nanban was generously topped with tartar sauce, and it came with a side salad. Both the Hamburger Steak and Chicken Nanban went well with the rice. Don't hesitate to get seconds and enjoy every bite. It was nice to be able to enjoy both beef and chicken in one meal. I look forward to coming back to grill the Hamburger Steak. First visit. I was brought here by an acquaintance. You cook a rare hamburger on a hot stone yourself. Honestly, I wanted the staff to cook it more. The taste is okay. The male staff who guided us had the worst attitude, which made the taste worse. The female staff, on the other hand, provided excellent service.

I couldn't help but feel excited about making my own hamburgers. The restaurant gets crowded quickly after 12 o'clock, despite not being very spacious. I noticed some foreign families dining there, maybe because they offer Halal options. I ordered the lunch set with a small size sweet sauce and Rang sauce, which cost around 1,400 yen. Even the small size was surprisingly satisfying. The soft-serve ice cream was also delicious. The only downside was that the meat was a bit tough to cut with chopsticks. It's advisable to wear an apron as the oil splatters quite a bit. Overall, I enjoyed my meal and would definitely come back again.

Located at the southern end of the outside shops in Namba CITY, this is the only store in the Kansai area where "Hamburg Steak Gokumiyu" creates long lines in Fukuoka and Tokyo. They use a 100% beef hamburger that minimizes ingredients such as onions, breadcrumbs, and eggs to bring out the natural flavor of the meat. The hamburgers are only seared on the surface and then served for customers to finish cooking on a stone pellet. The restaurant is popular, especially during lunchtime, with a counter seating arrangement that is often filled with solo diners. I ordered the "Hamburger Set Meal for 1,200 yen" during lunch. The set includes hamburger, rice, miso soup, and salad, with free refills for rice, miso soup, and salad during lunch hours from 11 am to 3 pm. The hamburger was still rare, and you tear it with chopsticks, then cook it on the stone. The coarsely ground meat releases a burst of meaty flavor and juices when cooked. For men, it may be better to order the L size as the regular hamburger may be too small.

I visited at 1:50 PM on a weekday. There were about 4 groups waiting in line. I was worried that I wouldn't make it in time for the last lunch order at 2:30 PM, but surprisingly the turnover was quick and I was able to be seated by 2 PM. I ordered the 200g (L) lunch menu. It came with rice, miso soup, salad, and soft serve ice cream, all of which were free for seconds which was great! I had seconds of rice and soft serve ice cream haha. Some may not think that 100-200g of hamburger is a lot, but it was quite satisfying. The hamburger had a seared surface and was rare inside. It was nice that you could adjust the cooking level yourself! They also offer to replace the hot stone if it cools down. It's more like kneaded yukhoe than hamburger. Recommended by a friend and decided to visit! I went at night and waited for about 15 minutes. The restaurant is small inside. The cost performance is quite good! If you order a set, you can have unlimited salad, miso soup, and rice. Of course, I ended up eating two servings. The hamburger steak is served semi-raw and you cook it yourself on a mini iron plate. The meat was very juicy and more like a steak than a hamburger. It was delicious! The sauce can be chosen from one option for an additional charge. You can also order other sauces for an extra fee. The grated ponzu sauce was delicious! The mini iron plate cools down quickly, so you can ask for a replacement, but they take all the plates at once, which I found inefficient.

The hamburger steak was so delicious that it felt like eating Yukhoe (Korean beef tartare). There was a wait of three groups before 2 p.m. on a holiday. It was not your typical hamburger steak and tasted great, but considering cost performance and my large stomach capacity, I felt slightly unsatisfied, hence this rating.

For lunch on this day, I went to "Hamburg Steak Gokuajiya Namba Store" in Namba. It was a support lunch for a restaurant that is still operating despite the coronavirus pandemic. I ordered the "Gokuajiya Regular Combo" A set at the "Gokuajiya Namba Store" in "Namba Komemirushi". The combo includes "Gokuajiya Hamburg Steak" and a choice of either "Chicken Nanban" or "Gokuajiya Beef Dish". I chose the "Chicken Nanban". The A set comes with rice, miso soup, and salad, all of which are refillable. If you choose the B set, you can also have unlimited soft serve ice cream. The Hamburg Steak here is made with 100% beef, with no onions and minimal breadcrumbs or eggs to bring out the natural flavor of the meat. It is served rare, almost raw, and you can cook it to your liking on a hot stone called "pellet". Personally, I prefer having the restaurant cook it to the best level, but it was an interesting experience to cook it myself. The "Gokuajiya Regular Combo" was incredibly delicious!

Located in Namba Comme Ca in Osaka, "Kiwamiya" is a restaurant where you can enjoy carefully selected Japanese beef and hamburgers by grilling them on a hot stone by yourself. For my birthday celebration last month, which was postponed to December due to various reasons, I had the limited edition "Kiwamiya Hamburger & Special Imari Beef Steak Combo Set" (S size, 120g hamburger, 60g Imari beef steak) for ¥1890. The B set (rice, miso soup, salad, soft serve ice cream for dessert, all-you-can-eat) can be added for an additional ¥350. The Imari beef steak was so tender and delicious, with just the right amount of marbling. Grilling the thin slices of meat was relatively easy, but shaping the hamburger into a flat shape on the hot stone and cooking it thoroughly was a bit challenging. However, once cooked properly, both the hamburger and beef steak were incredibly flavorful and juicy. The meal was accompanied by a mild Japanese-style sauce that complemented the meat well. After the meal, a refreshing milk soft serve ice cream was served. Looking back, I realized I should have added a raw egg yolk on top of the rice and hamburger for a more visually appealing presentation. The hot stone temperature could be adjusted, and the set menu items like rice and miso soup were all-you-can-eat. Overall, the experience of grilling meat and hamburgers on the hot stone at Kiwamiya was enjoyable and the quality of the Japanese beef was excellent.

When it comes to hamburg steak, you have to go to "Gokumiya"! I tried the Gokumiya Regular Combo Set M Set for 1694 yen, which is only available on weekdays. It comes with rice, miso soup, salad, and soft serve ice cream, and you can have unlimited refills. You can choose between chicken nanban and simmered beef tendon, both of which are delicious so you can't go wrong. It's a great value and a fun experience, so definitely give it a try! It's also interesting to cook it yourself.

The shop is small but clean and cozy. Unlike typical meat shops, it didn't feel greasy, which was nice. I chose wasabi soy sauce for my hamburger, and the combination of Western and Japanese flavors was excellent. The meat was tender yet substantial. In Namba Komeshirushi, there is a hamburger restaurant. They also have steak on the menu, but I chose the 200g hamburger! It was served rare and you cook it yourself on a hot stone plate. The meat was coarse and had a good texture. I ate it with a recommended sauce called Ran-oh, made of egg yolk, salt, and it was delicious. Highly recommended!

Hamburg Steak M Size with Sweet Sauce, Truffle Egg Yolk, Rice (side dish) around 1750 yen paid by card. This restaurant was featured on my favorite YouTuber Emirin's channel and it looked so delicious that I had to try it (located in Tokyo). The main branch is in Fukuoka and there is also one in Osaka, but I was definitely planning to visit. I imagined it to be like a fancy restaurant, but it turned out to be all counter seats. Well, that was just my own imagination, so it's okay. Honestly, it's quite expensive and cramped under the elevated train tracks, and the service... The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was a bit off. However, the taste was unbelievably delicious. It was the second most delicious thing I've ever had in my life (the first being beef tongue in Sendai). If this restaurant was in Sapporo, I would definitely visit monthly, even if it meant ordering the larger size. I was a bit nervous about the atmosphere of the restaurant, but it turned out to be fine. The staff seemed a bit rowdy and the banter was intense. They would replace the hot stone if it cooled down, but since there was no bell on the counter, it was a bit hard to ask, so we quickly cooked the meat before it cooled down. It was a close battle, but we managed (laughs). The truffle egg yolk didn't really enhance the flavor for me, so you might not need to order it (I only ordered it because Emirin did). The meat was so tender and flavorful, not minced but rather chunky, and it just melts in your mouth. It's not like the juices gush out, but more like a soft, flavorful object melting in your mouth. It paired perfectly with the recommended sweet sauce. The portion size was a bit small, even when eating slowly it wasn't enough. But it was so delicious! If the atmosphere of the restaurant was better, I would have wanted to order more and come back the next day, but it was a bit tough, so I decided against it. I hope to visit Tokyo or Fukuoka maybe this year or next, and if I have the time, I would love to go back to eat here. Please open a branch in Sapporo... (pleading) Thank you for the meal!

When I visited the Osaka branch of the extreme flavor shop that I definitely want to eat when I go to Hakata, the taste of the hamburger was stable and reliable. I entered the store right after it opened, and the rice was a little... not freshly cooked, I think. So, my critical evaluation would be more on the atmosphere of the restaurant. I visited for lunch on a Sunday. I arrived 15 minutes before opening at 11:15 and was the first in line. I ordered the hamburger and it tasted like I was eating high-quality meat. It's no wonder this place is popular in Fukuoka. I went on November 29th hoping for a special event for "Meat Day" but there was nothing. The restaurant was full as soon as I walked in. The neighboring tempura restaurant, Daikichi, is also popular, but personally, I prefer this place.

Here is the Namba branch of the popular hamburger restaurant with long lines in Hakata. I ordered the 150g hamburger with egg! The almost rare meat patty landed on the hot plate, then it was further cooked to perfection. It was so delicious, it was probably my favorite in Osaka. I also had salad and rice with it, and it cost 1600 yen, but I was very satisfied. Namba seems to have many great restaurants like Daikichi, Sakaiya, and more.

I want to eat hamburger. When I searched, I found out that there is a popular restaurant called Namba Komejirushi in Hakata Tenjin. I arrived a little after 12 pm and there were already people lining up. Families were also waiting outside. After about 15 minutes, I entered with another person. The seating style was facing the wall. There was a silver pipe-like thing on the table, not sure if it was for tea. No explanation was given, but I looked at pictures on the wall while waiting. Finally, the food arrived! The hot plate can be reheated if it cools down. There were two types of chopsticks, silver for raw meat to cook and bamboo for eating. The staff didn't explain anything, only a few young ladies received explanations. The taste was good, no complaints. The truffle egg was so delicious that I ordered more, and the TKG (raw egg over rice) with the flavor of the hamburger was amazing!

The hamburg steak that arrived was still rare, so you can cook it to your liking on the hot stone. The slightly coarse meat of this hamburg steak has a rich umami and sweetness, making it taste like you're eating yukhoe.
