There was a gathering in Hakata, and I was feeling a little tipsy. Upon returning to Kurosaki, I called my colleague and we wandered around the town, when we came across "Spain Restaurant Kurosaki BAR8". My colleague mentioned that it was a popular place in Kurosaki, so we decided to visit. The number 8 is pronounced as "ocho" in Spanish. Inside the restaurant, there were 3-4 table seats, 8 counter seats, and rooms on the second floor as well. We were seated at the counter, where there were two large chunks of raw ham in front of us. We ordered the following dishes: 1. Mushroom Ajillo - 780 yen 2. Bagna Cauda Vegetables (small) - 800 yen 3. Shrimp and Avocado Aioli (small) - 380 yen, Pork Motsu Cazuelas (small) - 580 yen. We chose the top 3 recommended dishes from the menu. The dishes come in two sizes, and there are options to choose from. Bread was served as a starter, and it was free for refills. First, we had the Shrimp and Avocado Aioli. The garlic mayo aroma combined with the creaminess of avocado and shrimp made it a perfect snack with alcohol. The Bagna Cauda Vegetables had a colorful array of vegetables, including corn, bell peppers, lotus root, pumpkin, cucumber, radish, broccoli, carrots, and more. You dip them in the salty Bagna sauce. The Mushroom Ajillo had plenty of mushrooms in garlic-infused olive oil. The mushrooms were perfectly cooked, retaining a nice texture. We enjoyed dipping the bread in the garlic and slightly tangy olive oil. The Pork Motsu Cazuelas had tripe and chickpeas stewed in tomato sauce. It was labeled as spicy, but it wasn't too intense. The stew was light, with a subtle flavor of tripe and chickpeas. After beer, we ordered a full bottle of House Wine (white) for 1,850 yen. It had a light and easy-to-drink taste. The prices of the dishes and alcohol were reasonable, and there were many dishes that paired well with the all-you-can-eat baguette. The cost performance is good, and the casual atmosphere is nice. Well, I guess that's the kind of atmosphere you'd expect from a bar. Thank you for the meal.
