It's out of season but I was craving crab, so I ended up here since my favorite restaurant was full. I chose the most expensive course, which was all-you-can-eat frozen crab. There were side dishes available, but the sushi was tasteless - the salmon and tuna had no flavor. The sashimi was on top of bad rice, and my family couldn't help but laugh. The quality of the side dishes was terrible, it would have been better if they didn't offer them at all. The seafood hot pot had various seafood in it, but the crab was difficult to eat as it was not cut into smaller pieces. The staff were all young and seemed like part-time workers. I'm not sure if this is a new restaurant, but the phone for calling staff was broken. It's mostly self-service, but they should at least provide plastic cups instead of small paper cups. It felt like they were looking down on the customers. The target customers seem to be Chinese tourists. I always had the impression that Osaka has many delicious restaurants, but with the increase in foreign tourists, it seems like these kinds of restaurants are also increasing. It was a learning experience.
