On this day, I went to Honmachi. A rugby-loving friend invited me to a meat restaurant run by a former professional rugby player who retired and started his own shop. We arrived at the restaurant at 5:30 PM. The restaurant is located about a 3-minute walk from Honmachi Station, right next to the St. Regis Hotel. Hmm? This place looks familiar... Oh, it used to be another yakiniku restaurant that I've been to before. It seems like they moved into this location. The interior of the restaurant has about 10 seats at an L-shaped counter, 3 tables for two, and 2 tables for 4-6 people at the back. I was given the option of sitting at a table or the counter, so I chose my favorite counter seat. The menu includes the usual yakiniku items as well as unique dishes like spicy raw shrimp and spicy snow crab, not commonly found at yakiniku restaurants. These are raw shrimp and snow crab (kejang) marinated in yangnyeom sauce. I definitely want to try these! The drinks menu includes fruit sours and cider that look Instagram-worthy. I ordered a variety of items that caught my eye. Surprisingly, there was no sauce on the table, but all the meat is already seasoned, so you don't need sauce to enjoy it. If you feel like you need more flavor, you can adjust it with condiments like gochujang. The meat was tender and delicious, and the prices were quite reasonable. I was happy to see that they are open all day. I could definitely see myself enjoying solo yakiniku here. Thank you for the delicious meal.

- Raw beef intestines (550 yen): Crunchy raw beef intestines served with sesame oil and garlic. Delicious!
- Bite-sized yukhoe-style renge steak, 3 kinds (1,100 yen): Renge mushrooms topped with Korean seaweed, lightly seared meat with sea urchin, salmon roe, and caviar. Each bite was a mouthful of happiness!
- Fresh grilled liver (1,100 yen): Fresh liver that could almost be eaten raw. Quickly seared and enjoyed with sesame oil and garlic. The liver was sweet and tasty.
- Prime salted tongue (780 yen): Seasoned with salt sauce, just a quick sear is enough. This tongue was incredibly delicious!
- Prime harami (780 yen): Harami marinated in sauce. Tender and flavorful without any unpleasant odor.
- Cabbage salad (330 yen): Shredded cabbage with sauce, and it's all-you-can-eat! Great for wrapping meat or as a palate cleanser.
- Filet large pancake (980 yen): A chunk of filet meat marinated in sauce, grilled whole, and cut with scissors. I wanted to enjoy this meaty cut in a hearty manner.
- Hormone assortment (1,280 yen): Assorted hormones that vary daily. This day's selection included crunchy, red, small intestine, fatty, and tripe. All were fresh and delicious.
- Braised beef tail (780 yen): Instead of tail soup, we received the tail itself! Slow-cooked until tender, then seared and enjoyed with mustard and sauce. The seared parts were especially fragrant and delicious.
- Spicy snow crab (2,200 yen): Also known as yangnyeom kejang. Served with plastic gloves. You can crack and eat the shell, but I tried it on top of rice. The spiciness and sweetness of the crab matched perfectly, and it was incredibly delicious.
- White rice (200 yen): Served at the perfect timing, right when it was freshly cooked. Great with the hormones and kejang.
