This is my go-to bakery that I find myself wanting to visit irregularly. Reasons why I want to go there: 1) The mentaiko (spicy cod roe) baguettes that are baked every 5-10 minutes! The freshly baked ones are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, with the delicious flavor of mentaiko without being overwhelming. As soon as I enter the store, I ask, "When will the next batch be ready?" and place an order to pick up before leaving. It's a must-have bread. 2) They serve the freshly baked bread right away. While some bakeries these days only serve after it cools down, here they say, "It's freshly baked!" and bring out one after another, making you reach out for more. 3) The wide variety of menu options and never missing out on new items. Every time I visit, there are new types of bread that I haven't seen before, both savory and sweet. It's always exciting to taste them. Of course, each time, some are delicious. 4) Besides the mentaiko baguettes, they also have delicious staples like shokupan (white bread), croissants, crescents, cream bread, coronet bread, and more. Their fried bread, savory bread, donuts, and evolved savory bread are also great. 5) Although I didn't go this time, they also have eat-in exclusive items like salads, green curry, and soups. It's surprising how they have such a variety, but they are all tasty. I sometimes use it for a light lunch. Today's purchases at our home include mentaiko baguette, pizza bread, orange cream bucket, takoyaki bread, French toast, crescent, and omusoba sandwich, totaling around 2,000 yen. For a proper bakery, I don't think it's expensive. That's why I tend to buy too much, but I look forward to enjoying them as snacks, chilling in the fridge, reheating for tomorrow's lunch. Bon appétit!
