I happened to enter the restaurant because it looked good. The abalone was tender and the combination with the liver was delicious. The sushi had small rice portions, which balanced well with the toppings and paired nicely with the sake! The tamagoyaki, sashimi, abalone sushi, and 8-piece chef's selection sushi with a glass of sake each were all delicious. Thank you for the meal.

The quality of each piece of sushi is high. Ordering via mobile phone is convenient as you can easily view pictures while placing your order. The oysters were large and satisfying! There is a wide variety of drinks available to enjoy. The female staff members were very cheerful and pleasant!

I went to a sushi and sake restaurant located under the Hankyu railway tracks in Chayamachi for their lunch special limited to 15 servings a day. The nigiri lunch set costs 1100 yen and includes: 5 pieces of sushi, seasonal chawanmushi, tuna tempura, red miso soup, salad, 3 side dishes, and dessert. The restaurant has counter seats on both sides of the central kitchen, with additional table seating at the back. The staff is lively and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere. I enjoyed a delightful lunch for 1100 yen. Thank you very much.

I visited "Sushi and SAKE Chayamachi Marry" near Umeda Station for a business dinner. This place offers a modern style where you order through a mobile app. We started with a draft beer and some tarako simmered in soy sauce as a complimentary dish. Each of us ordered our favorite dishes, including a platter of 5 tempura, bonito sashimi, tuna and natto tempura, sardine and seaweed rolls, potato fries, and minced fish. We also enjoyed some highballs in large glasses and had a great time getting a bit tipsy. Despite eating and drinking a lot, the bill came out to be less than 5000 yen per person, which was quite reasonable.

Sushi bar located about a 2-minute walk from Hankyu Umeda. I stumbled upon this place while looking for a second spot to have a light drink around 8 p.m. on a weekday. The interior is not very spacious, mainly focused on the counter, but it's a great value restaurant. It's rare to find a sushi bar where you can drink highballs or beer for 400-500 yen. The appetizer was stylish and delicious. The "negitoro roll" for 980 yen was tasty, especially when eaten with powdered soy sauce. We were satisfied with the great value of spending a little over 3,000 yen for two people. I would like to try more sushi next time. It was a great sushi bar for a quick drink. Thank you for the meal.

Around 1:00 PM, I visited the restaurant alone and had to wait for about 10 minutes as it was fully booked. The hostess who seated me was straightforward in her service. Orders were taken through a self-service system by scanning a QR code. I ordered sushi with salmon, sea bream, seared tuna, and mackerel, as well as anago gunkan and kawahagi liver. The pre-seasoned dishes were a bit lacking in flavor, with a slight fishy taste overpowering the vinegar rice. The seared sea bream was tasty, but the second order was disappointingly lacking in sear. I should have asked for extra soy sauce on the side. The kawahagi liver was expensive at 480 yen per piece, but it failed to deliver the expected richness. I also tried tempura skewers, including tuna with natto, sand borer tempura, and mochi cheese. The tempura was crispy and delicious, especially the tuna with natto which was seasoned with a sauce of green onions and sesame oil. The mochi cheese was also crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside, a satisfying combination. The anago liver with ponzu sauce was full of umami flavor and had a refreshing taste with the ponzu sauce. Despite initially thinking it was affordable, the total bill added up quickly as I kept ordering more dishes and drinks due to the wide variety available. While I may consider returning for the good value, the decision to revisit is still uncertain.

A quick meal at Hankyu Sanbangai before boarding the bus in the afternoon. Ordered squid and shiso roll, raw fish paste, dried mullet roe, red clam, angel shrimp, mackerel, salmon roe, and fatty tuna. The raw fish paste tasted like a seafood yukhoe with various seafood pieces cut into squares. It didn't have the traditional paste texture. The fatty tuna sushi was delicious, but the rest were decent. A bit fishy. The squid and shiso roll was tasty. Overall, I don't think I will come back.

A new Japanese izakaya located under the elevated structure of Hankyu Umeda Station. The main dishes are sushi and tempura, prepared by skilled chefs offering fresh and authentic Japanese cuisine. There are also creative dishes available for a delightful dining experience. The prices are reasonable, with most dishes costing under 1000 yen, but the portions may be slightly small. The main seating is at the counter, and the interior has a calming atmosphere.

Invited by my mentor, we took a stroll in the bustling area of Chayamachi, where many young people gather. As two elderly gentlemen, we were quite a rare sight in this town. We entered one of the shops under the elevated railway tracks, which had changed quite a bit since my days living in Osaka. The interior of the shop was not very spacious, with a counter, tables, and even a standing eating spot for one person. We chose to sit at the counter. The lunch menu ranged from 1,100 yen for 8 pieces. My mentor offered to treat me, so we ordered the most expensive option. We got a luxurious 12-piece set for 2,400 yen, which included fatty tuna, sea urchin, and salmon roe, among others. The sushi was seasoned with red vinegar. It was delicious, but I wished it had a bit more flavor, as I wanted to add a couple of drops of soy sauce. Overall, I was satisfied with the sushi.

This shop is recommended for busy people too!! You can relax and the cost performance is quite good! A sushi restaurant that everyone repeats! I also want to go again! All the toppings were delicious! The atmosphere is also good! There were some unique toppings too! The ark shell was delicious! The fried food is also good, so try ordering it! There are both counter seats and table seats in the store, so it's good for both quick meals and relaxing. There are also great lunch deals, so this sushi restaurant is highly recommended! It's a place I want to visit again at a leisurely pace! [Sushi and SAKE] Osaka City Kita-ku Shibata 1-6-2 Chayamachi Aru 06-6371-5959

I decided to try this place based on a recommendation from a customer. I arrived for a late lunch just before 2 o'clock. However, I was told that they close at 3 o'clock, even though there was no mention of this on the outside. Despite people still coming in close to closing time, they were turned away. The service was slow, especially with the first order taking a while to come out. The landlady's condescending attitude made the dining experience uncomfortable. The food was average, nothing particularly delicious, and the prices were not cheap either. We ordered dishes such as red snapper head soup, conger eel and matsutake mushroom tempura, crab cream croquettes, corn tempura, 8 pieces of sushi, 4 pieces of sushi, 3 cups of sake, and oolong tea, which amounted to over 10,000 yen. Overall, we were not satisfied with the service from both the landlady and the chefs. Their arrogance in being busy with customers coming in on the ground floor was evident. We will not be returning. Thank you for the meal.

Sushi and SAKE Tea House Marry is an izakaya located on the street from Umeda near Hankyu Kappabashi-dori to Chayamachi. The street here has many new shops that have caught my attention for a while. The interior of the restaurant is lined with counter seats surrounding the kitchen. There are also outdoor seating available. Orders are taken through mobile order system. I started with the salmon oyako potato salad, followed by crab miso cheese (without cheese, only crab miso was requested), snow crab, salmon ikura oyako roll, 3 types of obanzai, tempura platter of 5 pieces, namero, and chawanmushi. It seems like a place where you can easily stop by after work or even dine alone comfortably. Business hours are currently changing, but generally it is from 11:00 to 15:00 for lunch (last order at 14:30) and 17:00 to 22:00 for food (last order at 21:30). The restaurant is located at 1-6-2 Shibata, Chayamachi, Kita-ku, Osaka City, just a 1-minute walk from Hankyu Umeda Station. They have no parking available.

"Sushi and Sake Chayamachi Marry" in Osaka, Japan offers a variety of dishes such as fish soup, tuna, striped jack, sea bream, shrimp, egg, conger eel, eel, black wagyu beef, and sea urchin. The reviewer visited during lunchtime and found that ordering individual items was reasonably priced, with the thinly sliced sea urchin and black wagyu beef being particularly delicious. While the seafood dishes were not overly expensive, they were considered to be fair for the quality. The reviewer also noted that the lunch omakase sushi set was quite affordable and offered good value. Overall, the reviewer recommends trying the lunch omakase set for a satisfying and reasonably priced meal experience at this restaurant.

A sushi izakaya right near Hankyu Umeda Station! I went there for lunch and enjoyed not only sushi but also various types of tempura. The eel salad served as an appetizer was also very delicious. They had a wide variety of drinks, so I would like to go there at night next time ☺️

I noticed as I passed by the store for the first time in three years. It had completely changed and now looked like a different shop! It used to be a popular tempura rice bowl lunch spot, but now it had become a sushi restaurant. I was surprised by the transformation. The lunch menu included: - Hana (12 pieces): 2,400 yen - Ga (10 pieces): 1,600 yen - En (8 pieces): 1,100 yen - Nigiri Lunch: 1,000 yen I naturally chose the 1,000 yen Nigiri Lunch. It came with 5 pieces of sushi, including egg, shrimp, and yellowtail. Normally it also includes fried tuna, but on that day it was seared bonito, which was a nice surprise. Additionally, it came with a salad and three side dishes: potato salad, shrimp and eggplant, and seasonal chawanmushi (savory egg custard). For dessert, we had a type of bracken-starch dumpling. The hot red miso soup was also delicious. All of this for the price was quite impressive. If it weren't a weekday, I would have definitely gone for a course of beer and sake. After all, this place serves alcohol from lunchtime (*'▽') The sushi with vinegar-seasoned rice was delicious. I'd like to come back and savor it slowly, perhaps for dinner. I paid quickly and easily with PayPay. Thank you for the meal.

On a holiday afternoon drinking session, we went to an Italian bar in the underground of Lucua, but it didn't suit my wife's taste so we couldn't fill our stomachs. We decided to go to Marry Sushi and Sake in Chayamachi for our second stop. The place is located across from Hankyu Kappa Yokocho, on the opposite side of NU Chayamachi, where several stylish restaurants are lined up. Look for the large white curtain as a landmark. The interior has counter seats on both sides, and you order by scanning a QR code with your smartphone. We started with a toast of draft beer and shochu highball. The appetizers were delicious, including a shellfish dish. The sashimi platter looked tempting, and my wife ordered a variety of tempura skewers instead of kushikatsu. I think I had squid liver with mine. We also enjoyed octopus vinegar and had a few drinks, totaling 4700 yen including tax for the two of us. Next time, we'll try some sushi too. Thank you for the meal.

Yosuke, who came from Nagano, casually entered the restaurant. Sushi set with 10 pieces and miso soup for 1,600 yen, great deal! Ordered chawanmushi as an extra. The red sushi rice was really good. I've been reducing my food intake lately and my stomach has shrunk a bit, so I felt quite satisfied. I almost ordered a beer, but managed to resist as I have a workout later.

I want to eat sushi. I really want to eat it, but when it comes to eating sushi in Kansai, I wonder where to go… I discovered a restaurant in Umeda while wandering around at night before. It seemed to be open late at night. The restaurant was lively in the evening. Now, I am here for lunch, so I started with a beer. I couldn't quite decide from the lunch menu outside, so I ordered a 6-piece sushi set from the menu inside. I also added a Tekkamaki roll. The Tekkamaki roll is delicious! The sushi was neither outstanding nor bad, just okay. The sushi assortment was decent. The restaurant has a stylish sushi counter. It's luxurious to enjoy sushi with a beer for lunch. The service was polite and friendly. I might visit again in the evening. Thank you for the meal!

I visited this stylish restaurant in Sakai City for a light lunch before indulging in a dinner at a long-established yakiniku restaurant. The restaurant is known for its popular 15-piece nigiri lunch set, but I decided to try the more affordable "Miyabi (10 pieces)" set which includes medium fatty tuna, squid, flounder, yellowtail, shrimp, eel, whelk, crab, salmon roe, and egg. The sushi was beautifully arranged and served with a mild red vinegar, enhancing the flavors of the fresh ingredients. The salmon roe was particularly delicious, small and rich in flavor, while the whelk had a satisfying chewy texture. The egg was also sweet and juicy, unlike cheaper versions. The sushi was all well-prepared, with a focus on the natural flavors of the ingredients. The hot red miso soup served alongside was comforting and I enjoyed it all in no time. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. While men might find the portion size a bit small, it's perfect for a light lunch or a sushi date with a woman. Highly recommended for a satisfying and enjoyable meal.
