I had a family gathering and we enjoyed a private room for our meal, which allowed us to relax. We ordered a course menu for around 7,000 yen, and the portions were generous. The dishes were all delicious, except for the crab macaroni gratin, which was not tasty. The parking situation was disappointing as we only received one-third of the promised service card at the affiliated parking lot. Overall, thank you for the meal.

I used it for a celebratory meal with relatives. I chose the summer limited "Kaioto" course. The crab was sweet and very delicious. The service from the staff was a bit lacking, they seemed a bit too accustomed. However, the flavor of the broth did not disappoint and was exquisite.

During the summer, I visited "Kani Doraku" to eat crab. I had been to Kani Doraku a few times before, but this was my first time in the summer, and also my first time at the Sakai branch. I was considering having the regular sukiyaki or grilled crab full course, but since it was summer, I thought a light course would be nice. The basket assortment had a variety of items and was delicious with vegetables and jelly, very summer-like. The crab sashimi, crab shabu-shabu, and crab tempura were classic and delicious. However, I still think crab in the winter may be tastier. We had a private room and the service was good, allowing us to enjoy our meal leisurely.

I went with people from work. We had the Soren 11000 course at Kani Doraku, which included Taraba crab sashimi. The private room was nice for a relaxing atmosphere and the service was polite. The crab wasn't as delicious as expected for this time of year.

Tonight, I visited Kanidaraku Sakai Store with a companion. This is my third visit this year, haha. We started with a toast with highball and shochu highball. A basket of crabs was brought to us, providing visual enjoyment. We had crab vinegar, bisque, crab chawanmushi, crab tofu salad, crab surimi, mini chirashi, crab claw with sweet chili sauce, and Tofujiage. The bisque looked like ketchup, haha. We also had crab cream croquette and gratin, and I felt like having crab sake around this time...but my nose was stuffy due to hay fever and I couldn't smell anything! I covered my nose with my palm to enjoy the aroma a little, and then enjoyed the main dish of shabu-shabu hotpot. The grilled crab was a bit disappointing with its fake shell, haha. The second drink wasn't as good. The rich suimono soup was delicious. I wish the sushi had a bit more impact, maybe the cucumber was too prominent? For dessert, they served vanilla ice cream and poured matcha on top right in front of us, and that was the end of the meal. With the use of subsidies, the total bill came to only 416 yen. With that price, I can't complain.

The first thing that came out was a protruding fried fish dish, which smelled like it had been in the refrigerator for days. It seemed like it had been wrapped and stored. The hem of the kimono worn by the experienced woman, the spout of the teapot, and the chopsticks were dirty. The chopsticks almost fell, but the person didn't notice. They served crab rice, but I had to wait 30 minutes for the rice bowl and side dishes to be brought. The crab rice was already cold and hard. There was no apology. In this time of COVID-19, I wish they would focus on cleanliness even if they don't wear kimonos.

I wanted to eat crab, so I was wondering if the crab dishes at the restaurant were reasonably priced. I was also looking for a comfortable private room to dine in. The crab dishes were okay, but I didn't feel like I could fully enjoy them. The staff were friendly though.

I made a last-minute reservation to visit Kanidouraku as per a sudden request. We decided to have a hot pot instead of a course meal. The crab sashimi was incredibly fresh and delicious. All the individual dishes we ordered were also very tasty. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

During the state of emergency, I couldn't drink alcohol, so I just had a non-alcoholic drink. Normally, I tend to order items a la carte at Kani Doraku. This time, I was invited and had a course meal. I had the Taraba crab full course. It cost 120,000 yen (tax included). The course included appetizers, boiled Taraba crab, seasonal side dishes, chawanmushi with bisque sauce, grilled Taraba crab, Taraba crab shoulder meat steak, Taraba crab legs simmered, and 3 pieces of nigiri sushi. The soup was also served. The course was quite good value for money. However, there were some items I wanted to eat that were not included, so I still prefer ordering a la carte. I looked at other courses on the menu, but I liked the Taraba course the best. It was a shame I couldn't drink alcohol, but I managed with a champagne-like drink or a lemon sour. Today, I decided to have an early dinner due to the state of emergency, so I stopped by Kani Douraku. As usual, I ordered the non-alcohol option and let them choose the course for me. I am "Noronori," and I mainly go around eating lunch in Sakai. I am just an ordinary person, so I don't usually go for fancy or trendy places, but when it comes to crabs, I have to say I love Kanidouraku. It's always reliable. A friend of mine found a great crab place in Hokkaido and said, "Oh, that's not good, everything is from Kanidouraku." Lunch is a good deal there. You can order from the lunch menu until 4 pm, so it's also a good option for an early dinner.

Recently, Kanidoraku in Minami is fully booked... Sakai is also full (｀・ω・´) However, I miraculously got a reservation. I went early, so the wait was about 30 minutes... I don't mind waiting that long!! There were many people from drinking establishments waiting as well. This is my first time having live crab this year (╹◡╹) It's quite expensive, but definitely worth it!! The hot pot and the rice porridge at the end were amazing. Such a happy place!! I reserved a private booth right off the highway and ordered the Heart Flower set for 3740 yen. The crab sashimi was sweet, the grilled crab was also sweet, the gratin was hot and rich, and the sushi was a bit too tightly packed with vinegar. The dessert, topped with matcha, was refreshing after the meal.

I didn't make a reservation for lunch at Kani Doraku in Sakai Higashi, but luckily a private room was available when I arrived. The spacious private room had a sunken kotatsu table and the floor was warm with floor heating, making it very cozy. Today, I ordered the Otohime set menu, which included: - Basket assortment (crab sashimi, chawanmushi, one side dish) - Crab gratin - Crab tempura - Crab rice cooked in a pot - Soup - Pickles The crab rice took about 30 minutes to cook, so it was served first. While waiting for the rice to cook, I enjoyed the other dishes. By the time I finished eating, the tea bowl with crab meat and soup were brought out. For the crab rice, I first mixed in the crab meat and let it sit for 30 seconds to 1 minute before eating. It was delicious and I left feeling full and satisfied. Thank you for the wonderful meal.
