テオテオ♪
In the mountains, I enjoyed sea bream rice with my blog friend at Higo Bridge, then indulged in a Snow White parfait at Nakanoshima Library, and finally went for a day drink. Next time, I plan to guide and go to Yume Gorilla, but it was closed. Instead, my blog friend took me to this place. When you buy a coin medal, you can pour your favorite Japanese sake, but we chose to sit at the counter and try the limited-time super rare AQE tasting set "Aomori Quattro Esperanza," which means "four hopes of Aomori sake." This time, we tried the Aomori AQE project "AQE Junmai HANAHUBUKI 70," the third installment of the Aomori 4 sake breweries project. This year, they brewed a special junmai nama genshu using Hanahubuki, with the same label and black bottle for all four breweries. The tasting set, filled with the pride and thoughts of each brewery, is very valuable. Each sake brewery competes and encourages each other, sharing the same goal for this project. The Aomori sake tasting set costs ¥1,000 and includes Hanahubuki Junmai from Toyo Masamune, Hatomasamune, Mutsu Hassen. For snacks, we had clam and shijimi sake steamed with yuzu pepper flavor for ¥480. I wanted to drink the soup too, but sharing it was difficult, so I gave up. We also tried various onigiri for ¥280 each, with 11 fillings to choose from. I chose homemade pickled plum. Next time, I want to try all 11 with my blog friend. Lastly, we had cheese nuts and black bean sweet potato using purple sweet potato for ¥480, with 3 crackers. It was not as sweet as I thought, with a subtle sweetness. In the end, we paid ¥3,560 for two people (¥1,780 per person). It was a great deal to be able to try such rare Japanese sake. If the chairs at the counter were a little more comfortable, I might have stayed longer and drank more. I hope they improve the chairs.
