We made a reservation.【Food】Assorted sashimi, simmered beef tendons in miso, simmered sardines with plum, potato salad, appetizer, sake (Onna-nakase, Etsugaisen, Daina, Yamagata Masamune, Kikuhime)【Price】Around 8000 yen【Personal impression】Those without reservations were turned away. It's quite popular! The appetizers were delicious, including pickled vegetables, spinach with white sesame dressing, and mozuku seaweed. When looking at the menu, there were so many things I wanted to try! As I was contemplating, the waitress suggested, "Shall I start with the sashimi?" I was fine with either option, so I decided to go with that and think about the rest later. This time, I went with a senior colleague from work who mentioned wanting to eat meat, so as I was looking at the menu, once again the waitress said, "I highly recommend the simmered sardines with plum. It's a popular dish here." She was quite good at recommending dishes. The sardines were tender and delicious, but I was hoping to try something I don't usually eat... I also ordered the simmered beef tendons in miso, but since it was quite filling, I ended with a small portion of potato salad. Overall, the food was delicious, but it was a bit difficult to order at our own pace, which was a bit disappointing for both of us. We ended up talking about where to go next... Thank you for the meal.
