I visited a lovely new shop that opened where Komatsu used to be. The shop has a main counter and 3 table seats.
- Assorted appetizers:
1. Homemade ham: Soft and moist, perfectly seasoned.
2. Peach-colored tomato: Sweet and delicious.
3. Blue cheese and walnut macaroni salad: Not my favorite.
4. Fresh fish carpaccio: Tuna and eggplant complement each other well.
5. Celery root salad: Crunchy celery with creamy mayonnaise.
- Crispy fried fish wrap: Awarded a special prize by the World Tapas Competition judges. The mushroom sauce is incredibly tasty.
- Charcoal-grilled red beef roast: The highlight of the menu. The lean meat is tender and flavorful, perfect with red wine.
I had a few beers, highballs, and red wines along with the delicious food. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the atmosphere very welcoming. The only downside was the uncomfortable wooden chairs. Overall, it's a wonderful shop that I would love to visit again. Perfect for a fun time with loved ones!

Recently, there are more restaurants opening at 3:00 PM, which means you can enjoy day drinking, and I'm happy about that! Today, I visited this restaurant and quickly enjoyed a drink. I couldn't resist ordering their famous crispy fried dish and the incredibly delicious fatty liver. Both were so tasty! Especially the sauce on the crispy fried dish was amazing (they recommended coating it generously with the sauce, and it was spot on!). I still want to try their paella, meat, and more, so I definitely want to come back next time. Thank you for the meal!

My boyfriend took me here! The atmosphere of the restaurant is lively yet elegant, suitable for hanging out with friends or for a date! The staff were all very kind. The food is quite innovative with a Spanish twist! It has a foreign feel but the flavors are suitable for Japanese taste buds and all dishes are addictive. Especially the fried fish in the second picture and the potato dish in the third picture, I plan to order them every time. I definitely want to go back! ∩^ω^∩

I visited Carbo-san, which opened in the Imazumi area in May! This is the fourth store of Visca, a Spanish restaurant chain in Tokyo, and their first local branch in the Imazumi area! They offer day drinking from 3 pm on weekends! The interior has a counter with 15 seats and 4 tables, totaling 40 seats. The atmosphere has changed from the previous Komatsu-san, and the open kitchen vibe is great! The drink menu includes homemade sours, cocktails, and more. The Carbo Sour, made with homemade limoncello, is mildly sweet and perfect for summer! [Ordered dishes] - Grilled edamame with pepper seasoning: Great snack! Well-seasoned! - Crispy fried fish wrapped in kataifi: The crispy texture of kataifi and the sauce underneath were delicious. Even dipping bread in the sauce was a winner! - Amakusa Daio's TKG risotto: Finished with homemade shaved chicken breast, this dish is rich and flavorful, and very tasty! - Truffle-scented iron pot dumplings with ravioli: Personally, I prefer thinner skins, but the taste is perfect! Opened on May 11, 2023, in the Imaizumi area, Carbo is the fourth location of Visca, a Spanish restaurant chain in Tokyo. This is their first venture outside of Tokyo, and they have chosen a prime location just a 5-minute walk from Tenjin Minami Station on the Nanakuma Line and Nishitetsu Tenjin Station. The restaurant is located on the second floor of the Imaizumi Nijuyonsetsu-ki Building, next to Grand Mirage. The interior has 15 counter seats and 4 tables, totaling 40 seats, and it was quite bustling. The drink menu includes a variety of house-made drinks, sours, and cocktails. The Carbo Sour, made with house-made limoncello, was refreshing and easy to drink. For appetizers, we ordered a potato salad with a twist of egg yolk, a delicious red beef carpaccio, a Caesar salad with grilled romaine lettuce, and a grilled eggplant with anchovy butter. The main dishes included a TKG risotto with Amakusa Daio's sasami flakes, a flavorful paella with squid ink, and a tagliatelle with shrimp in tomato cream sauce. Each dish was delicious and well-prepared, leaving us satisfied and looking forward to trying more of their specialties next time, such as the signature primitive grill.

The open kitchen allows you to watch the chefs at work while enjoying your meal at the counter. It can get lively, so it may not be suitable for those who prefer a quiet atmosphere.
