"I visited 'Menmoto So', located around Temma, and tried their 'Fish Element Light Soy Sauce Ramen (900 yen)'. The broth is a blend of fish stock, animal-based broth from chicken bones, and Korean ginseng extract, with a low viscosity soy sauce base that is mild and balanced, enhancing the refined flavor and sweetness of the fish stock with a hint of seaweed aroma. The homemade noodles are a medium-thick straight noodle made with whole wheat, offering a good chewy texture. The tender and well-seasoned chashu pork complements the rich and flavorful broth. You can also adjust the taste with black pepper available on the table."

Located just beyond the vibrant drinking district of Temma, a ramen shop suddenly appears. With a counter seating for 9 and two tables for 5, this shop offers two main soup options: one with chicken and one with fish elements. They infuse Korean ginseng for added nourishment in their ramen bowls. Priced at 920 yen, the most popular choice is a combination of chicken and fish elements in the soup, creating a truly exquisite flavor. The first sip may feel a bit unfamiliar to those accustomed to traditional chicken or fish soups, but once you start, you won't be able to stop slurping up the delicious broth. The medium-thick straight noodles have a great texture, and the supporting ingredients like seasoned bamboo shoots and marinated egg really shine. The sweet seasoned bamboo contrasts nicely with the savory marinated egg. The rich flavors of the soup, noodles, and toppings come together harmoniously, creating a perfect balance. The staff's hospitality and excellent communication skills are also worth noting, adding to the overall enjoyable dining experience. In Osaka, even the send-off smiles are like those of professional comedians. Overall, it was a delightful meal! Thank you!

After watching a baseball game at Koshien Stadium, I had dinner on my way back. There is a street lined with bars just off the market in Temma, heading north. I was able to walk in without waiting around 10:30 pm on a weekend night. I ordered the "Chicken Moto-Soy Sauce Ramen (950 yen)." There was no ticket machine, so I ordered directly from the staff. The ramen was served in about 10 minutes. The rich soy sauce soup was fairly standard, but the flavor of the seaweed added a nice touch. The medium-thick, flat noodles had a smooth texture and were delicious. There was nothing particularly special about it, but it was a tasty bowl of ramen. The fact that they are open late is definitely a plus.

I ordered the fish sauce soy sauce ramen. It was a reliable light ramen. The soup doesn't have a very distinctive flavor, but it's delicious. It's not particularly impressive, but it's enjoyable. The fish flavor is not very strong, so it feels like a regular Chinese ramen. The portion size is decent. However, the homemade smooth noodles keep you wanting more. If you're looking for a ramen with a simple and reliable taste, this is the place to go.

Suddenly overcome by a strong craving for ramen, I couldn't resist visiting this restaurant, Menso So in Osaka. It was selected as one of the top 100 ramen shops in the West region. Located near Tenroku Station, just head towards Harukoma in the Tenjinbashi-Suji Shopping Street. Pass Harukoma and take a right at the next intersection. Today, I ordered the Fish Element Salt Ramen. I visited around 3:30 pm on a weekday, and I was pleased that they are open throughout the day. There was only one other customer, and the interior of the shop was clean.
The service was surprisingly quick, probably because it wasn't crowded. The presentation of the ramen was beautiful, with toppings of egg, char siu, menma, green onions, and what seemed to be seaweed.
First, let's talk about the soup - delicious! The balance between salt and fish flavors was excellent. While the first sip was already tasty, the depth of flavor gradually filled my mouth with umami. The seaweed in the salt soup was a perfect match, a nice topping choice!
The char siu was also flavorful, with the richness of the fat coming through, which I really enjoyed. Just this alone made me want to pair it with beer. The toppings were well-balanced.
The noodles had a good thickness and firmness, with a nice wheaty flavor, and they didn't fall apart easily. It was satisfying to slurp them up.
Although there are many top ramen shops around Tenroku, this place was a hit for me. I had a delicious meal. Thank you for the treat.

I was looking forward to visiting Menmoto So. I was torn between the rich soy sauce and the tantan, but ended up choosing the tantan. My impression was that the soup was simply too light. It was so light that I wondered if there was something wrong with my taste buds. I like the noodles, but I don't think I'll be going back. I'm sorry for being critical. I think the ratings in the Tenroku area are too high.

This is a review of Menso Element, a ramen shop in the lively area of Tenma in Osaka. The reviewer tried the Chicken Element Shio Ramen with spicy miso. The ramen features a light yet flavorful chicken broth with Korean ginseng, homemade firm noodles, tender chashu pork, crunchy menma bamboo shoots, and a tasty seasoned egg. The reviewer also enjoyed a side of tamago kake gohan, a dish of rice topped with a raw egg and seaweed. The spicy miso added a nice kick to the broth, making it a delicious and satisfying meal.

I had been curious for a long time and finally made my first visit. The name had caught my attention and I couldn't help but wonder if they analyze ramen scientifically to create it. Cooking is all about addition and subtraction, right? When I saw the menu, I thought, "Oh, so cooking is science!" I decided to try the most popular dish and it did not disappoint. It's no wonder this place is so popular, everything was well done, especially the bamboo shoots were delicious. I respect the attention to detail. I definitely want to go back!

It was the third item I tried, so maybe that's why the soup felt a bit weak. I ordered: 1) Chicken and Fish Broth Ramen 2) Spicy Miso Tsukemen 3) Fried Rice. The soup is made from 100% natural ingredients! After trying a few places with strong flavors, this one felt just right.

This is an area in Temma with lots of bars around. I used to come to this restaurant before, but it's been a while. I used to order the popular No.1 "Nakana" before, but this time, I ordered the Fish Elemental Salt Ramen for 930 yen, and my wife ordered the Cold Tsukemen for 1200 yen. The Fish Elemental Salt Ramen has a very refreshing soup with almost no off-flavors. Personally, I prefer this over "Nakana" by far. The noodles have a Chinese soba-like feel. The menma is said to be low in salt, which is good for older folks. The seasoning has a hint of sweetness. The seaweed is not in sheet form but shredded, which I find more delicious. The chashu is made from pork shoulder loin and is consistently delicious. We enjoyed the meal. Thank you for the meal.

Based on a friend's recommendation, I visited this restaurant at 12:00 for lunch on a weekday. It is located in a drinking district on the north side of Temma Station. It wasn't as crowded as I expected, and I was able to be seated at the counter right away. I ordered the most popular chahan (fried rice) and ramen. The soup was a rich seafood and chicken broth with slightly more oil, and the noodles were medium-thick straight noodles. The fried rice was flavorful with plenty of ingredients, but it wasn't crispy. I'm not very knowledgeable about ramen, but honestly, it wasn't to my taste. It might be a good place to stop by after drinking. Personally, I don't think I would go there on my own. Thank you for the meal.

It's been about 10 years since I last visited. I had Pipin noodles in Tsuruhashi earlier, but I was still a bit hungry... I remembered about Menmoto S, so I decided to go there. When you think of Menmoto S, the fish and chicken soup mix is the must-try menu! I topped it with lettuce stir-fry and chashu. It was really delicious! It's been a while, but it was still as tasty as ever!

This is a review of a noodle shop. It was a hot weekend lunch, around 11 am. The shop had a few customers, and I decided to try their summer limited edition cold noodles. The dish consisted of homemade medium noodles in a cold soup with green onions, chicken chashu, and sudachi citrus with yuzu shichimi sprinkled on top. The soup was a cold clear broth with seafood flavors, topped with dried seaweed and a soft-boiled egg. The noodles were firm and well-coated in the cold soup, and the combination of flavors was delicious. The crunchy bamboo shoots, soft-boiled egg, and refreshing sudachi citrus added to the overall enjoyment of the dish. The chicken chashu was well-seasoned and had a nice texture. Overall, it was a delicious bowl of cold noodles with a cold soup.

This is a ramen shop located between Temmabashi Rokuchome and Temma Station, serving spicy miso topping fried rice. I arrived around 10:45 am and there were no other customers. I decided to try their popular fried rice, but also added the spicy miso topping. The soup was not as rich as it looked, with a mild and somewhat bland taste. The noodles had a good texture, and the chashu was satisfying. However, adding the spicy miso topping didn't change the flavor dramatically. The fried rice had a crunchy texture from the lettuce and a good flavor. Overall, the menu choice may have been a mistake as the soup was not as flavorful as expected.

I stopped by a ramen shop that was open all day after my hospital check-up. I ordered tsukemen and fried rice. My friend ordered spicy tsukemen, which had a mysterious taste (later found out it had Korean ginseng in it). The noodles were delicious, shiny, and had a great texture. The fried rice was so tasty that I finished it immediately. It's rare to find a healthy ramen shop, so I think it would be popular among women. The interior of the shop was also clean. I will definitely go back again, next time I want to try the ramen.

I tried the fish-based soup and chicken broth soup. They use fish and chicken, but the noodles seemed to lack attention to quality. The portion size was decent, with 180g of noodles in a regular serving, priced at ¥920, and an additional 120g for a large serving for a total of ¥1,040. Overall, it felt like a mediocre deal with a lackluster cost performance.

Today, I went to the popular restaurant Menso in Temma. I ordered the tsukemen. The dipping sauce had a rich chicken flavor, and the noodles were really good, just to my liking. It was also nice how the taste changed when I added the ginger provided.

This is a review of Menso-so, a ramen restaurant. The writer ordered the spicy miso ramen with chicken broth. The noodles were homemade and served with green onions, seasoned egg, and rare chashu pork. The soup was a combination of chicken broth, spicy miso, soy sauce, chili oil, garlic chips, and fried green onions. The writer enjoyed the spicy and flavorful soup, with the noodles and toppings complementing it well. The marinated bamboo shoots added a crunchy texture to the dish. The seasoned egg and rare chashu pork were also highlighted for their taste and texture. The writer finished the meal with a soup refill, which was served with watercress and maintained the spicy flavor. Overall, it was a delicious and spicy bowl of ramen.

Driver's license renewal on 06/21/2023. Finished early so decided to stop by Nakazakicho. Had never been here before. Ordered "Fish Element Salt Ramen, Half Fried Rice". Expectations were high. The food arrived surprisingly quickly. The presentation was impressive. The soup was delicious, the noodles had a great texture. The subtle wheat flavor was also good. The green onions and seaweed added nice flavors. The char siu was tender and flavorful. The half fried rice with lettuce was also tasty, balancing out the oiliness. Finished everything quickly. Will definitely revisit when it's not crowded. The taste was truly impressive. Today's lunch: Fish Element Salt Ramen, Half Fried Rice - 1290 yen. Parking fee - 200 yen.

I had been curious about this place but hadn't marked it, so I kept passing by. Today, for some reason, I decided to come here. I saw the menu outside and they had tsukemen, which I had been wanting to eat, so I went in. The interior of the restaurant is long and narrow. There is no vending machine. When I sat down and looked at the menu, I was torn. Since it's not a specialty shop, the variety of ramen was tempting. I realized after entering. Chicken white broth! This area seems to be mainly shoyu and tonkotsu, so I was happy. In the end, I chose the rich shoyu chicken white broth. Starting with the soup...? Is it too light? Hmm? As I continued eating, the homemade noodles were good with a nice fragrant wheat flavor. I don't usually choose eggs, but it came with it, so... The char siu was more like pork belly, and the fat was incredibly good. The nori? Hmm... delicious. The balance was very good, and before I knew it, I had enjoyed quite a bit of the soup. I will definitely come back. Thank you for the meal.

Located about a 5-minute walk from Temmabashi Station. Selected as one of the top 100 restaurants in Western Japan on Tabelog. I ordered the most standard menu item, the Chicken Shoyu Ramen. My impression was that it didn't suit my taste. Is this what being a top 100 restaurant is like? However, the service was quite polite.
