Personally, I prefer crispy beef cutlets so I was a bit disappointed. However, the taste was delicious even when eaten as is. The set came with two types of sauce, grated yam, and wasabi, all of which complemented the cutlet perfectly. The beef cutlet set comes with options for 1 piece, 1.5 pieces, or 2 pieces. I should have chosen the 2-piece option. Rice refills are free, so those who have a big appetite will surely be satisfied.
