My sister and I came to Tempozan Market Place together. It was her first time coming here. It's better that it's not as hot as when I came before. Now, for the most important part, lunch. We went to the Beefsteak Restaurant. I ordered chicken, and my sister ordered kalbi.

After playing at the aquarium, we had lunch at Tenpozan Market Place. There is a shop in "Naniwa Kuishinbo Yokocho" that seems to specialize in using carefully selected beef. We ordered the Beefsteak and Domestic Beef Shabu Shabu combination rice bowl. You can choose between "tare-yaki style" with grated ponzu sauce and "sukiyaki style" with beaten egg. We chose the sukiyaki style. The beautifully cooked pink beefsteak, crispy and fragrant on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside, sat atop the rice bowl with the richly colored beef shabu shabu. The visual presentation was very appetizing. The beefsteak had a perfect medium rare finish, oozing with meat juices. The beef shabu shabu had a melt-in-your-mouth texture with a sweet and savory flavor. When dipped in the beaten egg, it was just right! After enjoying about two-thirds of the meal, we asked for some broth and finished with a light and refreshing ochazuke. We thoroughly enjoyed the carefully selected beef until the very end without getting tired of it. Thank you for the delicious meal.
