I visited "Sukiya Adachi Ogi Store" around noon on a day in September 2021. The restaurant is located near the Ogihashi Station on the Nippori-Toneri Liner. The interior of the restaurant, which is not very large, was about 60% full with customers. I sat alone at the counter seat and ordered the "Negi Shio Lemon Gyudon (regular size)" for ¥500 from the limited-time menu, along with a bowl of miso soup for ¥80. The dish arrived after about 3 minutes. It was a gyudon topped with plenty of chopped green onions and honey lemon. When I tried it, the impact of the lemon was not very strong. The garlic salt sauce added as an accent seemed unnecessary to me, but it was probably used to enhance the flavor. The gyudon with plenty of green onions was delicious on its own, so ultimately, the base gyudon was the most important. I sprinkled some red pepper and added plenty of pickled ginger on top, and enjoyed it by mixing everything together. The miso soup with fried tofu, seaweed, and green onions was of decent quality, with a light and well-seasoned broth. I finished the gyudon and miso soup, which had just the right amount of volume. Limited-time menu items always make you want to try them. Sukiya's gyudon, which goes well with light toppings, is a welcome presence in an area with few dining options.

This is my first visit in about 2 years. I ordered the Katsubushi Okra Gyudon (beef bowl) in regular size for 480 yen, miso soup for 80 yen, and pickles for 80 yen. For your reference, the calorie content is 763 kcal for the Katsubushi Okra Gyudon, 47 kcal for the miso soup, and 9 kcal for the pickles. The taste is probably the same everywhere in the country, but I was satisfied with the long-awaited beef bowl. It was a treat!

Sukiya along Oguhashi Street. I visited after being begged for the Crayon Shin-chan toy that comes with the Sukisuki set. The store has a parking lot, which makes it easy to enter. I sat at a table, where there were children's chairs available. I ordered the Sukisuki set (beef bowl) and the grated ponzu beef bowl. I usually go to Yoshinoya for beef bowls, so I was surprised by the variety of the menu. Beef bowls might be better for kids to eat than hamburgers, don't you think?

This is Sukiya Adachi Ougi Store. Sukiya Pilgrimage Journey: 125th Stage Beef Bowl Restaurant Tour: 178th Stage This shop is located at the foot of Ougi Bridge Station on the monorail. The operation is managed by one Japanese man, one Japanese woman, and two foreign women. Despite being a medium-sized store with 33 seats, they have enough staff on duty. Beef Bowl..........350 yen Recently, I received a pass for mega or special size from a fellow reviewer, but I still don't have the courage to order it, so please forgive me (laughs). Now, about the beef bowl, the broth is just right and there is plenty of meat. It wasn't topped with a lot of green onions. Thank you for the meal.

Today, I visited a Sukiya restaurant in Adachi Ward, where I often come these days. It was lunchtime, with the Nippori-Toneri Liner running overhead. I decided to try the beef bowl, even though I haven't been feeling well lately due to a lingering cold. I added plenty of red pickled ginger and shichimi pepper to my regular beef bowl to help stimulate my appetite. The combination of the spiciness from the shichimi pepper and the red pickled ginger made the dish even more flavorful, and I was able to finish it, feeling my appetite being awakened. I hope my cold gets better soon...

It is convenient when you want to eat out at a late hour and the place is open 24 hours and affordable.
- Beef and Okra Rice Bowl (regular size) 400 yen + tax
It comes with roughly grated tororo (grated yam) and okra on the side. Normally, it would probably taste better with soy sauce added to the tororo, but I decided to eat it without soy sauce to avoid consuming too much salt. The roughly grated yam provides a nice crunchy texture. It's a healthy option and currently my favorite (laughs).
- Hot Stone Bibimbap Set Meal 540 yen + tax
This was my partner's choice, a new menu item. It comes with raw egg, gochujang (red chili paste), and seaweed soup. The rice stays hot throughout the meal as it is cooked on a hot stone. I tried a bit and the aroma of sesame oil was really nice. The crispy rice at the bottom was also delicious. I think I'll try this next time.

On a certain holiday, I went to Sukiya Adachi Ougi store where you can eat beef bowls cheaply and easily. They also have a parking lot which is convenient. I ordered from the menu verbally. There were some great deals on the hot pot fair menu. The food was served promptly, and I tried the following items:
- Pork Tofu Kimchi Hot Pot Set for $6 (fair price, regular $6.80): It was $0.80 cheaper due to the fair price. It took a bit longer than the beef hot pot I had before, but it was already cooked to some extent when served. I continued to cook the pork tofu kimchi hot pot on the table with solid fuel. It contained pork, kimchi, tofu, grilled tofu, udon, and vegetables in a flavorful and slightly spicy broth. The seasoning was slightly spicy, so the rice was a good match. I opted for a mini size rice for $3 off, and it came with pickled radish.
- Melty 3 Cheese Beef Bowl (regular size) for $4.10: A menu that my child loves. It consists of Red Cheddar, Egmont with a mild flavor, and Mozzarella with a chewy texture. The cheese melts with the heat of the beef bowl, creating a smooth combination of flavors. It comes with Tabasco, but my child didn't need it.
- Beef Bowl (regular size) for $2.70 + Miso Soup with Egg Set for $2: I asked for extra broth. It was the usual reliably cheap and decent beef bowl. The miso soup with egg set included pork, root vegetables, and other ingredients in a delicious pork soup. The raw egg is a must-have with the beef bowl, just like pickled ginger.
Overall, Sukiya is a convenient place to enjoy beef bowls and other dishes quickly and easily. The Pork Tofu Kimchi Hot Pot Set was a good deal at $0.80 off, but personally, I prefer the beef hot pot set. Thank you for the meal.

On March 21, 2016, at 8:00 am, there were 6 customers before us and 4 customers after us when we entered the restaurant. My wife and I are planning to visit Kashima Shrine and Katori Shrine. We were considering having breakfast at a rest area on the highway or at the restaurant. We decided to have breakfast at the restaurant where they offered a breakfast menu. My wife had the "mixed topping set" for 320 yen, and I had the "natto set with extra rice" for 330 yen. The food was quite delicious. We also enjoyed the pickled ginger on the table. We finished our meal feeling quite full. It was a good deal compared to just having a bowl of tempura soba on the way. We then headed to the Senbashi IC. I wonder what I'll have next. I am a foodie at heart.
