Toran
Yakiniku is great, but the side menu is also very extensive. One recommendation is the "Stone Pot Menu"! There are about 7 options, and among them, the "Stone Pot Kalbi Soup," "Stone Pot Tofu Stew," and "Stone Pot Teppanyaki Hot Pot" in stone pot versions are unique and very delicious. When it first arrived, the bubbling hot pot was visually and aromatically stimulating, and the spicy soup and light tofu matched perfectly, satisfying the taste buds. The price is reasonable at 680 yen, and the stone pot dishes are highly recommended! Next, the "Salt Yukhoe" and "Raw Liver." The Salt Yukhoe is a menu not often seen in other restaurants, and when mixed with the salt sauce provided in a separate dish, the flavor deepens, and the combination of Yukhoe and salt is excellent, definitely worth a try! This time, we tried salt-related meat dishes, and the green onion salted tongue had a good thickness and chewiness, very juicy and delicious at 680 yen per serving, which is a great deal! The green onion salted kalbi, although not the top grade, was tender and juicy, a dish I would definitely order again next time. (When I asked the staff, they mentioned that the top grade uses domestic black wagyu, while the regular grade uses American beef.) The "Pot Kalbi" also arrived as a large chunk of meat, with a strong impact and very tasty. Overall, everything was delicious, with many menu items priced at 580 yen or 680 yen, offering good quality meat at an affordable price. I would love to visit this restaurant again. Next time, I want to try a different stone pot menu.
