I had some time to spare while using Kintetsu Osaka Abenobashi Station, so I stopped by. It's located inside the ticket gates. I chose the red bean paste bun (170 yen). The bun had a firm and thick skin, with a generous amount of red bean paste filling. The red bean paste had a rustic flavor with some texture to it. It seems like a good snack to have while waiting for a Kintetsu train.

This is a taiyaki shop located inside the east exit of the Osaka Abenobashi Station on the Kintetsu Minami Osaka Line. I visited this shop after work. As this shop is located right in front of the stairs leading to platforms 1 and 2, it's hard to miss if you take the train to the last stop on the Kintetsu Minami Osaka Line. The main item on the menu is the traditional red bean paste taiyaki, but they also offer variations like custard, chocolate, and matcha. The classic red bean paste taiyaki (150 yen) is large and filled with plenty of red bean paste. The skin is slightly sweet, while the red bean paste is not too sweet. They also sell savory taiyaki options, such as bacon and egg (180 yen) and potato mentaiko (200 yen). The flavors are what you would expect, but the combination of saltiness and sweetness from the skin creates a unique taste. It's like a McDonald's McGriddle or a meal-like pancake. Since the fillings are generous, it can be quite filling. This taiyaki can serve as a light meal, offering a unique blend of sweetness and saltiness.
