I saw a shop in the nearby mall that I had never seen around here before, so I was curious and decided to buy something. I found out that it was actually a shop from Hakata. They were offering Sablé, Financier, and Honey Lemon Butter Cake. I tried the Sablé first and it was delicious! It had a soft texture, similar to the cookies from Kinotoya's Agricultural School. I bought the Financier and Butter Cake next. The Financier had a moist texture with honey flavor infused. I preferred the Sablé more. The Butter Cake had a normal custard inside, but the hard outer Butter Cake part had a smooth melt-in-your-mouth texture and was delicious. I wish it was easier to remove the film wrapped around it. I found out that they also have Butter Sandwiches and other items in their physical store. I was hesitant to buy more, but since it seems unlikely that I will come across them again unless I order online, I'm glad I made the purchase.

While wandering around Maring Hakata, I found a shop called "BUTTER&bee" that I couldn't pass up. Later I found out that it is part of the Kujukushima Group. I purchased three varieties of fresh butter sandwiches: "Normal," "Amaou," and "Yame Matcha." The butter flavor was subtle, and personally, I prefer a stronger butter taste.
