The rice was meat mixed rice, and you could choose between barley rice, so I went to get the meat mixed rice and was surprised to find a mountain of meat and konjac, which was super delicious! The parking lot in front of the restaurant was full, so I asked the staff and was directed to the second parking lot. I wrote my name on the waiting list sheet in front of the restaurant and was immediately seated inside. Since I was dining alone, I was seated at the counter, which seemed like a special seat for one person. The menu was displayed in a list format, with detailed explanations for each item. The prices ranged from 700 yen to 900 yen, with the Tan Set meal being my choice. While waiting for my order, I served myself miso soup (with Wakame seaweed) and rice (a mix of beef and barley rice). Of course, I went for the beef rice! The rice was mixed with sweet and savory seasoned beef and konjac in a large jar. It seemed like they added more beef every 10 minutes, so there was always plenty of beef rice available. It was a delightful surprise. In just 5 minutes after ordering, the grilled beef tongue and a generous portion of bean sprouts were served. The beef tongue was quite tough, but considering the price, it was understandable.
