I used it for lunch on Saturday. I made a reservation, but there were plenty of seats, so I might have been able to get in without a reservation? The underground bar in Lucua was really crowded. It was my first time here, but it's amazing. I ordered the tsukune burger lunch. It was 1280 yen. The tsukune burger had a crispy texture and the mustard soy sauce flavored sauce was a nice accent and delicious. Putting the raw egg on top and pouring it over the rice to make it like egg over rice was also delicious. The clear soup was also refreshing and good. It wasn't extremely delicious, but I thought it was a stable taste. The charcoal-grilled parent bird that my friend was eating was fragrant and delicious, especially when paired with yuzu pepper. That might have been good too. But I might get tired of it. Thank you for the meal.

I ordered the parent and child rice bowl with less rice. The egg was a beautiful orange color! The broth was plentiful, allowing me to slurp up every last bit of the parent and child rice bowl. The taste was delicious, but the meat was a bit tough, which was a downside. Soft meat would have been preferable.

They serve spicy dishes as appetizers for 400 yen, which include pickles (nukazuke?) and chicken liver. The staff consists mostly of young people. I asked for the food to be grilled well, but the liver came out raw, so I kindly asked them to grill it again. It was a bit spicy for a pregnant woman (›´-`‹ ). The yakitori skewers were slightly small. The duck hormone was quite unusual.

I find it strange that there is no line compared to other LUCUA stores, but personally, I always like the taste of this store. I don't remember the payment because the person I was with paid for it... The chicken skin chips were large and very satisfying to eat. I would definitely like to visit again.

Pure chicken + 5 kinds of skewers. Gombei, a popular yakitori restaurant located in the underground bar area of Lucua. This time, I used it for solo drinking. I ordered a medium bottle of Maruef and a skewer assortment of 5 kinds of yakitori. When I ordered, they recommended the speed menu because the grilled items take a little time, but I didn't order any additional items. There seems to be an appetizer, with pickles and pure chicken made from the thigh meat of a parent bird. The pure chicken is grilled to a medium rare finish. The pure chicken is chewy and delicious. It took about 15 minutes until the skewer assortment was served. The staff explains the types of yakitori, but I couldn't hear it well. I think it was tsukune, chicken soft bone, gizzard, thigh meat, and negima (with sauce). You can season it with mustard and shichimi according to your preference. I added a lemon shochu highball to finish. The payment was 2700 yen, which is quite high. It was about three times the usual price...

Charcoal-grilled Gonbei is a yakitori restaurant located on the 2nd floor of LUCUA, where you can enjoy yakitori lunch. It takes a little time for the yakitori to be grilled, but you can taste freshly grilled yakitori. Lunch includes unlimited rice and miso soup, and I visited around 12:30 on a weekday. I was able to enter smoothly. As it is a yakitori restaurant, you can see some people enjoying alcohol from lunchtime. We ordered the Tsukune hamburger lunch for ¥1280 and the Yakitori Donburi for ¥1480. The Tsukune hamburger appeared on a hot iron plate! You can eat it as it is or pour the mustard steak sauce on the iron plate. Personally, I found it delicious as it is. The Yakitori Donburi comes with negima and tsukune removed from the skewers on top of rice. I'll try this next time.

I visited the restaurant for a launch party! Overall, the quality of the food was high! I wasn't a big fan of the drinks, but sticking to a safe beer choice would solve that. It's okay though, because the food was delicious. However, due to the location in LUCUA, it was quite crowded, so it's better to order with some extra time in mind.

I forgot to take a picture of the main skewer dish, haha. As an appetizer, we had charcoal-grilled chicken which was delicious with a nice smoky flavor. We were already full from our previous meal, so we mainly went for drinks. We ordered sweet potato sticks which were also tasty. I'm sure the food here is definitely delicious. Next time, I want to go when I have more room in my stomach to fully enjoy the meal.

The charcoal-grilled parent bird set meal gets tastier the more you chew. It has a unique flavor that you won't find in tender young chicken, which is delicious in its own way. However, the texture is too tough and makes your jaw tired. It would be even more enjoyable if they prepped it by cutting the tendons or doing some pre-processing.

I fell in love at first sight with this restaurant in Osaka. It specializes in authentic charcoal-grilled chicken using Binchotan charcoal. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water. The quality exceeded my expectations. I ended up having a lunch drink with my partner for the first time. It's so good that it might become addictive.

It was crowded because it's Friday, but waiting in line was worth it! Delicious!! There are counter seats and table seats. They don't have a calling bell, you have to say "sumimasen" to get their attention. The chairs at the table are high, so I, a tipsy person, felt a bit wobbly. Cheers with a draft beer! I went with two colleagues from work again, so I couldn't take photos... I only managed to take a picture of the appetizer. I'm sorry. The appetizer and seating fee cost 400 yen. We had chicken skin with ponzu sauce, tomatoes, assorted grilled chicken skewers, shrimp tartare, duck tartare, fried chicken, nanban-zuke (fried fish in sweet and sour sauce), rolled omelette, and french fries. We each had about 4 drinks, and the total bill was 15,000 yen!! It's a bit pricey, but the speed menu and grilled chicken are good deals, so it should be worth it for those not drinking alcohol! It was just so delicious. The grilled chicken had a nice charcoal aroma. The fried food was amazing! I wanted to take pictures... I wanted to try the dessert too... I'll have to come back for a rematch! Thank you for the meal!

Charcoal-grilled yakitori is delicious and the atmosphere is great. They offer a wide variety of drinks. There are counter seats available, making it easy for solo female diners to come in. The restaurant is spacious with plenty of seating, so you don't have to wait long to be seated, which is convenient.

During lunchtime, they also offer evening menus. However, there is a need to improve the attitude and service of the staff. They asked twice, "If you order the lunch menu, there will be no extra charge for the appetizer, what will you do?" even though we had just started toasting. I replied vaguely, "I might order it later." Despite ordering higher-priced evening menus, it is not appropriate to be required to order lunch. I think we paid around 10,000 yen. The food tastes delicious, which is why I felt disappointed. Even other male staff members were careless in their service. It made us consider leaving for a moment. Since they have a store in LUCUA, I think the staff should learn better customer service.

This is a stylish restaurant located on the B2F floor of Lucua, specializing in charcoal-grilled chicken dishes using Josho Tosa Binchotan charcoal. The atmosphere is stylish with atmospheric lighting, and you can see many young people and women. I decided to enjoy the Sato Kuro for 650 yen. The appetizer costs 450 yen and includes pickles and grilled chicken liver (two pieces in the photo today). The grilled chicken liver is cooked to a medium rare and tastes delicious, especially when paired with mustard. The pickles are of high quality. The grilled chicken liver in soy sauce for 450 yen is also delicious, with a freshness that comes through. It goes perfectly with sweet potato shochu. The Yukke of mixed duck for 1180 yen is really delicious. The duck meat is very tender, and when combined with egg yolk, it is exquisite. I highly recommend it. The Aburiyaki of Unama Yamadori for 1800 yen is made from Miyazaki's local chicken. It is tender, flavorful, and delicious. It is grilled fragrantly with charcoal. Yuzu pepper is served as a condiment, and it is excellent. Delicious! It was quite good. It's a stylish place where women can feel safe. I thought it was a good restaurant.

"Charcoal Grilled Chicken Gonenbei" on the B2F of Lucua Balcika. There are many counters with luggage cases at the feet. However, the chairs are very high. The seat is narrow. Even on weekdays after 1 pm, it was about 30% full, with mostly women. ★Parent bird thigh seared grilled lunch 1000 yen including tax (rice, miso soup refillable) It seems to be a new menu, and the meat remains the usual 150g. I like that deep black charcoal-grilled Miyazaki Jidori chicken. It arrived in about 3 minutes. The chicken is served on a small iron plate, all black. This is it. When I took a bite, I thought, "Hmm, it's tough...". I thought it might be just that piece, but the next one was the same. It's tough. You have to chew it thoroughly to swallow it. It feels like it's all tendons. Not just the meat but even the skin is tough. The rice portion was generous and delicious. I realized later, can you order raw eggs here since you can order items separately? I would have liked to have egg over rice with a raw egg. The salad and miso soup were average. Since I was informed by a fellow diner that parent bird meat is supposed to have a chewy texture, I will keep my rating as average."

- Point:
- Lunch available until late on weekdays
- Convenient location on the 2nd floor of LUCUA
- Ordered menu:
- Tsukune Hamburg Lunch ¥1280
A hot plate with a tsukune burger topped with egg yolk. The sauce evaporates on the hot plate, creating a fragrant aroma. The lunch menu includes unlimited rice and miso soup, which is a great deal.
- Review:
Gombei is known for its yakitori, but they also serve lunch, which is available until 4 pm on weekdays, making it a great option for lunch seekers. The lunch menu mainly features chicken dishes like yakitori don, oyakodon, and chicken nanban. This time, I tried the tsukune hamburg lunch. The tsukune hamburg is generously sized, topped with green onions and egg yolk, making it visually appealing. Pouring the sauce over the hot plate releases a delicious aroma. Even before eating, the visual and olfactory senses confirm the deliciousness, which is a testament to the anticipation of a great meal. Breaking the egg yolk and mixing it with the tsukune hamburg creates a delicious combination. The tsukune hamburg has a crispy surface from the hot plate and a fluffy interior, with a firm texture that highlights the goodness of tsukune. The lunch menu offers unlimited rice and miso soup, and with the flavorful tsukune hamburg, you can easily have multiple servings of rice. I thoroughly enjoyed the tsukune hamburg until the end. Overall, Gombei is a restaurant that serves delicious lunch and yakitori. Thank you for the meal.

It has been a while since my last visit. This restaurant is located on the B2 floor of the complex building directly connected to JR Osaka Station. It is an izakaya that mainly serves charcoal-grilled chicken during lunch hours only. The restaurant is open for lunch on weekdays from 11:00 to 16:00 (11:00 to 14:00 on weekends and holidays). I visited for a solo lunch during the weekday afternoon. I chose the Tsukune hamburger lunch set from the lunch menu, which costs 1,280 yen (tax included). The dish arrived in about 7 minutes and it was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

We went on an overnight trip to Osaka with my close classmates and decided to start by having lunch at "Akahaku" on the B2F of Lucua Osaka, but it was too crowded. So, we looked for another restaurant and managed to get into "Sumibiya Gombei." We enjoyed the lunch set "Yakitori Ju" with beer. The grilled chicken with charcoal flavor paired with beer was the perfect way to start our trip.

In the past, I posted about a yakitori restaurant in the LUCUA underground mall. The restaurant has both tables and counters, making it quite stylish. The yakitori is delicious, and the atmosphere is lively yet cozy. I would like to visit again if I have the chance. Thank you for the delicious meal.

I came to this place in the basement of Lucua to have some yakitori in Umeda. It was right after the state of emergency was lifted, but it was quite crowded with customers, and the basement of Lucua was bustling. Anyway, this place is casual and you can easily come in, eat yakitori, and leave. It's convenient to take the train home quickly. As for the yakitori, it was just average. There was nothing particularly delicious or bad, but it was easy to eat. The photo is of chicken cartilage, but the taste was just average. Other salad dishes were a bit stingy in portion size. It would be better if the salad came in a larger portion on a big plate. The restaurant has good customer turnover and seems like it will have good sales. If you prefer a cozy atmosphere, it's recommended to go a bit further from the station. That's my honest opinion. Thank you for the meal.
