On the evening of July 25, 2021, I visited this restaurant for the first time. It was my third visit overall, coming from the previous location. It had been 7 years and 5 months since my last visit. I had a great impression from my past visits, so I made a reservation to revisit after moving to Osaka. The head chef is Mr. Naritaka Hoshino. The restaurant used to be near Shitennoji-mae Yuhigaoka Station, but it moved to the current location in September 2017, about 800 meters east from the previous spot. They used to operate à la carte, but switched to an "omakase course" style after the move. The head chef wanted to focus on the "omakase" style, and he seemed very lively and passionate about it. The price for the course at the time of my visit was exactly 10,000 yen, which is quite reasonable for an omakase sushi restaurant in Osaka. The balance of price, taste, and portion size was excellent. In the area around Momodani, especially inside the loop line, there are not many prominent dining options, making this restaurant a hidden gem in Momodani. Unfortunately, it will be difficult for me to revisit after moving to Tokyo. It seems that the prices have changed since my visit, so if you plan to visit, it's best to check beforehand.
