Good evening, this is Maruharu! I visited a yakitori restaurant called "Torachou" in Fukuoka City Hara for the second time. I will share the menu and prices next time I go. The menu is extensive and the yakitori was delicious. Thank you for the meal!

This is my first time visiting. The restaurant has a spacious tatami area and many families are dining here. There are about 7 tables and also counter seats available. There are plenty of staff members so the wait time is not long, but the restaurant seems busy because it's full. However, all the skewers are delicious. This is my favorite restaurant in the area near Hara. The menu is also extensive, which is great. I will visit again.

On the third night in Fukuoka, my family went to Torachou, a nearby restaurant. We reserved a private room in the back and ordered the chef's choice of 10 skewers for each person, along with other dishes a la carte. We enjoyed beer and Kenhachi sake. The restaurant always prepares four different appetizers, which adds to the fun. We started with sesame marinated fish and then moved on to the skewers. Each skewer was carefully grilled and disappeared quickly as we savored each one. We also tried horse liver, shrimp spring rolls, and cheese croquettes, all of which were delicious. The staff, consisting of over 10 people, was efficient and friendly. After finishing our drinks and getting full, we decided to head home. The restaurant was almost full, with many families dining. While not a high-end establishment, I believe this type of restaurant is the best choice for enjoying yakitori with family. Thank you for the meal.

Good evening, this is Maruharu! I came to the second Yakitori restaurant, "Toracho." Yakitori as the second stop is a classic choice. Shochu and Yakitori make a perfect combination. Thank you for the delicious meal!

Recently, I haven't been able to go there due to the distance from my home, but this is a yakitori restaurant that I love. I think their dedication to the skewers is fantastic. It has a casual and down-to-earth atmosphere rather than being fancy, which I really like. The yakitori grilled over charcoal is delicious no matter which one you choose, but among them, the maruchou (chicken intestine) skewer is unmatched in satisfaction at any restaurant. I also recommend the jidori (local chicken) liver skewer and the wagyu sagari (flap meat) skewer. Even though it's a yakitori restaurant, they also have a great selection of sashimi, which is a feature of this place that keeps me coming back. I always struggle between finishing with a zosui (rice porridge) or a grilled onigiri (rice ball). As I was writing this, I was thinking of going there again soon.

Whenever I go, the restaurant is always full of customers. The recommended dish is definitely the yakitori. Among them, the skin and the chicken intestines are the best. You can choose between salt or sauce for the flavor, but I always go for the sauce here. The prices are also reasonable, so I think you won't regret going. The staff are all energetic and the atmosphere is great. However, I do not recommend the sashimi. Honestly, I have never found it to be delicious. So, I always stick to yakitori and other side dishes. "One bite, one soul," truly lives up to this saying! From now on, if it's yakitori, it's got to be Toricho!

I'm going around eating motsunabe in my local Fukuoka. As the head of the banquet department, I often take out-of-town guests to motsunabe restaurants, so I'm a bit on the chubby side~ This place near my wife's parents' house is the go-to for yakitori. I've been coming here for about 10 years, and the quality just keeps getting better! I keep saying, "Hurry up and open the next location," but the young master seems to be quite particular and doesn't trust anyone else with the grilling. I think it's safe to say there's no bad items here. Good ingredients! Good seasoning! Good grilling! I think they're the best in Sawara-ku. Maybe I'm praising them too much!? I always eat too much, so my budget is a bit high.

I have been using this restaurant quite frequently since attending a farewell party at my workplace. I highly recommend the grilled maruchou (round intestines) skewers here!! I usually don't eat offal at yakiniku restaurants, but these maruchou skewers are incredibly delicious. They are thinly sliced and coated in a sweet and savory sauce that is fragrant, and there's no hesitation about when to eat them. Also, although I can no longer eat it, the raw liver was also very tasty (ღ′◡‵) The prices are not too high, so you can eat a lot without worrying. Thank you for the meal.

The restaurant gives off the impression of a clean yakitori place. My favorite is the "quail egg skewer," which is incredibly delicious. I ended up eating many of them by myself. When calling the staff, their energetic attitude is refreshing, with the boss (?) cheerfully shouting "Hey yo!" as a signal for orders, and performing by sprinkling salt from a high place onto the skewers. It's quite entertaining. However, ordering too much can lead to a bill higher than expected.

I asked my friend and went to the restaurant. As soon as I walked through the curtain, I was greeted with a cheerful "Welcome!" which made me feel very comfortable entering. As the restaurant is called Toracho, there was a wide variety of yakitori available, and I chose the recommended dish from the staff. Beer and yakitori went really well together! The appetizer that came out first was also delicious. The menu was easy to understand, with the daily recommended dishes listed in addition to the regular menu. There were table seats and a counter, so next time I plan to sit at the counter and have a chat. I will definitely visit again. Thank you for the meal!

When I visited Fukuoka on a trip, I was taken to this amazing restaurant by a friend who lives nearby. Everything I ate there was delicious, Fukuoka is truly incredible!! First of all, shochu is cheap and strong because it's a local product. A glass costs only 310 yen. It's a small glass with water added, so the shochu is quite strong, about 7 parts shochu to 3 parts water. I had a shochu highball and it was so delicious because they use good quality shochu. The grilled chicken was served on a mountain of cabbage, and the seseri (chicken neck meat) was incredibly tasty!! Some other dishes that were particularly delicious were: - Seseri with black sesame The chopped horse mackerel is mixed with black sesame sauce and eaten with wasabi, a truly local flavor. - Tomato tempura The tomato is cut into wedges, lightly seasoned with powder, fried, and served with mayonnaise and ponzu sauce. - Cabbage with grilled chicken The cabbage has a sauce with vinegar and it's irresistibly delicious!! It's lighter than regular cabbage. It was truly a delicious restaurant experience!!

I always have the impression that this place is crowded with customers. Seeing few reviews, it seems that there are many local customers. The capacity is about 10 seats at the counter and around 10 small tables for 4 people each, totaling around 50 customers. They mainly serve yakitori, with a wide variety of options and delicious flavors. The service is average, neither good nor bad. It is located along Route 202 near the Hara intersection. The parking lot is a bit hard to find, but it is available for around 3 cars. I recommend this yakitori restaurant in this area.
