When it comes to Osaka, you have to try the katsu udon here. It's really delicious. The broth is just right, not too hard or too soft. The katsu donburi is also recommended. The staff is kind and friendly. The strong taste of Calpis was also great.

After playing at Universal Studios and returning to the hotel in Shinsaibashi, I found a restaurant while wandering around feeling a bit peckish. It was my first time trying "katsu udon," and it was incredibly delicious, making me forget all my fatigue. Despite the late hour, the staff at the restaurant were fantastic, and the food and drinks were also delicious. I definitely want to visit again when I go to Osaka.

Visited the restaurant on Sunday around 11 PM. It is located in a corner where people gather at night. The staff were all energetic and the service was impressive. I came for the beef tongue udon, but decided to also try the "Ura Harami" (back skirt) and ginger ale. The beef tongue was okay, but the cost performance was not great. The Ura Harami was not to my liking. I didn't take a photo of it... regretful. Since it was my second stop of the night, I was quite full and opted for a small portion of the beef tongue udon, which turned out to be just the right amount (lol). The taste was nothing special, and I believe the udon was probably frozen. Those who come here specifically for this must really love the taste here. Maybe udon tastes better at a dedicated udon shop. I'll do some more research and come back again! Thank you for the meal.

The interior of the restaurant has been completely renovated since my last visit, and it is now brighter and cleaner. The pork belly slices in the katsu udon were delicious, but the price increase is noticeable.

Every time I go to Osaka, I always stop by "Ryu no Su" for a closing meal. I was surprised to hear that they also have a branch in Tokyo! But the taste is definitely better in Osaka, haha. Their katsu udon is the best! It's addictive! Can't leave without having it as a closing dish, haha. We drank a lot this time. It was so much fun!

After a drinking party, I felt a little hungry, so I had katsu udon as a finishing touch. I was really drunk, but it was so delicious that it sobered me up. The broth was rich but not overpowering, and it paired well with the udon. Unlike finishing with ramen, which can worsen a hangover the next day, this katsu udon was totally fine. After drinking, I felt like having some soup, so I came to this restaurant! I ordered the Stamina Kasu Udon. I was expecting more, but it tasted quite average. I was seated at a table next to the staircase from Warung, and it was quite crowded. The young staff running up and down the stairs to take orders was a bit annoying. I wish they would walk more slowly to avoid stirring up dust.
As for the food, the Kasu Udon had a good flavor from the fat scraps, but I wish there was a bit more in it. The Middle Rib Kalbi was tender and tasty. The Upper Harami was delicious, but in terms of meat quality, the cost performance was not great.
Overall, the Middle Rib Kalbi cost 980 yen, the Upper Harami cost 1,650 yen, two Lemon Sours were 500 yen each, and the specialty Kasu Udon was 650 yen.

I visited to try the katsu udon. I opted for the classic katsu udon with less noodles for -150 yen. The rumored deliciousness of the oil katsu was true, and the udon itself was also impressively tasty. Although I was almost full, I couldn't resist adding extra katsu toppings! After having a meal with a customer in Shinsaibashi, we visited Kasu Udon and Niku Ryunosu in Motomise Shinsaibashi. We usually order delivery for our drinking sessions because the Kasu Udon here is delicious. This time, we ordered Kasu Udon with green onions on top. The broth at Ryunosu is the highlight - it's lightly seasoned and slightly sweet, making it perfect even after drinking alcohol. The udon noodles are thick and chewy, providing a satisfying bite. The Kasu Donburi is also amazing, with its sweet broth, kasu, and half-cooked egg. While delivery is convenient, it's nice to occasionally dine in at the restaurant. There is another branch nearby, but this one seems to have longer hours in the morning, which is helpful when you need a place to eat after a night out. Thank you for the delicious meal!

A friend recommended this place to me for a post-drinks meal with my junior colleague. They serve katsu udon and yakiniku, and they're open until 8 am. A while ago, I was invited by a senior to have dinner together, so we met in Namba after work. The restaurant we went to on that day was called "Ryunosu Shinsaibashi Motomise" in Shinsaibashi. Inside the restaurant, we sat at a table on the first floor with a stove on it. There were two types of sauce for the grilled meat, as well as salt and wasabi. We ordered a highball and oolong tea for drinks and made a toast. We ordered various dishes from the menu, including grilled meat and udon. The salted cabbage was delicious and we also tried the recommended grilled meat dish called "Wagyu Ryunosu Shichihoshi." The meat was delicious, especially when dipped in sauce. We also ordered grilled offal and horumon, and finished the meal with stamina udon. The food was tasty, but the bill could add up if you only eat red meat. My name is Minamikawachi, but in Habikino it is considered a soul food. Although it has become popular in Osaka city, it feels like a long-established store in Minami. Today, I came to Ryunosu, where the yakiniku is delicious, but I came for the katsu. They have katsu udon and katsu soba, so as a soba lover, I prefer the soba here.
