They had added new items to the menu, so I tried the usual hanpen mentai and grilled dumplings. Unfortunately, they had run out of vinegared rice, so I couldn't have any sushi. During my four years in Hokkaido, I definitely visited Yamazaki-san's bar the most! Today, we had a private party for our group's encouragement meeting, thank you very much! Oh, they served Kanpachi shabu-shabu today, it was delicious! The sake-steamed clams were also very tasty!

I had a golf round at the imperial water course, not just a quick play, so we had an early lunch. Then, we had a reflective dinner at Yamazaki-san's place! It's been a while since we ordered sashimi, and it was delicious! Sometimes you have to order something different (laughs).

At the Yagahill Country Club afternoon play evening party, it was a rare visit from Mr. Yamazaki♪♪♪ A parade of recommended menu items! As usual, we ordered this and that!! After the annual golf 2R, I visited the usual Yamazaki-san (lol). It was a good decision to make a reservation for 5 o'clock on Saturday as it was immediately fully booked! Ordered a set with a little bit of alcohol and then a la carte. The new menu item, Tuna Tempura, was delicious. However, I ordered too much even though I was so hungry after the 2R (lol).

Today we had 12 people, so we chose the all-you-can-drink course for Yamazaki-san and the members from Sapporo. The Sapporo members were impressed by the ramen salad! It's strange that they didn't choose a lunch menu, but an izakaya menu instead, right? The sushi at the end was delicious. We'll definitely come back again!

Based on the information from followers, I made a reservation and visited the restaurant. It was full on Friday at 7 pm. I ordered the "slightly tipsy set". The appetizer platter and sashimi were fresh and perfect for snacking. We also tried the fried chicken, pork, and eggs that we were curious about. We ate and drank a lot, but were able to relax and my colleague who came with me was also very satisfied. There was a wide variety of sake, but the one I wanted to drink was sold out, which was a bit disappointing. Thank you for the delicious meal!

After returning from playing golf, I went to Yamazaki-san's place for the first time in a while. It was only 5 PM, so I ordered a light set to start off with. I also ordered the recommended dish of grilled salted pork skewers. The pork skewers were delicious! For dessert, I had a rice set and left feeling full and satisfied.

After finishing a round at Shimamatsu Golf Course, the restaurant was closing early, so I decided to visit Yamazaki for a highball. Today, I ordered the iron pot course with iron pot sagari steak and iron pot jingisukan. The dishes were served piping hot and delicious. I think I prefer the sagari steak. \(//∇//)\

Since the state of emergency has been lifted, the business hours are until 10pm, so I decided to go to Yamazaki for the first time in a while. The small dish of egg pouches was deliciously sweet, so I ordered an extra large portion (laughs). Drinking at Sakaba Yamazaki really helps me relax and enjoy my drink.

It seems like the manta rays will be lifted next week, so I decided to go to Sakaba Yamazaki. The menu has come back quite a bit. The iron plate dumplings are back, maybe because the manta rays are over? For today's recommended new menu, I ordered the ham and cheese cutlet without hesitation. Everyone loves this one! It's like a hot sandwich, so how many can we eat! This one should become a regular item. To finish off, Yamazaki's miso soup hits the spot.

I went to a certain large hospital. The nearest station to that hospital is Oyachi, right? It seems like quite a distance. Would you like a ride to Oyachi by car? A kind person suggested, but I had secretly decided to try this restaurant afterwards. No, I'm going to have a solo drink later! I couldn't bring myself to say that, so I politely declined with a big smile and started walking towards this place on the national highway. The nearest station to this restaurant is Hibari-ga-oka on the subway? I have no idea where that station is, but I spotted the building where this restaurant is located just beyond a large supermarket. Now, it's time for a solo drink attack! I arrived about 10 minutes late from the opening time, and there were already some regular customers. It's a friendly atmosphere. Let's go with the set that was ordered by a reviewer the other day - 3 drinks, 2 small dishes, and a choice of sashimi or grilled fish. A charming set, isn't it? I'll start with the usual beer. It seems like a classic. While being warmly welcomed by the staff, I started my solo drink! The small dishes were a light simmered dish of turnip and fish cake in a sweet and sour sauce, and simmered tofu and egg. Gentle flavors. Besides grilled fish and sashimi, there are still more choices. Several were suggested, but I went with sashimi after all. Tuna, yellowtail (I think?), octopus, squid, and salmon. It's luxurious. Not just a small amount of sashimi you often see in sets, but a moderate amount of delicious ones. Ah, I'm happy... The plating is beautiful too. It's a feast for the eyes. I spotted fried burdock on the menu. I have to order that too. I had all three drinks as beer, and had a relaxing and enjoyable solo drink. The gentle approach of the staff, not pushy, and not just talking to regulars, was nice. The inside of the restaurant has a sense of cleanliness, and there were various delicious-looking menu items. It's a restaurant that you might not notice unless you come here specifically. If I come to this area again, I will definitely stop by. That's how I feel.

I visited Yamazaki-san for the first time in about 2 months since Mambo was closed for a break. They have resumed their shortened operating hours, and the happy hour set has been extended until 8 pm with an extra drink included. The small dish of folded egg was really delicious! The owner and manager seemed lively and it was great to see them in good spirits. I will definitely come back again soon!

Happy New Year ⭐️ It's been about a month since my last visit because our schedules didn't align. The master seems to be doing well! For the new year, I tried the recommended menu item, which was the cod and red king crab gratin croquette. The fried egg appetizer was delicious with a nice dashi flavor. I was worried about the lack of potatoes recently, but luckily, Yamazaki-san had potato fries available. I ended my meal with my current favorite, chawanmushi and rolled omelette, feeling satisfied.
