I ordered a medium-sized squid sashimi for 3500 yen, and it was delicious. The squid was so fresh and tasty. I also tried salt-grilled fish head and emperor fish, which were both very good. I had a plate of three raw shrimp for 1880 yen, and they were delicious too. The raw abalone was also very tasty with a crunchy texture when dipped in soy sauce. However, the grilled beef tongue for 1200 yen was a bit tough. Overall, it was a great dining experience and I enjoyed the meal very much.

Visited the restaurant with a friend from overseas on a Friday night around 7 pm. We didn't make a reservation because we weren't sure of our friend's arrival time and the restaurant had a lot of seating. However, it was full when we arrived, so we had to put our name on the waiting list. We waited for about 30 minutes as the turnover seemed slow. There were chairs near the entrance, so waiting wasn't a problem, and we could see that it was a popular place. We were seated on the second floor in a tatami room with a spacious table and a nice atmosphere. I wanted my friend to try the famous Hakata squid, but unfortunately, it was sold out, and many other items on the menu were also unavailable. We ended up ordering sesame mackerel and a sashimi platter, which were just okay. We also ordered sweet potato tempura and squid dumplings, had a few beers each, and the bill was over 10,000 yen. The staff were busy but generally provided good service. However, there are plenty of cheap and delicious restaurants in Fukuoka, so I don't think I'll be returning to this one.
