On Sunday at 2:00 PM, I went to "Bakabo" in Nakazakicho. I ordered the "Salt Chicken Ramen (900 yen)." It arrived in 3 minutes. One bite. Delicious. Despite being salt-based, it's not overly salty but has a rich and flavorful soup packed with umami. The chicken flavor is at its maximum and fills your mouth. Toppings include white onions, kaiware, chicken terrine, and chashu. The terrine is rich and smooth, maybe it has liver in it? The noodles are medium thickness. This ramen is a complete package. Personally, I still have "Dan Dan Mazesoba (1,000 yen)" and "Cilantro Soy Sauce Ramen (1,000 yen)" left to try. I'm not a fan of cilantro, so I'll try the "Dan Dan Mazesoba" next time. Thank you for the meal.

Salt ramen with chicken for 900 yen, with an additional flavored egg topping for 150 yen. Arrived at 11:40 on a holiday with no wait. The restaurant operates as a Chinese restaurant at night and a ramen shop during the day. Although the tantan mazesoba is famous, I decided to try the ramen first. The ramen had a sharp salt flavor that was very delicious. The chewy noodles paired well with the soup, and all the toppings were essential and tasty.

Black vinegar pork, oil-splashed chicken, fried rice, hollow vegetable, wheat beer. All have a sudden Asian feel with a spicy and delicious taste not found in Japan. The cost performance is worth considering, at less than three times the price of Osho. It's a convenient location, just a 4-minute walk from Nakazakicho Station, and a leisurely walk from Umeda.

I visited around 12:30 on Sunday afternoon. (I was able to enter immediately due to timing, but it quickly became full afterwards, so there may be a wait depending on the timing.)
- Doro Tantan Men 1000 yen
- Small Fried Rice (small size is also available!) 350 yen
- Other information: It was about a 3-minute walk from Tenjinbashi Rokuchome Station! It's easy to find if you exit from Exit 10.
Doro Tantan Men! Cilantro comes as default, so if you don't like it, please order without it. (I asked for it to be removed in the photo...) They seem flexible with extra noodles and small fried rice!
The taste is deliciously spicy! (I wanted something spicy that day so it was perfect!!) The thick noodles are coated in a spicy sauce that numbs the lips like in mapo tofu, and it's delicious!! The fried rice also has a strong flavor and helps balance out the spiciness!! It was delicious! Thank you for the meal! I would like to visit at night next time! ♡

I arrived at 11:31 am and was able to get in right away as there were only two customers ahead of me. This time, I had decided to try the fried rice that I regretted not trying last time. I ordered the fried rice and the tantanmen mixed noodles. The interior of the restaurant is stylish as it turns into a Chinese cuisine izakaya at night. Despite feeling a bit out of place, I noticed that the other customers were also middle-aged men, so I didn't mind. The dishes arrived and wow... the fried rice that I missed out on last time! The mixed noodles also looked delicious! Let's dig in! I started with the mixed noodles, the thick sauce coated the noodles smoothly... The sesame paste, which is a staple in tantanmen, added a mellow richness and depth of flavor, making it incredibly rich! The spiciness and the aroma of the Chinese five-spice powder were just right, providing a manageable level of heat (coming from someone who can handle spicy food). The noodles were thick and chewy, allowing them to thoroughly soak up the sauce and deliver it to your mouth. The square-cut chashu was full of the savory and sweet flavor of the fat, with a melt-in-your-mouth texture that was incredibly delicious! The crunchy texture of the cilantro was excellent, and I think the flavor of the cilantro is enhanced by the sauce, making it enjoyable even for those who are not fans of cilantro (coming from someone who is okay with cilantro). The fried rice was fluffy with plenty of eggs, a firm and rich flavor, and a generous portion. It was a dish that I have no complaints about, and I absolutely loved it. I enjoyed mixing the fried rice with the sauce from the mixed noodles until the very end. Personally, this restaurant ranks high on my list, almost on par with the ones in Tenroku. Delicious!

During my business trip in Osaka, I found many good restaurants around Umeda area. I decided to visit this restaurant after confirming availability over the phone. I ordered the following dishes: Pakuchi Salad for 1100 yen, Ebi Chili for 1800 yen, and Garlic Butter Fried Rice for 1600 yen. However, after I placed my order, the person sitting next to me also ordered but their drinks did not arrive even after 10 minutes. The Pakuchi Salad arrived for them first, which was confusing. My Pakuchi Salad arrived 10 minutes later, followed by the Ebi Chili 15 minutes after that. However, the Fried Rice never arrived. The pace of service was extremely slow, and despite the good taste of the food, the overall experience was ruined by the slow service. Thank you for the meal.

On the first day of my business trip to Osaka, of course, I had to have ramen! Osaka ramen has so many options to choose from, but if you're ever in doubt, head to Tenroku (Tenjinbashi-suji Rokuchome) and check out Bakabon for some delicious ramen! I ordered the salt chicken ramen for 900 yen. The soup was so flavorful, I couldn't help but finish it in just one sip, it was that good! The noodles were chewy and thick, a perfect match for the rich broth. After tasting this amazing ramen, I couldn't help but think about trying out the full-course Sichuan cuisine at a Chinese restaurant in the evening. The salt chicken ramen was truly delicious and made me crave for more!

I visited this ramen shop as my second stop for lunch on a weekday. I arrived around 12:30 and was able to be seated right away. There were only three other customers in the shop. This place is located in Tenroku and is known for its ramen during the day and authentic Sichuan cuisine at night. The interior has only a counter with 10 seats, and there are no partitions between seats, but the spacing is wide. The natural decor is slightly worn, but the counter is very clean. I ordered the "Doro Tantan Mazesoba for 1000 yen". It was served in about 6 minutes. The sauce had a rich sesame flavor with a good balance of other spices. The aroma of Sichuan pepper was particularly vibrant. Overall, the spiciness and numbing sensation created an addictive flavor that kept me going back for more. The thick noodles had a chewy and bouncy texture, making it a delight to slurp. The noodles stood out on their own and didn't get lost in the sauce. The toppings included diced chashu, bean sprouts, and green onions, which complemented the sauce well. It also came with a serving of rice, which was a nice touch. This Doro Tantan Mazesoba was addictive with its spiciness and numbing sensation. I only took a few bites, but personally, I really enjoyed it. Thank you for the meal!

Order: Salt chicken ramen with flavored egg topping. Located about a 5-minute walk from Nakazakicho Station on the Tanimachi Line, this restaurant is one of the top 100 ramen shops. It transforms into an authentic Chinese restaurant at night, so it's best to go during lunchtime. Aim for right after they open, and I arrived at the restaurant at exactly 11:30 on a weekday, securing the first spot in line! Of course, 15 minutes after opening, it was already full... The ramen had something like chicken terrine as one of the toppings. I couldn't decide between salt and soy sauce, but I chose salt. Many of the other customers around me seemed to prefer soy sauce and tantanmen. As expected from a famous shop, both the soup and noodles were well-seasoned and delicious. Especially when you crush the chicken terrine into the soup, the flavor is irresistible! Next time, I want to try the soy sauce version and also experience their Chinese cuisine at night. Thank you for the meal!

I went to the amazing Doro Tantan mazesoba at Bakabo-san after a long time. It was my fourth visit. I ordered the Doro Tantan mazesoba without getting tired of it. It arrived in about 5 minutes. The Hojao enhances the Sichuan flavor, and the cilantro does a great job. The noodles are thick and chewy, and they go well with the sauce. Finally, the dive rice to finish off. It's addictive!

I live in the Kanto region due to work, but I always find myself longing for love. There are many shops I want to visit near Temma, but my feet always end up taking me to Baka-Bo. Even though there are many menu items I want to try at Baka-Bo, my mouth always ends up moving towards the Doro Tantan Mazesoba. It's hopeless. However, I can't eat ramen at night, so I am able to enjoy the happiness of ordering other menu items!

Visiting 100 restaurants ❤️ About a 5-minute walk from Nakazaki Station, this Chinese restaurant operates as a ramen shop only during the day. They offer chicken ramen and other normal ramen, but this time I ordered the Doro Tantan Mazesoba ✨ Why, you ask? Because there's no way a Chinese restaurant serving mainly Tan Tan Men would be bad! The taste is intriguing with Chinese spices and aromatic oil stimulating the appetite. The Doro Tantan Mazesoba is quite rich, but the refreshing taste of cilantro is irresistible ❤️ It's a level of dilemma whether to add more cilantro! Also, the chashu is perfectly tender and delicious!! Thank you for the meal.

I always wanted to go to this restaurant. They serve ramen for lunch. I heard the portions were big, but when I looked at the menu, there were so many things I wanted to try. I decided to order the mapo tofu first. It was extremely spicy and I was sweating a lot. The portions were also huge. If you want to try a variety of dishes, I recommend going with someone who can eat a lot. The fried rice was incredibly delicious. You can't miss the fried rice when you come here. I will definitely go back.

To be honest, I was more interested in the night visit, so it was lucky that we were able to enter without waiting. There were many people who came after us, so I think we were really lucky. The taste of the salt and soy sauce here is unique and can only be tasted here (but I prefer the soy sauce). I like the unique touch of terrine in the ramen. Of course, the terrine was delicious.

I went back to the restaurant because I heard they only serve noodles during lunchtime. I decided to try the spicy mud-tantan mazesoba this time. However, looking at reviews on Tabelog, it seems like there are other ramen dishes I should try. My revenge mission was not successful. If I were to go back again, I might end up ordering the mud-tantan mazesoba once more. I enjoyed the good level of spiciness and numbing sensation.

Ordered salt chicken soba at a ramen shop a short walk from Tenjinbashisuji Rokuchome Station. There is a ramen shop called Soudai Shou and Ramen Kasumi Nakazaki Store nearby. The entrance didn't look like a typical ramen shop, so it took a bit of courage to go in. Upon entering, the owner and a woman who seemed to be his wife were in the kitchen. The woman led me to a seat at the back, where I had to choose between salt or soy sauce ramen. Although I had initially decided on salt, I ended up choosing soy sauce after seeing how delicious it looked at the table next to me. After much deliberation, I finally settled on salt. As I looked around, I noticed someone eating fried rice, and although I was tempted to order it, I remembered that I had already eaten two bowls of ramen at another shop, so I resisted the urge. I patiently waited for my salt ramen to arrive. When it did, I was greeted with a bowl of golden-colored soup with a rich aroma, topped with bamboo shoots, char siu, and green kaiware. The soup was rich and flavorful, a perfect blend of salt sauce and umami. The noodles were medium thickness with a chewy texture that paired perfectly with the soup. The char siu was tender and melted in the mouth, bursting with flavor. And the terrine that caught my eye was smooth and packed with umami. It was incredibly delicious. This ramen shop in the fiercely competitive area of Tenjinbashisuji Rokuchome in Osaka truly lived up to its reputation as a top-notch establishment.

Visit before 1 pm on Sunday! Although it is a ramen shop with 100 stores, you can enter without waiting. I ordered the Doro Tantan Mazesoba because it looked so delicious when the person next to me ordered it during my last visit! The tender chashu and cilantro (you can choose to have it or not) are accents! There is a thick, creamy soup and spicy oil hidden underneath, which goes well with the thick and chewy noodles and tastes delicious! It has a strong kick of sansho pepper! It was really delicious mazesoba~ (^。^)

Yesterday (6/29), I made a trip to Tenjinbashisuji Rokuchome Station on the Hankyu line, where I visited a new restaurant that opened last month and had delicious Chinese noodles. Afterwards, I moved southwest to visit this restaurant facing Tosima Street. I had known about this restaurant for a while, but I never planned to visit as I thought it was a Chinese restaurant. However, when I happened to see it listed in Ramen Hyakumeiten WEST 2022, I decided to look into it further and found out that they serve ramen during the day and Chinese cuisine at night. Since there was no line outside despite being listed in the top 100 ramen shops, I decided to go in and was lucky to find about three available seats. I chose the "Shoyu Chicken Ramen (900 yen)" from the menu and soon the bowl arrived. The soup was a thin soy sauce color with a creamy texture, topped with glossy medium-thick straight noodles, a slice of chicken liver terrine (I think), a thick slice of chashu, komatsuna greens, and chopped green onions. The soup had a rich chicken broth flavor that lived up to the name "chicken ramen." The noodles were smooth and had a good chew, complementing the soup perfectly. Mixing the terrine into the soup was pure bliss, and the chashu, while slightly firm, was quite tasty. Despite it being my second bowl of ramen that day, I finished every last bit. It was truly a wonderful bowl that lived up to its reputation as one of the top 100 ramen shops.

When I don't have dinner plans, I enjoy going out for ramen or curry for lunch! I went to a nearby curry restaurant for my first meal, but my stomach was only half full, so I decided to check out Bakabon, a ramen shop I've been curious about! I arrived at 12:13 and there were only 2 customers ahead of me, so I was able to get in without waiting. I ordered the Salt Chicken Ramen for 900 yen. The soup was rich and flavorful, the noodles were straight and medium-thick, and the thick slices of pork, chicken terrine, and kaiware on top were delicious. The pork had a great texture, and when I mixed the chicken terrine into the soup, it added even more flavor. I paid in cash at 12:32. I'd like to try the Doro Tantan Men next time. Thank you for reading until the end! If you liked this review, please consider liking, following, saving the restaurant, or leaving a comment. Your support means a lot to me!

This is a two-part restaurant, serving authentic Chinese cuisine at night and ramen during the day. I arrived 5 minutes before opening on a rainy Sunday, with only one group ahead of me in line. The lunch service only has a small counter on the first floor with about 10 seats, so it quickly filled up. I ordered the soy sauce chicken ramen. Most other customers seemed to be ordering either salt chicken ramen or creamy tantanmen, so I'd like to try those next time! The ramen arrived in just 5 minutes. Look at this terrine. Terrine with ramen. It's incredibly delicious. The chashu is thick and melt-in-your-mouth. The soup is flavorful without being too heavy, and it was incredibly tasty. This ramen shop is a hidden gem! A popular ramen shop nearby had a long line as usual, but maybe this place isn't as well-known yet!? You wouldn't think it's a ramen shop just by looking at the exterior. I'll definitely be coming back!

The salt chicken soba with flavored egg has an amazing soup full of chicken goodness, the deliciousness is evident in every bite. Personally, I would rate it as the best among salt ramen. Today, I heard that the terrine was slightly burnt, so they added a bit more chashu. The restaurant only has a counter seating. It seems to be run by a husband and wife. I would definitely like to go back.
