I haven't been to Katsuya in a while, and when I looked at the menu, they had a ⭐Negi Miso Chicken Cutlet Set Meal for only ¥690... so cheap! The chicken cutlet was delicious, and the set came with a generous miso soup with lots of ingredients. However, the miso sauce seemed a bit lacking. Oh well, it was still tasty. The hearty pork soup was a highlight for me. In a world where prices keep going up, I appreciate this affordable and delicious meal. It was really good. Thank you for the meal. ❤️

Katsudon and Tonjiru (pork soup) - Invincible Katsudon chain September 2020❗ In my opinion, this place serves delicious Katsudon and hearty Tonjiru at an affordable price. I like the taste as well. However, today the flavor was a bit weak. I was surprised and thought, "Huh? Did they mess up?" But then I realized, "I can tell the taste of the Tonjiru." "Yeah, yeah." "Wait, was there less ingredients today?" Come to think of it, I've been sweating a lot since yesterday! Ah, I see! Maybe it felt weaker because of the raw egg? It was the first time I asked for soy sauce at this chain restaurant... (bitter smile) Katsudon and Katsu curry are straightforward and delicious menu options, right❗ Thank you for the meal~(^-^)/

I had a hearty lunch at Katsuya! I had the fillet cutlet bowl with a half-cooked egg topping. I also ordered a small serving of miso soup. I decided to add the half-cooked egg on a whim, but it turned out to be a great idea. The mix of the half-cooked egg with the egg topping made the dish even more delicious. The fillet cutlet was tender and tasty. The portion size was generous and the flavors of the bowl were really good. The miso soup was also filled with lots of ingredients. I thought it was a good deal. Thank you for the meal!

I went to Matsuya for a late lunch! They offer set meals, rice bowls, curry, and more. I ordered the pork miso soup set. The food was prepared quite quickly after ordering. The set included 2 pieces of tender pork cutlets and a large bowl of miso soup. The pork cutlets were soft and crispy, very delicious. The miso soup had lots of vegetables and was also tasty! Some items may not be available for takeout, but most can be taken home. Thank you for the meal!

This is my second visit. Thankfully, the place is busy. Finally had lunch around 1 PM at Katsuya, where I had been before. When I entered, there was one empty seat at the counter, so I was seated there. It's a popular place. I looked at the menu and called the staff to order the Chicken Cutlet Tartar Set. It's chicken, not pork. It arrived shortly. The visual... too much tartar sauce! First, I had the miso soup. It was delicious with pork fat. Next, I tried the shredded cabbage with sesame dressing. It was simply delicious. I took a bite of the chicken tartar in the middle. The tartar was cold! The chicken meat was juicy and made the rice go down smoothly. Maybe I should have ordered the large portion. I tried the cabbage with sauce, and instantly tasted star anise, a spice I don't like. I should have used less sauce. There was so much tartar sauce that I had to move it aside to enjoy the chicken cutlet. I finished considering the rice distribution. It was a delicious meal.

I look forward to visiting Katsuya again in the future.

I decided to have lunch at Katsuya, Higashiosaka Hyotan-yama store at 3:30 PM. I couldn't decide between Gyudon or Tonkatsu, but I ended up choosing the Sauce Katsu Don for 529 yen. The parking lot is spacious and the location is convenient with traffic lights, making it easy to return home. The service from the elderly female staff was excellent, and they even refilled my cold tea multiple times, which I appreciated. Considering the price of 529 yen, I think it's amazing in this day and age where you can't even get ramen for 500 yen. However, I wonder why the reviews are low. On my way out, I received a 100 yen discount coupon, which was a nice surprise. Being able to eat for 429 yen is great. Delicious and affordable food is the truth. If you're interested, I recommend giving it a try!

I arrived for a late lunch. I always wanted to visit this place whenever I passed by. The parking lot is easy to park in and feels safe. I ordered the cheapest sauce cutlet bowl. It cost ¥529 including tax, which is a great deal. I don't usually eat much for lunch, but I was really hungry and the meal was delicious. The batter was crispy and the pork was tender without any tough or gristly parts. The fatty parts tasted average, but for this price, it was excellent. The portion of rice was a bit small. I highly recommend everyone to try it out!

I aimed to go to a ramen shop, but it was closed so I decided to eat katsudon instead. Recently, a major chain katsudon shop opened nearby, but I chose to eat at the original katsudon shop called Katsuya, which is a little further away. Recently, fast-fried beef cutlet shops have been gaining attention, but Katsuya fries the tonkatsu after receiving the order, so it takes quite some time. However, it is worth it to eat delicious tonkatsu that is freshly fried. Freshly fried tonkatsu is much tastier than pre-made ones. Katsuya also serves delicious pickled radish.

"Katsuya" is a chain restaurant. I found the location in Higashiosaka Hyotanzan, and after looking into it, I realized there are many stores around (~o~). Sometimes my wife struggles with what to make for dinner, so it's convenient to have delivery options from different places. It's a lifesaver. (^o^) I ordered the "Beef Cutlet Bowl." It's been a while since I had high-quality beef cutlet (*^_^*) When I tried it, it was really delicious, just like I remembered. The beef cutlet was tender and not greasy, and the sauce on top was to my liking. I'm sure it would be even better if I actually went to the restaurant... Thank you for the meal.

The pork miso soup is delicious and has good value for money, so I really like it~♪ It seems that Sat Arc Land Food Service was established through joint investment from Arkland Service in Kanto and the Japanese restaurant "Sato" in Kansai to expand nationwide as a "tonkatsu" restaurant! However, for some reason, many of the outlets are located on main roads outside Osaka city, making them less familiar to local residents! I see! I see! It closely resembles the Sat restaurant chain's "Santen"! A reasonably priced specialty store that focuses on "tonkatsu" and "katsu"! You can easily enjoy high-quality katsu dishes. The main katsudon is a Kansai-style katsudon with egg and sweet dashi, and even with just 80g of plum, you can be fully satisfied. They also have curry, but only "katsu curry", as the name emphasizes "katsu". The curry is a Western-style curry with a Worcestershire sauce flavor that complements the main katsu. There is no miso soup, as expected from a tonkatsu restaurant, only "pork miso soup"! This pork miso soup is delicious and full of ingredients~♪ And at a delightful price of (small) ¥100 and (large) ¥150. The tonkatsu katsudon (plum) 80g + pork miso soup = ¥590. Today, I used a service voucher and paid ¥537 (tax included)! (laughs)

Toyota's former site. I was looking forward to seeing what would be built on this quite large piece of land. Among the three that were built, the one on the southern side is Katsuya. Of course, the interior is beautiful. The staff were working efficiently. It was very crowded as it just opened at the end of the year! So many different types of katsu, amazing! The portions are generous! I was so full! The deli items sold at the entrance also looked delicious! It's convenient that they are open late! I would like to go again!

I used it for an early dinner in the evening. Katsudon (with plum). It's just average. The meat is a bit tough. They often include a 100 yen discount coupon in the fliers, and even if you use the coupon, they will give you another 100 yen discount at the checkout, so I end up going there. The person I went with said, "The miso soup is delicious!" There are also menu items with miso soup as the main dish. The parking lot is shared with places like Baskin Robbins, so it's not too crowded.

A new shop located along the outer ring road, next to Lawson and Baskin Robbins. The area is developing with new apartment buildings, so there can be long lines from around 5 to 7 pm, as people come for dinner dishes. The menu is mostly fried food, but they offer more than just tonkatsu, and the taste is delicious so waiting in line is understandable. However, it might not be the best choice during dinner time due to the crowded atmosphere. It's a bit disappointing that it's not a place where you can relax and enjoy your meal like Matsuya in front of Hyotan-yama Station.

The annual year-end appreciation festival at Katsuya offers Katsu Curry and Katsudon for 660-830 yen, now available for 550 yen (excluding tax) on the final day of the 4-day event. It's perfect for a quick dinner takeaway.
