It's been about 20 years since my last visit. In the past, this place was known for its reasonable prices and being a shop where you eat with sauce. After the New Year, I was craving something rich and hearty, but all the places I tried were fully booked...until I was drawn to this brightly lit place. The parking lot is about 100m before the shop on a one-way street, and they have 3 spots reserved in a monthly parking lot. Ask the staff for the spot number. Since I arrived early, the staff, especially the friendly lady, were very relaxed and welcoming. - Special Kalbi: Beautiful marbling with plenty of flavor. This might have been enough even with the regular Kalbi. - Prime Salted Tongue: Although not thickly cut, it had a good thickness. It had a nice chew and was very satisfying. - Prime Harami: No unpleasant smell, tender with a good bounce of flavor! - Tsurami: Firm texture with good flavor. The sauce was thicker than I remembered, with a strong soy sauce base and a generous amount of garlic. If you're sensitive to garlic, you might want to ask for less at the beginning... (^_^;) I was planning to order the thick-cut salted tongue, but the lady at the shop recommended the prime salted tongue. Unfortunately, they were out of fresh liver and tripe sandwich. The bone-in Kalbi was also recommended. Everything was a hit! A delicious start to the new year with tasty meat. Thank you for the meal! (^^)

This area is a place I used to come often when I was a child, until around middle school. I met up with an old friend after a long time and we had dinner together. We drank and talked a lot as usual, and surprisingly we ate a lot too. We had yakiniku, bibimbap, salad, and more. The restaurant was fuller than I expected, not just us but everyone seemed to be enjoying drinking and eating a lot. The meat was tender and delicious, not too fatty. The bibimbap had plenty of ingredients and was tasty. Ah, it was so much fun!

Visited Marufuku in the Tenjin area after asking around in a lounge for a good place to eat meat nearby. The interior was typical of a yakiniku restaurant, and the friendly proprietress managed the place well. We were the only customers at the time, so the service was excellent. However, the quality of the meat and sauce didn't particularly impress us - it was just an average yakiniku place. Depending on the time, it seems like the hostesses from other nearby establishments come here to eat. Well, it's reasonably priced and convenient, so it might be worth a try.

I decided to try some yakiniku and searched for a place to go. While Takimoto is the go-to place for yakiniku in Sakai, I looked for a place that seemed good even with lower ratings. The location is east of Xavier Park, near the famous melon bread shop Plantan. There are three parking spots north of the restaurant and plenty of coin parking lots nearby. The interior has tables on the first floor and a tatami room on the second floor, which can accommodate around 70 people. I opted for the tatami room on the second floor. I started with a medium bottle of beer for 500 yen. I ordered tongue, belly, skirt steak, tripe, sirloin, and omasum, all priced around 600 yen each, which was quite a good deal. The tongue was thin but tasty, the belly was juicy, the skirt steak was tender, and the sirloin was easy to cut with chopsticks. The tripe was fatty, and the omasum had a nice crunch to it. Everything was quite delicious. The rice, seaweed soup, and kimchi were also good. Overall, it was really great up to this point. Feeling like I could eat a little more, I decided to order some more. I ordered premium tongue, steak, premium sirloin, which were all about 200 yen more expensive than the regular cuts. However, they never arrived. After waiting for about 15 minutes, I called the staff, and they brought it out immediately. It seemed like the dishes were ready but were not brought to us. By the time they arrived, I was already full, and I wondered if I could eat them all. They were delicious, but it felt like a waste. Next time, I'll try to time my orders better to avoid this situation.

This is a yakiniku restaurant located on the east side of the NTT West Japan's Sakai Building (a building with an antenna tower on the roof). On this day, we had yakiniku with the family! This place is convenient because it has a parking lot. We often use it. The quality of a yakiniku restaurant depends on the balance between price and meat quality. This place falls into the upper-middle rank of yakiniku restaurants. The interior is chic and has a calm atmosphere. It's not a super high-end place, but you can eat really good meat at a reasonable price here. It's understandable that there are always accompanying customers. (But it's not that expensive!) We always start with tongue, then move on to harami, tsurami, and finally order loin and belly. They are all really high quality and delicious. The sauce has my favorite flavor and it's really good. Even though the portions are quite generous for one serving, I recommend ordering one serving of each type to try a variety. The side menu, such as cuppa and bibimbap, is also very good. This is our family's go-to yakiniku restaurant for almost 10 years. Recently, they have introduced recommended menu items such as misuji, ichibo, and meat-wrapped onigiri, along with other new selections. They offer free shuttle service for groups of 5 or more, and their all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink party courses are quite popular. Women can enjoy a discount on the all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink options, making it even more affordable on weekdays. The must-try items here are the upper harami, salted tongue, salted tripe, red loin, and today's recommended meat. The children love the meat-wrapped onigiri. The slightly thick salted tongue is a favorite among kids. The tongue is available for 600 yen and the premium tongue for 900 yen, but the 600 yen option is sufficient. Occasionally, we splurge on the 900 yen one as well. The harami here is also tender and highly recommended, especially the premium harami which is extremely tender. Moreover, the portion size of each meat item seems to be larger compared to other yakiniku restaurants. Oh, and the desserts like sherbet and ice cream are very cheap, priced at only 100 or 150 yen. I haven't tried the chiritori nabe set yet, but I'm curious about it. One of the reasons why this restaurant is a favorite among children is the souvenir they receive when leaving. Today, we received a set of sweets and left the restaurant feeling happy.

I was taken to this restaurant by my colleague after work! About two months ago, I was also taken to the sister store in Kuraemae, Sakai City, Kitaku. The staff said that this store is the main store. The interior of the restaurant is spacious and relaxing. The prices of the meat are reasonable, so even families or young couples can feel free to visit. The staff, who are mostly young, are friendly and left a good impression! If you make a reservation, you can also use the free shuttle service. There are private rooms in the back, so I will use them next time for a business dinner.

The raw liver is also recommended. I visit this place once a month from Osaka city, and the owner is very friendly and welcoming. Despite the great taste, the restaurant is not usually crowded, so you can always get a table quickly. It's also convenient that there is a parking lot right next to the restaurant. The only downside is that they don't accept credit card payments.

My wife and I went out to eat. The prices were reasonable and good.
