Speaking of Sakakado, their signature dish is the Yukari Ebino Koku no Katame na Ebi Senbei. It is a thick and rich shrimp cracker, with a high concentration of shrimp flavor. It is a delicacy that is best enjoyed after being carefully offered. It is a rare treat that I don't often buy for myself.

Sakakado's shrimp-rich rice crackers are delicious, but a little firm. This time, I tried the "Hachiraku" rice crackers, which are packed with seaweed, shrimp, green laver, matcha, shrimp crackers, snow crab, Hime Yukari, black sesame (black rice crackers), and shrimp crackers. They are shrimp-rich and have a small, soft finish. They are similar to the crispy shrimp series, but there are also shrimp-rich grilled rice crackers. Truly Sakakado's work. The bag contains 8 small rice crackers, full of Sakakado's touch. The matcha used is from Nishio, Aichi. A product filled with Aichi love.

Ebi Senbei is famous for its shrimp crackers made from seafood ingredients. I love the Ebi Senbei "Yukari"♪ and also got the "Crispy Diary Scallop"! The small fried crackers are cute and snack-sized, making them easy to eat♪ The rich flavor is unique to Sakakado Souhonpo (●︎´▽︎`●︎).

I stopped by at Daimaru Tokyo on my way from Nishijincho to a meeting in Gunma. It's my usual route. The shrimp senbei at this store is loved by both my wife and mother-in-law, so I bought two bags of the classic Yukari for 864 yen each, and two bags of the Shiba shrimp senbei for 691 yen each, totaling 3,110 yen. It's for home consumption, so we've been enjoying them slowly after returning home. In terms of flavor, the classic Yukari has a strong shrimp flavor, while the Shiba shrimp has a softer and gentler taste. The texture of the Yukari is crispy and firm, so the Shiba shrimp might be gentler for those with weaker teeth like my grandpa. Thank you for the delicious snacks.

When it comes to souvenirs that are not sweet, I can only think of senbei (rice crackers). Senbei! There's no doubt that they are delicious. I will visit again. Thank you for the meal.

Today, I arrived at Tokyo Station at 7:00 PM. I explored for some new snacks at Daimaru Tokyo. As a shrimp lover, I visited "Sakakado Sogo Honpo Daimaru Tokyo Store" for the first time. Feeling like having something normal today, I bought "Yukari 8 pieces for 691 yen" as a snack. The crispy texture and shrimp flavor were amazing. It's like a high-end version of the addictive Kappa Ebi snack, right? I couldn't finish them all, so I'll bring some back home as souvenirs for my family.

On the second day of our Tokyo trip, we went to see my nephew's stage performance and then headed back to Tokyo Station to catch the Yamagata Shinkansen. This time, we went shopping at Daimaru Tokyo store. My wife, with a keen eye, left me in line at New York City Sand to buy some shrimp senbei at Shiose Sohonten. She loves shrimp senbei to the core. Having finished the Sakakado shrimp senbei we bought in Takasaki at the end of last year, she was already showing withdrawal symptoms. - Tokyo Shibaebiten Seafood Senbei (14 pieces for 864 yen) - These shrimp senbei have a very light texture, making them enjoyable even for my husband who has weak teeth. They are crispy and thin, yet packed with plenty of shrimp flavor. The elegant sweetness and aroma of the Shibae shrimp, combined with the crispiness of the senbei, create a refined and gentle snack. While my wife was somewhat satisfied with the flavor, she prefers a firmer texture and more chewiness. Nevertheless, my husband was quite satisfied with these delicious senbei. Thank you for the meal.

I used to work with someone at a company years ago who really loved this place, and now whenever they go out they bring back treats for me to try. I started to realize how delicious it is. I used to buy it often around Shinjuku, but it's my first time trying it at Tokyo Station Daimaru and it's so tasty. The savory shrimp aroma is irresistible. Eating this reminds me of my coworker from back then. He was a gourmet.

A while ago, I went to Tokyo Daimaru and bought some Valentine's Day treats! My husband recommended this place, so I bought it. The shrimp senbei here is really delicious - I love it too! This time, they had cute boxes for Valentine's Day with yukari inside. I ate them little by little at home. The shrimp flavor and crispy texture are irresistible! I could eat them endlessly. Of course, my husband was also delighted and ate them every day. I feel like this snack is loved by people of all ages and genders.

As a sweet tooth, whenever I come to Tokyo, my souvenirs end up being all about sweets. But this time, I felt like trying something salty, so I walked around Daimaru and came across something familiar. It was Sakakado's Yukari, which I usually only have once a year when someone gives it to me. It's a high-quality shrimp senbei that I wouldn't normally buy for myself. But this time, for some reason, I really wanted to try it even if I had to pay for it. I didn't need a lot, so I bought a 10-piece tin. The tin seemed like it could be useful later. I can't remember exactly how it tasted the last time I had it, but Yukari is surprisingly hard. When you bite into it, there's a crispy sound. And the more you chew, the more the shrimp flavor comes out, making you feel like you're really eating shrimp. Well, I'm not actually eating shrimp, but the taste in my mouth is definitely shrimp. Looking at the ingredients, it all makes sense. "Shrimp" is listed first, meaning shrimp is the most abundant ingredient. Yukari uses plenty of high-quality natural shrimp, and it's a safe and delicious snack that also provides calcium. I actually don't like shrimp, but I can enjoy Yukari because it's crispy and flavorful. I would recommend it to people who don't like shrimp. On a side note, when I asked about the Daimaru point card, the staff kindly explained it to me even though it wasn't related to the product. They treated me with respect even though I only bought a small amount, leaving me with a good impression. While Yukari is available in many places, I will buy it here again. I prefer to buy from a place where I receive good customer service.

Sakakado Sohonpo's Yaraku. As the name suggests, Yaraku allows you to enjoy eight different flavors: Hime Yukari, Nori, Sakura Ebi Aonori, Koebi, Black Sesame, Matcha, Purple Sweet Potato, and Black Beans. The flavors are subtle and refined, allowing you to taste each ingredient distinctly. It's a typical Sakakado product with colorful packaging and contents, making it a great gift. Personally, I like this product, but those who prefer strongly flavored senbei may find it a bit lacking. Just a simple review for your reference.

This seems to be a traditional rice cracker from Aichi. The appearance is very simple, so I had a feeling that it must have a delicious taste from a long-established shop. When I asked the staff about the flavor, I received a sample. It was delicious. The subtle taste of shrimp was elegant. I was debating between this and a modern package of fried shrimp rice crackers next to it, and I also got to sample that. I preferred the non-fried one, so I bought the one I tried first, called "Enishi." The texture is crispy with a good chew. The taste is a very refined shrimp flavor. It's so good that you can't stop eating it. I bought it as a souvenir and gave it to my friends, who also praised it as "delicious." It's a rice cracker that I want to eat again.

Since childhood, my favorite snack has always been "Yukari". Personally, I'm not a big fan of sweets or snacks, so I rarely buy them. I guess it's because I was taught by my parents that sweets are not good for the body. However, "Yukari" was an exception. It's rich in calcium and good for the body. Not too sweet, so I can eat as many pieces as I want. It has a perfect crispy flavor and delicious taste. It has always been my favorite snack. "Yukari" is popular as a souvenir and can be found in department stores and train stations. Once I eat one piece, I can't stop and end up eating more and more. It's addictive. I recommend it. However, despite eating a lot of it, I wonder why I didn't grow taller...orz.【Reference】8 pieces: 682 yen including tax 10 pieces: 892 yen including tax 12 pieces: 1,050 yen including tax

After spending a few days in a summer resort, coming back to my home in Towada City felt refreshing. Normally, I work in hot places like Tokyo, so I spend my holidays in the cooler Aomori. While places like Jodogahama were comfortable, Karuizawa felt more like a scorching hot place than a summer resort, making me wish I had stayed in Aomori. This year, Aomori was also quite warm, but after Obon, the mornings and evenings became much more pleasant, so we may only need the air conditioner for the rest of the month. Back at home, I relaxed in the living room with my wife and two dogs, sipping on chilled wine and snacking on Sakusaku Nikki, a delicious shrimp-flavored rice cracker that my wife bought from Sakakaku Sogo Honpo in Tokyo Daimaru. It was a small bag with 5 packets inside, costing around 1000 yen. I love rice crackers, so I gladly accepted the treat, even though I suspect my wife bought something else during her separate shopping trip. Regardless, the Sakusaku Nikki was tasty, and I enjoyed it with a sense of satisfaction at the thought of being easily swayed by the promise of crispy goodness. A delightful snack indeed!
